After all Arial greatest strength is combining techniques. All this year at war, how could he have mastered only one technique? 

He looted the Royal Treasury of Zettel, looted the Archive of Knowledge of Daervan, in Zettel and brings all of its knowledge inside the Grand Library of the Imperial Family.

He has learned voraciously of all the techniques he could get his hands on. josei

Even though his All-Conquering technique did no injury towards the beast, the Blood Absorbing Heavenly Technique may fare better.

There is this one technique Arial learn…..to fuse one own blood with the enemies. It will travel inside the enemy body until it latched itself to the enemies' core of power.

Combining this with the Blood Absorbing Heavenly Technique, Arial would be able to weaken and not only that, but also to absorb the power of the Divine Beast.

By combining his blood and making sure it enters the Thunder Eagle body, he may release himself from the Thunder Eagle grasp. 

Every time he injured the eagle the eagle would reform back when thunder from the clouds attacks the eagle.

So, this time he is preparing to do some untested technique. 

'YARGH!' he yelled as he stabs his own hand and blood spluttered but it immediately floated in the air, a globule of blood floating, revolving around Arial hand.

The Eagle beginning to sense something. 

It first look at the injury that Arial had, then it began rushing faster, vast sea pass by Arial in moments, yet the wind did not even whip Arial face. 

It was like the Thunder Eagle has some protective barrier against the wind and uses it to even protect Arial.

It made Arial feel strange. But he has no time to satisfy his curiosity.

This time Arial is determined. He could not just let this eagle bring him to wherever it wanted. 

Arial stab the eagle again and the eagle body bore some hole but the eagle does not flinch at all. 

The eagle pays it no heed.

Thunder boomed ready to supply the thunder eagle with lightning to heal its injuries. 

But this time Arial uses the globules of blood to shoot it inside the Thunder Eagle wounds and it rested inside at the same time the thunder strikes the eagle and the wound sealed itself.

It was at this time Arial blood travel through the Thunder Eagle and expanded making the Thunder Eagle to have blood in its system.

Arial blood travels to the core of power for the Thunder Eagle and latch itself there. 

Blood is still dripping from Arial arms but the bleeding slowly stopped. Arial then smiles and said

'It is time' as he began his absorption technique draining the thunder eagle power as the blood is collecting the eagle power and the eagle began descending ,as its speed began to slow down and crash into the ocean.

The eagle is not dead and the globule of blood ejected themselves from the thunder eagle mouth as it shot to Arial and entered through Arial gash of wounds.

However something unexpected happens. Arial could not have expected the energy that the Thunder Eagle possesses. 

As a divine beast, its body is full with divine energy.

If anyone else did this, the moment they absorb it their bodies would explode leaving only a pool of blood.

Arial did not know of course that absorbing divine energy and especially of such a powerful divine beast could have such effects.

It is only because of Arial bloodline that his body did not spontaneously combust. But Arial still feel the overbearing pressure in his body, roaring to explode.

The power was in utter and complete chaos, swirling, spiraling, and exploding. It was a power Arial never felt before.

Suddenly Arial felt like he just broke through the second stage of the technique, power coursing through his open meridians, like the rushing of a broken dam, and rising exponentially. 

His body produced crackling of lightning, and then his blood veins almost popped, and his brain feel such dizziness that Arial is bleeding from his nose. 

He never felt such presence of power in anything he has absorbed.

His meridians door are all opened and an explosion of energy happen in the middle of the sea, producing a radius of fifty km water waves, like a thundering storms just hit the area.

Arial is in panic now. 

His body is exhausted and he was trying to calm the energies. 

The thunder Eagle has already soared back into the sky leaving Arial in the middle of the ocean, levitating in a swirling of water tornado, gaining power in that vortex of pulsating energy.

Arial then coughed up blood.

'I overestimate myself' Arial said. Or ...did he underestimate the power contained in the Thunder Eagle.

It is too late to regret now. What's done is done. He has always heard that the Thunder Eagle is a divine beast.

Killing intent flowed out of Arial body, red and black aura is enveloping him, the black aura and the red aura combines, creating a blackish red color. 

Arial eyes are red, his veins are popping, his heart is beating erratically fast, and then his body is undergoing more changes as he shot through the third stages.

And an explosion happens again this time affecting the one hundred kilometer radius, killing everything near that radius. 

Fish, undersea beast, all around the radius of the explosion of energy, dies of fear.

The blood from those creatures that dies, the red blood then shot of to the vortex of the pulsating water tornado, enveloping Arial with red whirlpool of blood.

His body unconsciously absorbs all this blood, even while Arial body is in dire straits and advancing more will surely make Arial suffer more.

Never in history, has anyone who learns the Blood Absorbing Heavenly Technique jumped through the stages in one day. 

But Arial had just jump two level right at this moment. And the pressure it had on Arial body…is unbearable. 

This time Arial bone cracked and his leg is broken, followed by his hand bent in a weird way, oppressed by an invisible aura, from Arial own body.

This is the terrifying oppressing power from the Blood Absorbing Heavenly Technique 

His skins are cracking, and it was like Arial is shedding his skin like a snake, and black blood poured out from his pores.

It was painful, like someone had skinned him alive, slowly and painfully.

Arial is spurting black blood from his ears, his eyes, his nose, even from his skins. He is bleeding from the seven apertures.

If not for the whirlpool of blood which keep regenerating and healing him, Arial would be dead right now.

'ARGHH' he yelled and an explosion happen again, shaking the entire sea, an explosion that created a fifteen feet feet tidal wave from where he is floating as he forcefully stores the leftover energy in his body, sealing it his dantian, repressing it. 

And the tornado subsided and Arial fall to the sea, falling down…and down.

And he closes his eyes.

Is this where I die? He asks himself.
