I read up to 59, the last one available here.It's a good adventure story, the MC is a hardcore guy who was teleported to his favorite game, we all know this.One thing I found interesting in this story is that everything is very "alive", this is something good and bad. It's good because we see that the relationships between the characters are well constructed, their personalities are not shallow, their interactions are "human". The bad thing is exactly this too. I'll give the example of FML, at the beginning she is particularly irritating, she is a stunning, petty and spoiled "little girl", really a beautiful archetype of an arrogant wizard with low self-esteem, which is what she is.Don't get me wrong, this doesn't ruin the novel, at least I don't think so. Our MC shows himself to be "petty" also in his fights with her, in fact so far I've found it quite satisfying the many times he's made her cry. Yes, the MC has a short temper with her, although he is generally affectionate.So yes, in addition to interactions between characters, I have to praise the writing/translation regarding the description of the action scenes, they are extremely well done, it is very satisfying.What about the game's main plot? In my opinion, this novel has potential - a lot of it. Our protagonist is a hardcore pervert - a gamer that plays a game on the hardest difficulty with only one life meaning that a single death will result in permanent deletion of the character created - despite the efforts and time you took to level it up. The reason I say he’s a pervert is due to the fact that he has no fear of the time and effort it took to raise a character - instead of taking proper care and being cautious he straight up goes and fights 1 on 1, 2 on 1 and even 3 on 1 where a single mistake could lead to character deletion as stated previously.Well after twists and turns out protagonist encounters someone - who i’m guessing is a god - and gets transported after a battle to the character he had created a while ago but never levelled up properly. To make matters worse this game he gets transmigrated to is literally reminiscent of Dark Souls or Elden Ring. Fighting for his own survival and protection our protagonist goes through hurdles and battles - not only physically but also mentally which imo makes it a lot better - where death lurks in every corner. He has a companion who is bound to him in a very interesting way - huge spoiler but it’s also intriguing and new - who helps him through his journey currently. The story is intriguing and the plot isn’t something so easily predictable. The current pace is also not too fast nor too slow leaving a nice and satisfactory experience.The main character thus far isn’t the most likeable nor the most powerful. However, I can say that at least he’s as human as you or I - feeling pain and discomfort at suddenly being transported into a game (a game reminiscent of Dark Souls nonetheless). Most characters are really fleshed out and portray human emotions, psychology and actions incredibly well; as well as the reality of living in medieval war times where it isn’t always sunshine and rainbows. There is room for improvement for all characters which is something expected from a story in it growing phases and if it travels in the direction it currently rolls then it can definitely reach a high 4.6/5. The female lead so far is a hit or miss depending on what type of person you are. If you like tsundere’s then the current FMC might be to your liking, and if it isn’t simply give it a chance and see how it develops.That is my review so far, catching up to the latest chapter, and I would personally rate it a 3.8 (as it is in its early stages so i’m unable to give a higher and more solid review whereas 5/5 are something I only give to stories that I regard as masterpieces). Take it as a grain of salt and try it for yourself as to whether you like it or not - if you are a fan of Transmigration into Games or Struggles from Weak to Strong then it being most likely right up your alley. It's novel but loses that spark of awe rather quickly and becomes monotonous but still enjoyable.Truth be told the side characters became the highlight of this for me as opposed to the boredom I felt in the creation of the Dungeon..... I suppose the main reason for my boredom with the Dungeon was that it became grind without reward and less about leaving people in awe and more about torturing and turning them away without any of the former.

Great dungeon core novel. Solid premise with a free form development. Interesting creatures populate the dungeon of our MC and has plenty of varying areas or biomes. Some people have whined about the human component but it mostly just relates to the actual dungeon and far less politics than other novels in the same genre.Overall a solid read with too few chapters at the moment. 4.3/5

Honestly, I get what you're saying, I didn't understand why he just let them settle on his island, and I understand that he gets mana and knowledge from the people he kills but it's not like not having enough mana would ever be an issue for him because he just absorbed it from the air. He didn't really need the knowledge either because it's been shown that he can figure out how to use elemental magic on his own just fine. She gave him a rabbit to populate the dungeon with. I'm sure the MC can turn the rabbit into something dangerous but why bother. He could have asked for carnivorous apex predators and elevate those into supreme predators.But you know what. The dungeon, which is the MC, answers every question honestly or it doesn't lie. So the MC is on the bad end of a deal but he is cool with it. The dungeon is a nice dungeon. Not the efficient dungeon killer I expected.In a nut shell. Just a few chapters in and I got annoyed by what seemed like a simple, lazy story writer.I'm not going to say that the novel is bad since I know many people like this kind of stuff, but it most certainly isn't my cup of tea.When reading this kind of stuff it just makes me think of a kind of naive person without much life experiences, education or expertise in anything but weeb or gamer pursuits, and a very narrow exposure to literature as a whole.There's nothing wrong with a person being any of that. I just rarely ever find them or their works terribly compelling.
