I will not die. Not for someone else.
...
For as long as Kairos could remember, he experienced things twice. Originally, Kairos believed that was completely normal. However, as he grew up, he realized that it was not nearly that simple.
Kairos would experience things one second before they happened. At first, he used it to avoid stubbing his toe or having a plate fall on his head. But as he got older, he realized that being too different from other people was essentially a sin.
And so, Kairos quickly covered his ability up and pretended to be a loner. He let himself get shoved around even when he knew he could avoid it, just to blend in with the crowd.
However, things weren't just left at that.
Along with his strange ability, Kairos always had dreams.
Dreams of a rising red sun.
At first, they were infrequent and more confusing than anything else. But as time went on, he had this same dream more frequently.
And it also became more terrifying.
Kairos would wake up in a cold sweat, not truly understanding why he was so afraid. That is, until one day.
When the red sun rose.
And the apocalypse descended.

So I've been playing this shitty dating game along with my friend. Why is it shitty? Well, none of the damn endings are happy! You're destined to get a sad ending no matter what choices you make. But for some reason, we couldn't stop ourselves from talking about it or searching for some other ending.Ah... but I guess it doesn't matter since both of us died saving some random people we never met....Wait, why did I reincarnate into the villain of the shitty dating game? And my friend reincarnated as the hero?Is this... a good thing?Fuck, Nathan why are you beating yourself up? We need to make a real plan here!

Only when all the living perish, will there be peace
...
Apollo was a bratty noble. Using the power of his father, he did many mischievous stunts. However, he would never go too far. The worst he did was steal someone's shoe, while on the average, it would be poking them in the back and running off.
That's why he found it so absurd that someone would assassinate him, in his own room no less. He was stabbed in the back and left to die...
But then he was back in his room, completely fine. Yet, he was stabbed in the back once again.
Once he was stabbed in the back for the third time, the cruel reality began to sink in.
That this would repeat itself for an eternity.
The only thing in his room was his bed and his bokken, a wooden sword.
At some point, Apollo picked up the bokken.
He took his first steps to break out of the cycle.
And swore to bury the person who called for this assassin with his own hands.
...But also calls a lot of things mommy for some reason.
