Chapter 4234 Tinkering WIth Cube

"No mistakes are allowed," I said as I looked at thousands of parts on the large workbench.

I am standing here with my twelve clones. Focused on the things in front of me.

They are part of the Orex Cube, the most important part of the abode. In a few seconds, I will start working on it, and once I begin, I won't stop until I finish.

I don't have to do this.

The orex cube is fine. It could power the abode I had forged, but I want to improve it.

It's not going to be easy.

This cube had been forged by the Grade VIII artificer. I am only in Grade VI, but there are a few things I could do. Most importantly, I want to meld it to my needs.

Currently, it could power my abode, but if I succeeded. It won't just power it, but make it better.

My abode will become even smaller. It will be able to bear the powerful energy and spatial waves. Most importantly, remain undetected by law power.

It will happen if I succeed, but if I fail. I will lose this precious thing.

I think I will be able to forge the Orex Cube, but it won't be as powerful as this one. Despite all my advantages, I am a Grade VII artificer and a new one at that.

'Let's do it,' I said and took the tools from the bench. My clones did the same.

I took a deep breath and began.

I worked slowly and carefully. No daring to make even the slightest mistake.

Time passed by, and I became more and more confident that I needed barely three seconds to erase the rune.

If it were up to me, I would have gone a little slower, but the more runes I wipe. The more unstable it would become, and I would need to act faster, with greater judgment. Finally, after what seemed like hours. I finished wiping out all the runes on the part. I rested for a few seconds before starting on another piece. I wiped the runes on it, too, and then moved to another piece.

Together with my clones, we are able to wipe the runes on all sixty-two pieces in record time.

Seeing those clean pieces, a smile appeared on my face.

I rested for a few minutes before picking up another set of tools. It is time to carve new formations on them.

I took a deep breath and began.

Carving out new formations is a much harder than erasing them. In wiping the runes, one can be a little careless, but that can't happen here.

A faintest mistake, and the whole meaning of the rune would change.

The difficulty is further increased by the runes being microscopic.

It is a good thing I have wonderful tools, and I am in my abode where everything is

under my control, but even then, it is hard and slow work.

Hours passed and turned into days, but I continued until it was a late night.

It is when I stopped. I am thoroughly tired. I had been working since the morning, right after I had finished practicing Garsonath's Transformation.

I didn't eat lunch or even the dinner.

I got out of my core and got up from the bed before walking toward the practice room.

On the way, I checked on my formation and was relieved to see no-one had snooped

on me.

Soon, I stepped into the practice room.

To be honest, I would rather sleep than practice, but I need to practice.

It had been over a year since I returned after dealing with the Ogmarazi hive, and

since then, I had not missed a single session.

It is too important with the progress I am making with each session.

I have perfected the formulas, and I have to say, they are amazing. So much so that if Carter and others got to know about it, they would murder me to get it.

It is too amazing.

It is such a regret that I couldn't use the honey with Garsonath Transformation.

Even if I use the honey from flowers of the world tree, the effects wouldn't be as great.

as my other two methods due to it being a different method.

Dance of Ukasanor is a strengthening method, while Talaras is a constitution-strengthening method.

Both are strengthening kinds, but Garsonath isn't. So, the effects wouldn't be as great.
