Marie replied with a cheerful smile, “Adam’s wife is from Soothy City, and he has been learning to eat Soothy City cuisine recently. He’s been eating it for quite some time now.”
Marie’s happiness stemmed from Adam’s request for her to redecorate the house, as Adam informed her that his wife would be returning home soon.
The room on the second floor was personally arranged by Adam, with everything inside replaced and a wardrobe full of new clothes. Marie was a little puzzled. Why did Adam let Lumma stay there fast night when he had prepared the room for his wife?
