Chapter 123: Domineering.

The whole You Family was busy preparing for the action. You Xi Wang called Ushijima Choma after he left the gathering hall. The call connected, Ushijima Choma greeted him with a smile and said, "You Xi Wang, what makes you call your mother-in-law." she has approved of You Xi Wang's relationship with Yuki and regarded him as a family member already. You Xi Wang was embarrassed and spoke, "Mum, we found a hideout of dark dwellers. They have two hostages. The family will take action. So can you and dad provide us support? They have a primal soul cultivator. Although I have asked my aunt to come, it would be better to have you two along. If that person had a hole card then it might be troublesome."

Ushijima Choma was surprised and then asked, "What sect are they from?"

You Xi Wang spoke, "Death Sect."

Ushijima Choma replied, "Kinben is out to do something for the council. I will call your second mother-in-law. We both will come to your place and then act together with your family. Okay?"

You Xi Wang naturally agreed. The second Mother-in-law Ushijima Choma mentioned was Camila Watson. She was now an active member of the council and had recovered from her injuries. You Xi Wang talked to Ushijima Choma for a few minutes and came to his room. He was pissed by the attitude of the Paul family, so subconsciously picked up a black shirt and a black pant. He wore black leather moccasins, hair was tied in a topknot. He walked out of his room to gather with his grandpa and grandaunt. You Naixin was wearing a black-red robe with a black and red phoenix hairpin in her hair. As for You Ziyou, he also sported a black suit.

You Zhichi came to see them off, and said, "Grandpa, you need to take control or this brat will fly off handle and might beat them in their house."

You Ziyou patted her head with a smile and nodded. He sat in the car driven by Robert. You Xi Wang sat shotgun, and You Naixin sat with her brother in the back. The maglev moved and You Xi Wang spoke, "Grandpa, you let me handle this. We don't need to be taking their shit."

You Ziyou spoke, "I know that Xiao Wang, but at least listen to them first."

You Xi Wang wanted to retort but then You Naixin spoke, "If they make too much noise, Xiao Wang is free to do things his way."

You Ziyou was about to say something but his eyes met a fierce gaze of You Naixin. They already know what happened in the challenge in the morning and if You Ziyou spoke anything more, then he will be beaten by this angry tigress. He could only close his mouth and shake his head in helplessness. Now only did he understand why his grandson asked him to come when he already had You Naixin. It is because You Ziyou is a calm person and everyone gives him respect. 

You Xi Wang was satisfied when he heard the words spoken by his grandaunt. He used his soul energy and spoke in her mind, "You are the best Granny."

You Naixin flashed a warm smile in the back. The vehicle arrived at the entrance of the Paul Family residence in half an hour. The vehicle stopped at the entrance and a guard came to the driver's seat window and asked, "Sir, may I know who you are?"

Robert rolled down the window and spoke, "The master of You Family is here on the invitation by your family. Ask them." his tone was freezing. Robert was completely loyal to You Family. He was warm to the family and cold to the outsiders. The guard heard it and hurriedly apologized spoke, "Sorry for the mistake, sir. We were told early to let you in." he was afraid they might complain to the higher members. 

Robert eased up a bit, "It's fine, you are just doing your job."

The guard nodded in gratitude and opened the gate for them to enter. Robert led the car to the guest parking area. You Xi Wang spoke, "Neo will be here to take us in."

He opened the door and alighted the vehicle. He opened the door for You Naixin, while Robert opened the door for You Ziyou. You Xi Wang stretched his arm towards his granny. You Naixin spoke with a smile, "How come our Xiao Wang is acting like a gentleman?"

You Xi Wang spoke, "I am always a gentleman Granny. But that's only for young girls." he emphasized the word Young and a blue vein protruded on You Naixin's forehead. You Xi Wang spoke, "Okay, see if you stop reacting will I prank you?"

You Naixin spoke, "Humph, you just wait to get back home. See how I will fix you."

You Xi Wang stuck out his tongue. Nobody could imagine that this hippy-like person is a demon if pissed off. Robert spoke to alert them, "Young Master Neo is here."

You Xi Wang's demeanor changed as if a switch was flipped. He saw Neo approaching them with his mother, Rivera. Neo did a knuckle bump with You Xi Wang while Rivera greeted You Naixin and You Ziyou. They then led them to the gathering hall of the Paul family. The mansion felt like an eco-friendly building from the earth. Rivera spoke as they were walking, "Elders, Xiao Wang, I apologize for this matter. Neo told me everything and the family also knows that what you did was something the two called upon themselves but the elder sister is a bit unreconciled so she called the elder council meeting."

Neo spoke, "Yeah, You Xi Wang, I apologize." his eyes were filled with a sincere apology. 

You Xi Wang unceremoniously smacked the back of his head and said, "You apologize one more time and I am calling Big momma to teach you some sense." his tone was very casual as if nothing happened then he turned to Rivera and said, "Aunt you do not have to apologize for something a blind woman did. Relax, we are a family. Well, just you, Neo, and uncle Simon."

Rivera chuckled at his statement, but her heart was warm. They soon reached a hall. The elders and the upper echelon of the Paul family were already there. A burly man sat on the throne. He had white hair but his physique was very strong. He moved his eyes in the entrance's direction and saw You Xi Wang and others arrive. Just as You Xi Wang took a step inside, his warm and friendly look disappeared. He stood up in the center of the hall like a spear. His gaze was sharp as he locked eyes with the man on the throne. 

