Chapter 196: Return.

An exaggerated scream rang out in Elfheim. You Zhichi squinted her eyes and scolded her brother, "You dare scream from the pinch brat? Do you want me to rip it off for real?"

Although she could never harm him. She still tried to deter the naughty guy. You Xi Wang calm down and glanced at his sister quietly. Then he clicked his tongue and said, "Nah, you won't do that to me, Big sis." and a sheepish smile emerged on his jade face.

You Zhichi gave up on disciplining him and sat down next to him. The other guys also came to his side and Yuki hugged You Xi Wang while beating his chest with her fists. Fenny cussed You Xi Wang, "Brat Wang, you shitbrick. How dare you scare your big momma to death? I will rip off your new baby skin and use it as a fertilizer."

The atmosphere turned jolly with the funny curse words flying around. Maya also came to sit down beside You Xi Wang when she woke up. Her fur now had a shimmering glow radiating from it. Her blue eyes and extra black pupil under the original one. The crescent moon mark on her forehead was so dark that it looked as if a mini black hole. She has now evolved from a teen wolf to an adult. This was all because of the blessing of the heavens. She got it because she was You Xi Wang's beast companion in the tribulation. They were bound by the equal contract of the spirit beast.

After a few minutes of chatting, You Zhichi asked her brother, "Bro, what was that last claw attack? I did not sense any fluctuations from it. How strong was it?" her tone was brimming with curiosity.

You Xi Wang spoke, "It is a martial art I created. I call it the Dao Claw. This claw attack is a crossover between the Wild Tiger fist and the Nine-fold dragon palm. The wild tiger fist is too rampant while the nine-fold palms need one to be patient and absorb. The principal told me not to use the palm method as it will only harm me more So while in seclusion I came up with a solution for this. As I practiced finding the solution, I realized that what I am looking for is the balance between death and life. So I developed this close-quarter method. The claws are something between a fist and an open palm. It accumulates the momentum while fighting constantly without being wild or too laid back. That is what I intercept the Dao to be. Some people seek strength, some seek speed, while I seek balance and change. So the Dao Claw came to being. The move is supposed to counter the opposite force perfectly to find a balance while changing the opposite force to its most primitive form. What you guys saw just now was actually a fluke. I do not know how that move disrupted the crimson dragon." at the end of his monologue, he sighed and gazed at the sky above him. No one knew what he was thinking.

You Zhichi spoke, "Your tribulation created too much noise. It might have been seen by others of the elf kingdom or even the council upper echelon. What do you think we should do now? Not every 16 years old can survive a heavenly tribulation. You know how big the impact will be?"josei

You Xi Wang nodded and spoke slowly, Don't worry, the process of heavenly tribulation is not anyone can pry into. Those of another dimension cannot find out anything. So relax." this was half lie and half a truth. You Xi Wang had the system to scan the surrounding for the surveillance around him. The system did not find any sort of disturbance in the environment. So they assumed no one was watching.

Council Headquarters. 

Hundreds of people sat in front of a cluster of sixteen screens. The scene was like that of a corporate office. Cubicles were divided and everyone had a dedicated work area. These people monitored the vital stats of the teams inside the dimensions. 

A man sat in a cubicle monitoring the vital signs of the Silica City team. The middle-aged man was very surprised when it found that the team did not have any big fluctuations during their initial time inside. As time passed, this surprise became a daily activity. The man thought this might be the only team to ever cross the survival trial with such ease, but today his speculation was broken. Advanced Metropia had the equipment capable of detecting the reasons behind the vital's fluctuation. This monitoring was all possible because of the jade pieces given to the teams.

Today when he took over the shift, he found the vitals were normal, but suddenly the captain named You Xi Wang had drastic fluctuations. The situation worsened so much that he was about to declare him dead. But just as he was about to make a call, the situation changed. The vitals of You Xi Wang picked up. The cause of these fluctuations was then discovered to be a heavenly tribulation. The man was shocked to the core of his existence. He was about to call the related higher authorities when President Book appeared next to him. 

The man greeted Alester Book. The old man asked what the situation was, and the man truthfully reported the matter. Alester Book nodded and told him to keep it a secret. The middle-aged man asked why should he keep it a secret. This heavenly tribulation is his duty to report to the related officials. 

Alester Book told him You Xi Wang is his disciple. He understood that the man was a responsible person and knowing the identity of You Xi Wang he would understand the potential dangers the boy would face if this is known and so the heavenly tribulation was covered up by the grace of Alester Book.

The group returned to the eleven castle grounds where the whole team was waiting for them. You Xi Wang and all of them had a good meal with the Elf council. Ilex and the others repeatedly expressed their gratitude and sent them a lot of gifts. These gifts ranged from phasor guns to attires, elixirs to tech manuals. You Xi Wang was also given a space bottle that contained 2 gallons of spirit liquid from the spirit lake. 

When he came out of the spirit lake You Xi Wang did not close the barrier between the two parts of the pond. He told Ilex that the barrier was a gift. He also left them some array of knowledge. Given the IQ these people had, they could evolve it on their own. The elves also had some very exquisite and high-level spirit weapons. Every member of the team was given a weapon of their choice, even the wolves now had armors for themselves. They were armed with spirit claws and other awesome gear. 

The material used by the elves was not worse than the high-quality rare metals in metropia. They even provided them with a forging manual and repair manual. Compared to the life of their world, all these techniques were worth nothing. You Xi Wang was given a white bow. The bow was exquisite, and it had Elven chants engraved on its body. You Xi Wang was also given a forearm protector. The whole set had a valiant charm to it. The Elven queen said that this bow was a weapon used by their goddess. 

Since You Xi Wang saved their race from imminent death, he should hold on to this weapon. The spirit of this weapon is a swift eagle. The swift eagle was a spirit beast that was capable of supersonic flights since its birth. This bow had a spirit of an adult swift eagle sleeping inside it. If he can make it wake up, then it would be a very good addition to his arsenal. You Xi Wang wanted to refuse, but the Elfs did not let him. 

Queen Ilex, General Miles, and the dark elf loli escorted them back to the place where the space crack would open. They all rode on lev boards. You Xi Wang already had the blueprint scanned in his mind and he was ready to get this thing in production as soon as he returns. Soon the jade pieces given to the sixteen people started to blink, and a space crack opened. 

The team bid farewell to some elves they have gotten to know while the other side did the same. It was inevitable to develop a friendship in the period of six months. You Xi Wang himself was not too open to strangers, but he never stopped his team to interact with the others. After bidding farewell, the team was about to step into the space hole when Ilex suddenly asked them to stop for a moment.

A light flickered and You Xi Wang and his team appeared in the dimensional tunnel on the Sky Event Square. After the initial daze Hercules spoke up, "Captain, I see teacher Maddison and instructor Adonis over there." he pointed out in a direction.

You Xi Wang and the others followed his finger and saw Maddison waving at them with a smile filled with pride. The team came back in one piece and their auras were stronger than before. They all took advantage of this trial to the fullest. Also, there was another reason. The rest of the teams, some came back in such dire straits that the medics had to take them to the infirmary right away while You Xi Wang and the team did not even have one hair out of place. They all even carried a slight fragrance, as if they all just came back from the vacation. 

The other teachers in the square all wanted to rush up and grab hold of these kids and ask them if they all just came back from the spa resort.
