The different locations where wandering cultivators gathered inside of the Crimson Dragon Empire were searched through by him already and those, he hadn't managed to look through, were close to impossible to approach given that the Crimson Dragon Empire were currently on edge due to his recent visit to the Dragon Tooth Mountain City.

So… With all of that in mind, Xuan Hao ended up turning his attention towards another major power's territory. Understanding that it would be difficult for him to continue searching for someone inside the territory of the Crimson Dragon Empire.

After all, even though he could still run into a wandering cultivator in the Dao Seed Relam through luck alone, it wasn't that likely to happen if he wasn't anywhere close to the location where wandering cultivators in the Dao Seed Realm would normally be located. Not to mention, Dao Seed Realm cultivators were already hard to come by in the first place, let alone Dao Seed Realm cultivators not already attached to a major power.

If there was anything positive about the situation, it would be the fact that the strength of the major power whose territory he planned on entering was far weaker than the Crimson Dragon Empire and could even be considered among the weakest three major powers in the Eastern Central Region.

A negative with that was the fact that it was far less peaceful than the Crimson Dragon Empire that was considered among the strongest major powers in the Eastern Central Region. Resulting in it being in a constant state of war trying to survive and keep its status as a major power intact. Not only dealing with newly emerging powers trying to bring it down but also having to deal with the secret attacks from other major powers who didn't want to see the rise of another powerful major power in the Eastern Central Region.

Asking around a bit during his journey towards the territory of this weaker major power known as the Fleeting Cloud Empire, it was not difficult for him to learn that the Crimson Dragon Empire was among the major powers secretly trying to influence and damage this weaker major power… Well… Not that secret considering he had managed to first lean about it by asking a few random wandering cultivators in the Nascent Soul Realm…

Of course… Considering that he had reached the Late Stage of the Dao Seed Realm and had already comprehended the Dao of Space to the Perfection Realm, it wasn't really a problem for him to deal with a few Dao Seed Realm cultivators, even if one of them had managed to reach the Middel Stage of the Dao Seed Realm.

However, the thing that troubled him about this group of ambushers was the fact that they clearly belonged to the Fleeting Cloud Empire.

Even if he wanted to beat up or kill this group of Dao Seed Realm cultivators, he also understood the fact that he would almost instantly alert the Celestial Immortal Realm cultivators of the Fleeting Cloud Empire to his presence if he did so.

Essentially rendering his plans of searching for Dao Seed Realm cultivators to join the Star Shattering Sect in the territory of the Fleeting Cloud Sect, a far more difficult endeavor than it needed to be. Possibly even forcing him to leave for another major power's territory that would be even further away from the borders of the Northern Central Region.

So, without a second thought, he decided to ignore the group of Dao Seed Realm cultivators ambushing him before using the Illusory Light Steps to move past them. Using just enough strength to show that they would have no way to catch up to him, while at the same time limiting it enough so that it wouldn't be enough beyond the level of someone in the Middle Stage of the Dao Seed Realm.

From the perspective of the group of Dao Seed Realm cultivators, he would just be someone who seemed to be focused on the Dao of Light and movement techniques, while unusual, it wasn't anything too out of the ordinary.

Reading themselves to wait for another person to ambush.

Only now did Xuan Hao truly understand how dangerous the Eastern Central Region was, as it wasn't even safe for someone in the Dao Seed Realm to be moving around, as there was always the risk of being ambushed by others along the way.

In a sense, the Crimson Dragon Empire and the relatively deserted area close to the borders between the two central regions could be considered out of the ordinary in the Eastern Central Region.

One being left out of the normal struggle because the resources and cultivation environment there was simply far too bad to garner the interest or attention of the different major powers, while the other was the territory of one of the strongest major powers. Only these two kinds of places could remain relatively peaceful in the chaotic Eastern Central Region- Or at least that was what he wanted to say, but the four strongest major powers in the Eastern Central Region weren't really known to be peaceful so to speak…

Shaking his head to himself as he thought about this while continuing to fly deeper into the Fleeting Cloud Empire, Xuan Hao soon began slowing down before finally reaching the same speed as someone in the Domain Lord Realm.

Ultimately, faced with the possibility of being ambushed by others again, he decided to keep his strength hidden and portray himself as someone in the Domain Lord Realm to avoid attracting any more attacks from Dao Seed Realm cultivators.

After all, even if he could deal with someone in the Early or Middel Stage of the Dao Seed Realm with relative ease at his current cultivation realm. Doing so would inevitably end up attracting unwanted attention, as only someone in the Celestial Immortal Realm would be capable of so easily dealing with someone in the Dao Seed Realm, or Earth Immortal Realm as it was normally referred to as on the continent.

His goal being to just search for Dao Seed Realm cultivators to join the Star Shattering Sect, but he didn't have the slightest intention of attracting the attention of any Celestial Immortal Realm Ancestor. Even if a part of him still wanted to test his strength against someone in the Celestial Immortal Realm after his breakthrough to the Perfection Realm in the Dao of Space.

In the end, after he disguised his cultivation as someone in the Domain Lord Realm, he found himself slowly travelling through the Fleeting Cloud Empire for a few weeks before he finally reached his destination, a large free city operated directly by the Explorer Union outside the control of the Fleeting Cloud Empire and a massive hub for wandering cultivators to gather.

During his journey through the Fleeting Cloud Empire, he not only saw the true chaos of the Eastern Central Region through the countless smaller kingdoms and clans fighting each other along the way, but he also realized that there was no lack of demonic cultivators in the Eastern Central Region.

Although the demonic cultivators didn't really have anywhere directly connected to the Eastern Central Region like they had with the Frozen Wastelands in the Northern Central Region, the chaotic environment of the Eastern Central Region was a breeding ground for demonic cultivators.

If not for the fact that it seemed like most of the demonic cultivators ended up swept up in the constant battles and died before they could grow too strong, Xuan Hao would have suspected that the chaotic situation of the Eastern Central Region had been deliberately arranged by the demonic cultivators to discreetly nurture powerful demonic cultivators.

Then again, this possibility did still exist, as there would undoubtedly be some demonic cultivators who managed to slip through the net and survive the constant wars and secretly grow strong enough to hide themselves from the cultivators in the Eastern Central Region.

The question would just be where these powerful demonic cultivators would go to hide if that was the case, as there wasn't really anywhere in the Eastern Central Region where demonic cultivators could gather without being noticed.
