Chapter 27
Chapter 27
C27 – A Mysterious Woman
“Do it, as Young Master Chen says.”
The baldy at the side also opened his mouth and said coldly.
“Yes!”
Upon hearing this, the blade-wielding individuals wore grim expressions and responded in low, serious tones.
Without hesitation, they firmly grasped their machetes and advanced toward Wang Xiao.
“Then, let’s do this!” Wang Xiao swiftly flipped his right hand, conjuring a machete into his grasp. The machete on one of his opponents vanished without a trace.
Nobody could discern when Wang Xiao had struck and swiped the machete from his adversaries.
Bang!
Wang Xiao’s body surged forward, closing in on the men wielding the knives before him.
His movements resembled a sinuous dragon plunging into the sea, deftly weaving between the bladed assailants. A razor-sharp blade resembled a delicate snowflake, blossoming amidst the melee.
Subsequently, that beautiful snowflake also bloomed with a vivid shade of red.
“Ah…”
The right hand of one of the sabermen was chopped off and immediately cried out in pain. The arm that was chopped off was still holding a machete, looking very horrifying.
Wang Xiao didn’t stop because of this. As he swung the machete in his hand, there would always be a swordsman who was cut. Blood kept gushing out.
In front of Wang Xiao, these experts who had been carefully trained by the Chen Group were like tofu that could be cut into pieces with a single slash.
In just a few blinks of an eye, nearly thirty blade hands of the Chen Family in the paper mill were cut and fell to the ground. The machetes were thrown to the ground one after another. It was a mess.
Wang Xiao, on the other hand, was like a god of slaughter. He stood in the crowd. The machete in his hand was covered with blood. Drops of blood dripped down along the edge of the machete and slowly dripped onto the ground.
“How, how is this possible? How could the swordsmen of the Chen Family be cut down so easily?”
Seeing this unbelievable scene, Chen Jie’s eyes widened slightly and exclaimed.
Both of his legs felt weak. Even though he had seen a lot of big scenes, when he saw the broken limbs all over the ground, he felt his stomach churn, as if he was about to vomit.
“Chen Jie, I warned you not to harass Tong Waner again in the KTV. Otherwise, the consequences would be very serious. Since you know your mistake, you can’t blame me.”
Wang Xiao held the machete in his hand and slowly turned around. He looked at Chen Jie and said in a cold tone. A fierce killing intent spread out from his body. Obviously, he wanted to kill Chen Jie.
When Chen Jie heard this, he felt Wang Xiao’s sharp eyes. His body trembled and he took a few steps back.”
“Wang Xiao, if you want to kill Young Master Chen, you have to get past me!”
At this time, the baldy blocked Chen Jie’s path. He stared at Wang Xiao with a solemn expression and said in a deep voice.
This young man was indeed not an ordinary person. His skill was so terrifying that even he couldn’t fight thirty blade artists by himself.
However, since things had come to this point, the baldy could only brace himself and attack.
“Uncle Bald Man, be careful!”
Seeing Bald Man blocking in front of him, Chen Jie felt slightly relieved. Bald Man was the same as those swordsmen, they were all outlaws who were taken in by his father. However, Bald Man was the strongest, so he became his father’s right-hand man!
“You can’t stop me!”
Wang Xiao glanced at the baldy and said faintly.
“How would I know if I don’t try?”
The baldy said in a deep voice. This time, he no longer looked down on Wang Xiao because he knew that Wang Xiao had such strength!
“Then come!”
Wang Xiao didn’t waste any time. He gripped the machete in his hand and moved his body, slashing at the bald man.
So fast!
Seeing Wang Xiao’s movement, the baldy’s expression changed. He instinctively grabbed the machete in his hand and blocked the attack.
But at this time, Wang Xiao had already appeared behind him, and the way they held the machete did not change.
“You’ve lost.”
A few seconds later, Wang Xiao’s faint voice rang in the baldy’s ears.
“Er…”
A blood necklace made of blood beads appeared on the baldy’s neck, and his vision began to blur. A sense of helplessness suddenly surged in his heart, and the machete in his hand fell to the ground. He felt that his eyelids were getting heavier and heavier, and he slowly closed them. Finally, he lost consciousness.
“Uncle Baldy!”
Seeing that even Uncle Baldy was dead, Chen Jie’s eyes were filled with fear, and his entire body trembled.
“Don’t look too ugly. You will die with him soon. After you die, I will send your father down to accompany you.”
Wang Xiao’s lips curved up into a smile. He looked at Chen Jie and said softly.
As he spoke, he slowly walked towards Chen Jie.
Chen Jie had already crossed his bottom line. This kind of person deserved to die!
“No, you can’t kill me. I am Young Master Chen of Chen Group. If you kill me with your key, my father won’t let you go.”
Chen Jie kept stepping back. He looked at Wang Xiao nervously. Suddenly, he tripped and fell backwards.
He turned around and saw Tong Waner, who had fainted, tripped on the sofa.