He spoke, "You Xi Wang greets the elders of Paul Family." he clasped his fist with his palm. The man on the throne nodded as he approved of this and was about to speak when a cold snort came from the side.

A woman wearing a white and blue dress came forward from behind an elder's chair. She spoke with her finger pointed at You Xi Wang, "How dare you, a brat disrespect our family master? Did your You Family not know manners of greeting an elder?"

You Xi Wang looked at her with cold eyes but did not react. You Ziyou spoke, "You seem to be the first lady of the Paul Family, wife to first master, right?"

The woman said, "Yes. So what?" her voice was not respectful. You Ziyou shook his head and said, "You Xi Wang is the family master of our You Family and this identity does not allow him to bow to others, except for his parents and master."

The woman spoke with a scornful look, "Humph, a mere boy is equal to our family master? Maybe his father was, but unfortunately, he died along with his wife." her words made the whole Paul family shocked. They knew this woman was impulsive and rude, but this statement would only make things difficult. You Ziyou's face turned cold, and he was about to retort, but then You Xi Wang shook his head to him. You Xi Wang was now calm. You Naixin also saw this and swallowed her rage.

The paul family master could not watch it anymore and said, "Aureum, quiet. Let us talk."

The lady had golden hair and was named after the color. She was a golden fur fox. This species of beasts was very cunning and wild by nature. You Xi Wang spoke in a calm voice, "It's okay, elder Paul, let her complete."

The woman saw this as an opportunity and spoke, "Yes, father-in-law, are we afraid of this boy and his family? How dare he hurt my children? Is it that big of a deal to imagine about his sister? Humph, a maiden? Going by his violent reaction, I wonder if these siblings have done something sinful."

The whole hall descended into silence, You Ziyou and You Naixin were shocked to see that a woman could speak so vulgarly. They both glanced at You Xi Wang, who was looking as calm as a cucumber. They were worried about what he would do. You Ziyou did not speak anymore. He was a peace-loving man, but that did not mean anyone can come and trample the dignity of his family. The woman saw the three people did not speak. She smirked, thinking that she has put pressure on them.

You Xi Wang smiled at this moment. He took a step and walked to the woman. Neo held his mother's hand tightly, he was aware of what was about to happen. Rivera looked at him. She did not know what could make her son so anxious. The Paul family master was also looking at all this quietly. This woman was a core formation-level cultivator. She was valued in the family because she was strong enough to face an early primal soul cultivator. He was now thinking about what to do in order to defuse the situation.

Suddenly a loud snap rang out. You Xi Wang had slapped the woman in front of him. He used his soul pressure to immobilize her. He did not wait for others to say anything and kicked the inside of the woman's knee.

He spoke, "When this creature of your family was insulting my parents and sister, you did not speak a word. Is my family's dignity less than yours? Did you treat my family's benevolence as a weakness? If not for Neo, I would have slain those fucking posers right there on the stage. Did you think that people are fools and do not know that you get the starry pupil after eating the star spirit fruit? Now if you have something to say in defense of this creature, I would take that as an action against my family, and believe me, you do not want to go to war with me."

Neo spoke, "You Xi Wang..."

You Xi Wang spoke to him, "Neo, if you value me as your brother, stay out of this. I spared those people because of you, but if your family is set on insulting my family. I do not mind spilling blood." his bold and blatant proclamation shook Neo to the core. He was also disappointed with the attitude of his family. 

You Xi Wang looked at the man on the throne and spoke, "You value her because she is s strong person? Are you yourself not strong? If not, then pass the throne to someone with a spine as to not let this creature invite disaster to your family."

The man on the throne was very ashamed when he heard these words coming from a junior. He stood up and spoke, "I apologize to you, Young Master Wang."

You Xi Wang spoke, "I do not need your apology. I want this creature to swear on heaven that she and her sons will never scheme against my family and never will they instigate others to act. The same goes for your whole family, excluding Aunt Rivera, Neo, and Uncle Simon." 

The whole hall was silent, but the master of the family spoke, "We agree, this is our own doing. So we need to pay as well."josei

Some elders spoke in denial but the family master roared, "SHUT UP, YOU GUYS STILL SUPPORT THIS WOMAN? DO YOU ALL WANT ME TO TAKE OUT MY SABER AFTER A DECADE? I DO NOT MIND CLEANING MY WHOLE FAMILY WITH THE BLOOD OF NARROW MINDED FOOLS."

The elders who spoke in denial shivered when faced with the killing aura the master emitted. They all could only make the heavenly oaths in order to protect themselves. The whole family made the oath even to those who were not present. The old man spoke to You Xi Wang, "Young master You, your words have awakened this old man. From today, you are my, Jamison Paul's, friend."

You Xi Wang shook hands with him and apologized for acting brashly. The anger inside him has not yet quenched. He left the hall for You Ziyou to talk and defuse the situation. After a few hours of discussion, the atmosphere turned a bit easy. The trio from You Family returned home. This incident made the Paul family realize that the new master of the You Family does not make concessions regarding the family.
