Chapter 1973  Many Supreme Laws Vs Limitless.

They can't even begin to work out what all of this meant because it sounded like impossible gibberish to them. What they settled on at the end of the day is that the Supreme law of chaos is extremely dangerous to comprehend.

When they were done sorting out all of this information, Aeternus awoke. He didn't look or feel any different. But the demonic spark within him had changed. It had fused with the seed of chaos, so he doesn't need to comprehend the Supreme law of chaos anymore for him to become a world ender. He doesn't need to fuse with Chaos energy either. He can create a Supreme law for himself, and using a world spark will be enough for him to evolve.

It is best if the world spark is special and has cosmic energy in it so that he would be a strong world ender. All of this is good, but in exchange, he has lost access to Chaos energy.

He can still control chaos energy, but he will need to produce his own from now on. This is easy to do, as he can easily make it from every type of energy available, including void energy. But the supply won't be infinite like it used to be for him. They sighed in relief after everything they had gone through. Legion-9 said, "All in all, that went well. Apart from the obvious."

Legion-1 asked, "Do you mean the obvious facts that we are but ants at the bottom of a well?"

Legion-9 nodded. "At least we have become capable of seeing just how large this Well is. That has to count for something."

Legion-2 added, "Except that whatever we do won't matter if we can't remember. So we are jumping ants who are wasting their time."

Legion-9 insisted. "My point still stands. We have become aware of that as well as the well we are in. We have learned a lot, including just how much we didn't know before and how much we don't know now. That's progress."

Legion-3 asked, "What does it mean to remember? How do we remember? Is it a matter of strength? Do world gods remember?"

Legion-4 suggested, "Let us ask Monarch High Heaven if he knows what it means to remember."

Legion-5 agreed. "Let's do that while we complete our Supreme law. It should be easy for us to do now."

Easy is an understatement. It will be very easy for them to create a Supreme law after acquiring so much knowledge and seeing many things. In fact, they can create a Supreme law spontaneously without much effort on their part if they wanted to. The difficulty of a Supreme law is nothing to them after seeing their whole reality and jumping out of it. What they have to deal with is how to create Supreme laws that can enhance each other and fuse together in the future. At this point, they understand that having more than one Supreme is good, but it is not as good as having a lot of aspects in their Supreme laws. Supreme laws used to be good because world gods needed one of them to serve as a foundation for their world. So having more than one supreme law meant having more than one world, which meant that they would be stronger. But they won't be like normal world gods once they break through since they have unlocked their potential and will still have access to their origin.

They will have the privilege of having an infinitely expanding world at their disposal regardless of how many supreme laws they have. This is what it means to be limitless. So the number of Supreme laws has become less important than what it used to mean now that they can become limitless. It is still good, and they are going to pursue it, but they are more focused on having a Supreme law with 12 aspects.

They won't let their opportunity to create more Supreme laws go to waste. They plan to create many versions of the same Supreme law. This way, the Supreme laws will be able to enhance each other and have a higher chance of fusing in the future. The fusion of the Supreme laws is their goal, since regardless of how many Supreme laws they can have, they will still be limited to the same twelve Aspects in every Supreme law because they all have the same Origin. But many Supreme laws mean that they will have many portions of the same Aspects. If they can make those Supreme laws fuse, their chances of growing stronger in the future will be higher.

After this decision was made, they had to sort out how to deal with the first sage and Carnage. After all, these two are the major obstacles in their way that must be cleared before they can become world gods.

In the meantime they sent over their question about what it means to remember through the preordained channel to Monarch High Heaven.

This time they were able to track it back to the monarch. They weren't even trying to spy on the message and its courier. Their gaze just didn't leave the data packet as it moved through the void universe. In the past, they had an infinite range of vision, but that was only across one dimension of the void universe and had long as nothing blocked their sight. Many things used to block their vision before, but not anymore. Right now, it felt like they were standing on top of a mountain while looking down. Nothing could block their gaze due to their vantage point.

Their existence had simply been elevated by the void universe. It will remain so until they detach from the void universe and become independent.

Before then, not only could they see all that was going on around them, they could see what was going on above them too. They could see the three watchers and see when they met with someone who had just broken one law or the other.
