Chapter 142: The Pursuit Of Happiness.

The group of people stood on a pier-like structure on the top of You Family mansion. Yup, you heard that right. They have a pier in their house. The reason behind this structure is that they are simply rich enough to get a permit and also afford the maintenance of this thing. The pier was extended out from the balcony of the mansion. You Xi Wang was talking to his cousins about some things they need to be careful of while hunting dark dwellers. 

The elders were also gathered to bid him farewell. In the past, it was not this grand, but now things have changed. This boy is now the master of the family, plus the fact that the family loves him very much. {I tell you guys, Youngest in a generation are a bit too much pampered.} You Zhichi was also treated with much affection by her elder cousins. Xia Xue put her hand on You Zhichi's head and said, "Xiao Chi, don't worry too much. Be careful while training, okay?"

The ladies all smiled and next a pair of jade fingers grabbed You Xi Wang's ears. It was You Naixin, who heard his words and grabbed his ear. She spoke, "Brat if you bully our princess then I will kick your butt. Also, who is the certain someone, you speak of?"

You Xi Wang smiled dazzlingly and hugged You Naixin. He said, "Why do you always think I am talking in a bad way, Granny. What I mean is very simple. Someone in our family is always worried about the family and the people in the household. Do you not worry about us all the time? Is there anyone who is more loving and caring than you in our family?"

Some cousins also spoke, "Yes, he is right. Granny Xin is the best."

"Long Live Granny Xin."

You Naixin smiled at this. She was happy hearing this. From the bottom of her heart. She said, "Humph, looks like my love on you pipsqueak is not wasted."

Lily shook her head and said in a bell-like voice, "Granny, Xixi is coaxing you to avoid your punishment. He called you a wrinkly old hag, indirectly."

The team members standing on the pier were surprised to hear such a roar. They finally understood You Xi Wang's majesty. Suddenly a blue giant airship appeared in the sky in front of them. The airship was magnificent. It looked like a canon. The whole ship was 200 meters long and 20 meters high. The airship was equipped with a state of art stealth system. Heavy artillery canon systems and emergency escape pods. You Family may sound small but that is only because these people prefer to stay low key otherwise they might buy out the whole City. Tianlong Technologies is just a new business company that was established by You Liangxin on his own. If you were to discover the empire this family has, people might not dare to approach You Xi Wang, let alone hitting on You Zhichi.

This airship was exclusive to the master of the family. In the past, You Liangxin used this airship to take his family on vacations. Imagine the splendor of these guys. This ship used 8 ionic turbine engines to fly. The power source of this ship was a 10-ton spirit stone. It was actually formed by combining too many little spirit stones. Inside this ship were 25 luxurious cabins along with 30 bathrooms. The bathrooms came with a jacuzzi. There was one gathering area, two observation decks. One cockpit and 20 crew cabins. It was operated by a crew of 20 people. The airship did not land but maneuvered in the air. The entrance hatch was on the side of the ship. The hatch slowly opened and a crew member controlled the panel on the side to dock the ship to the pier. 

With a muffled sound, the ship successfully docked to the pier. The captain of the ship crew came out and greeted the elders of the family and You Xi Wang. You Zhichi first led the team members inside the ship. You Xi Wang searched the crowd and found Celestia standing beside Lily holding Maya in her arms. Lily was upset as she has never been away from her mother, and this time she will leave for 15 days. Celestia was also very attached to this family and did not feel as excited as she was earlier about going out. You Fengxian stood behind the two girls trying to coax them.

You Xi Wang came towards the two girls and spoke with a smile after he squatted down, "Why are our two little pixies so upset? Do you not want to go?"

The two girls wanted to go out but were hesitant to leave home. You Xi Wang said, "You two know that in order to grow even birds leave their nests. We are only going for a few days and will come back soon. If you two are brave, then come back wiser. Learn all you can and make your family proud. When you buy candy, you pay credits. The two girls thought and finally, they held You Xi Wang's arms. You Fengxian was about to speak when You Xi Wang spoke, "Don't worry, Big Sis Xian. They are my treasures too. I will be careful." You Xi Wang picked up the two girls in his arms and smiled at the family. Then he walked to the ship with Jojo and Maya following on foot behind them. Maya did not like anyone to carry her except for You Xi Wang, but what can she do about Celestia? Her cuteness won over Maya every time. Still, the furred creature preferred to walk on her own whenever she gets a chance.

The people boarded the crew and You Xi Wang waved at them from the window before the airship took off.

Inside the airship, You Xi Wang saw everyone sitting on the couches laid in the gathering area. A voice sounded from the speaker system embedded in the ceiling, "This is your captain speaking. We are about to take off so kindly remain in your places. The crew will notify you when it is okay to move."

Though the ship's operation was very smooth, the force of the initial thrust still affects the people inside. This warning from the captain was to avoid injuries by mistake. Everyone sat down on the couches and were talking with ease. You Xi Wang wanted to sit with Yuki but he was already taken by the two little pixies. They were holding his hands very tightly. The children were still a little awkward about the whole leaving thing, so You Xi Wang had to be with them. He started talking with the two girls after the ship took off. He had Maya in his lap and stroked her hair slowly as he was talking to the children. 

You Xi Wang taught the three kids some mind games, and the time started passing quickly. It was unknown when the three kids slipped into slumberland while trying to get one over each other in the mind games. The maids were about to carry them all to their rooms when Lily and Celestia woke up. They did not want to sleep in their rooms but with You Xi Wang. 

Yuki was watching all this from the side but she was not feeling any negative emotion instead. This woman was enjoying how You Xi Wang wanted to be with her but could not because of the kids. She sighed when she heard his mental message. She stood up and came to Celestia. She picked up the little girl in her hands and said, "Celes, is your big brother trying to make you sleep in a different room?"

Celestia nodded. Yuki said, "How about I join you guys. Then he won't be able to say no."

Lily looked at Celestia and vice versa. The girls bobbed their heads up and down in agreement. It was now decided that You Xi Wang can enjoy some quality time with Yuki, but the enjoyment became PG rated. He helplessly took the three girls to his room. He tucked the two girls in and sat down on the side of the bed. Yuki was sitting on the other end of the bed with two little girls in between them. 

You Xi Wang decided not to give up the pursuit of his happiness and his brain worked at a high speed.