Chen Jie’s eyes lit up. He hesitated. He grabbed Tong Waner’s neck and blocked in front of him. He said to Wang Xiao in a cold voice, “Wang Xiao, don’t come over, or I will strangle her!”
“Let her go, and I will give you a full corpse!”
Seeing Chen Jie using Tong Waner to threaten him, Wang Xiao’s face darkened. He said to Chen Jie in a domineering tone.
“Humph, are you trying to scare me? If worst comes to worst, we will die together. Let me go, I will let her go, or else…”
Chen Jie’s expression was ferocious. He smiled sinisterly at Wang Xiao. He had no way out anyway. At most, it would be a life and death struggle.
“Alright, I’ll let you go, you let her go!”
Wang Xiao wore a somber expression. Eventually, he cast the machete aside and addressed Chen Jie in a deep, solemn tone.
Seeing Wang Xiao drop the blade, a smirk curled on Chen Jie’s lips. He clutched Tong Waner’s neck and departed the paper mill with deliberate steps.
Wang Xiao remained rooted in place, his gaze locked onto Chen Jie. He made no attempt to pursue.
As Chen Jie reached the paper mill’s gate and caught sight of the waiting jeep outside, jubilation overcame him.
Once he entered that vehicle, Wang Xiao’s capacity to menace him would be nullified!
“Hehe, Wang Xiao, you’re too soft-hearted. Wait for the day when the Chen Group seeks vengeance after my escape!”
With a taunting tone, he flung Tong Waner aside and derided Wang Xiao.
After those words, he turned swiftly, preparing to leap into the off-road vehicle.
But would Wang Xiao let Chen Jie escape so easily?
Swoosh!
Wang Xiao flipped his hands and several silver needles appeared in his hands. He flicked his fingers and these silver needles turned into several cold lights that rushed towards Chen Jie’s back.
Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!
The sharp cold light was like a bullet that came out of the barrel. In an instant, it pierced through Chen Jie’s back, went through his chest, and nailed onto the windshield of the off-road vehicle.
“I, I actually forgot that I still have this move.”
Chen Jie’s eyes widened, his face pale. He stared blankly at the silver needle on the off-road vehicle’s windshield, and said with a trembling voice.
He could feel his life force rapidly slipping away. A sense of powerlessness quickly swallowed his body.
Bang!
Finally, Chen Jie fell on the empty ground in front of the jeep. His life force was completely gone.
“Like I said, you will die today. I will do as I say!”
Wang Xiao slowly came to Chen Jie’s corpse. He glanced at Chen Jie indifferently and said in a flat tone.
He turned around and helped Tong Waner up. After checking her, he saw that Tong Waner was not hurt. He picked her up and decided to leave first.
……
Following Wang Xiao’s departure with Tong Waner, a mysterious figure suddenly emerged in the darkness outside the paper factory.
Dressed in leather attire and pants, the figure possessed an alluring silhouette. Her visage remained concealed behind a black lace mask, yet her lofty nose, crimson lips, and delicate oval face hinted at her striking beauty.
“Honestly, every time she leaves a mess for Bengong to clean up, Young Lord never ceases to be a cause for concern!”
The beautiful figure murmured to herself, her expression registering discontent as she peered in the direction Wang Xiao had departed.
Despite her dissatisfaction, she gracefully made her way toward the paper mill on her lithe jade legs.
“How can so many transgressors who have defied the king and queen still be alive?” Upon entering the paper mill, her beautiful eyes, reminiscent of black gemstones, fixated on those grievously wounded. However, the lone survivor with a knife injury retorted indifferently, “Then I shall send you to hell to atone for your sins!”
“This woman wants our lives, we’ll fight her to the death!”
A few Blade Masters who were not seriously injured got up from the ground and also noticed the beautiful woman. After hearing her words, their faces slightly changed and they cried out in alarm.
They quickly picked up the blade from the ground. Although their right hand had been chopped off by Wang Xiao, and they could only hold the blade with their left hand, their combat strength was still half of their usual strength.
“Hehe, you think you can fight me with your lives? If it wasn’t for the fact that you don’t want the king to know about my existence, I would have killed you all before the king came!”
The beautiful woman smiled indifferently. After she finished speaking, a black short scale appeared in her hand. With a sway of her body, she disappeared from where she stood like a ghost.
In the next second, a black figure appeared among them.
Pooh! Pooh! Pooh!
A multitude of ebony blade streaks streaked through the air, accompanied by the gruesome sound of these blades penetrating flesh. A crimson necklace of blood materialized around the necks of the wounded blade wielders.
Their eyes and mouths were agape in shock. Without uttering a word, they collapsed lifelessly to the ground.
The captivating woman cast an indifferent gaze upon the lifeless bodies strewn across the floor. From her bosom, she retrieved a jade vial, calmly pouring its contents over the corpses. In an instant, every body in the paper mill liquefied into a pool of blood, including Chen Jie’s remains.
Subsequently, she pivoted and exited the paper mill, vanishing into the darkness.
