Chapter 1795 Heavenly Beast Sect

Chapter 1795  Heavenly Beast Sect

"Please place your hands inside the device," said Sect Leader Bao, his hands gesturing at the device before him.

Xi Meili approached the device and placed her hands on it. Soon, her body became enveloped by a soft, red glow. "Imperial-grade! Your bloodline is Imperial-grade, which is definitely classified as a royal bloodline!" Sect Leader Bao exclaimed in excitement.

He turned to look at Yuan and asked, "Where is the Phoenix blood? If the Phoenix is not here, we will have to use another method to evaluate the blood."

The next moment, Feng Yuxiang emerged from Yuan's Dantian, startling Sect Leader Bao.

"D-Did she just come out of your Dantian?!" Sect Leader Bao exclaimed, his voice filled with shock and disbelief. "That's only possible if the two of you are in a contract!"

His wide eyes darted between Yuan and Feng Yuxiang. The idea of a human forming a contract with a Phoenix, especially one with a royal bloodline, was almost unimaginable. Yet, it appeared to be a reality right before him.

Feng Yuxiang ignored Sect Leader Bao's shocked state and walked to the device to grade her bloodline.

A few moments later, her body was enveloped by a golden glow. "Divine-grade!" Sect Leader Bao gasped, his eyes and jaw wide with shock.

However, Feng Yuxiang didn't appear to be happy about the results.

'Is it because my bloodline is still recovering? As a Primordial Phoenix, my bloodline should be Supreme-grade,' she wondered inwardly.

After snapping out of his daze, Sect Leader Bao swallowed nervously before asking, "Um… How many drops of blood will you be offering for the slots?"

Feng Yuxiang narrowed her eyes at Sect Leader Bao, her gaze sharp and calculating. After a moment of tense silence, she raised her hand, holding up two fingers.

Xi Meili then spoke, "I will offer three drops."

Sect Leader Bao pondered with a serious expression on his face before responding, "I would like to request another drop of your Phoenix blood. In exchange, I will no longer ask for the leaves and liquid from the Golden Celestial Tree."

Feng Yuxiang's blood was far more valuable and beneficial to the Heavenly Beast Sect than the Golden Celestial Tree, so Sect Leader Bao's request was very natural.

"What do you think, Young Master?" Feng Yuxiang asked for Yuan's advice.

"I'll let you decide. It's your blood, after all."

"Then I'll accept your offer." Feng Yuxiang retrieved an empty vial and filled it with three drops of her blood.

Xi Meili did the same.

"Thank you very much, esteemed guests. This is your proof of entry to the Hidden Domain. Please do not lose it because we won't be able to replace it."

Sect Leader Bao handed Yuan five wooden badges with the words 'Immortal Monastery' engraved onto them, as well as a communication jade slip.

"They were found by the entrance to the Immortal Monastery, hence how we figured out there would only be 20,000 available slots," he added.

"Thanks."

Yuan accepted the badges and tossed them into his spatial ring.

"When will we be able to enter the Hidden Domain?" Yuan then asked.

"Once we fill up the slots by the end of the month, we will notify you through the communication jade slip. Currently, we intend to enter the Hidden Domain within three months."

"Three months, huh? That's quite long."

"If you'd like, you can stay in the Heavenly Beast Sect as our guest in the meantime."

Yuan nodded, "That would be great since we don't really have a place to stay at this moment."

"Then it's settled. Just a heads up, there are other participants living in this area, and we do not tolerate any fights between participants."

"You don't need to worry. We don't know anyone, so we have no reason to cause any trouble."

Sect Leader Bao nodded. He proceeded to guide them back to their living quarters.

"Then I'll leave you alone for now. If you need anything, we have servants on standby outside."

He gestured toward the individuals wearing a specific uniform walking around the place.

"Wait, I also want to give you an offer for a slot." Tan Songyun suddenly stopped him.

"What?" Sect Leader Bao looked at her with raised eyebrows and a puzzled expression.

"Although we're traveling together, I am going to pay for my own slot," she explained.

"Is that so…? Since I am already here, I will listen to your offer."

Tan Songyun proceeded to retrieve a scroll from her spatial ring and handed it to him.

Sect Leader Bao didn't think much of it and opened it. However, when he read the contents of the scroll, his eyes widened with shock and disbelief.

"T-this is—! Is this real?!"

Tan Songyun remained calm and said, "What would I gain from lying to you?"

She showed her faction symbol, revealing her background.

"Vengeful Fairies!"

He began contemplating shortly later. After a moment of heavy silence, he finally made his decision. Reaching into his robe, he retrieved another wooden badge and extended it toward Tan Songyun.

"I'll accept your offer."

"Thank you." Tan Songyun casually accepted the badge.

Sect Leader Bao shook his head. "No, I should be thanking you." He quickly stored the scroll inside his spatial ring, even looking around to make sure nobody else saw it.

After he left, Yuan asked Tan Songyun in a curious tone, "What did you offer him?"

"Let's just say it will benefit the Heavenly Beast Sect greatly if they are able to acquire it."

Yuan raised an eyebrow and guessed, "A treasure map?"

"Good guess, but you're wrong."

"Are you really going to keep it a secret?"

"Does it annoy you?"

"I can't say that I am not curious, but I won't lose any sleep not knowing."

"Is that so?" Tan Songyun didn't say anything else and returned to the building.

Yuan could only shake his head inwardly and follow her inside.

"Three months, huh? What should we do in the meantime?" Xi Meili asked once they were inside.
