'House of El?' Azrael said, puzzled. El the symbol that is always associated with the House of Mournstar? 

The crest of the House Mournstar has always been a falling star but in word they are represented by that mysterious symbol of El.

'Your house.' He said

'Mournstar' I said.

'No' Orcol said shaking his head.

'House of El.' Hearing this Azrael become more confused. 

What does Orcol knows? Azrael look at that wistful expression on Orcol face, that eyes that seems to know more about him, than he even knows.

'Tell me then. Explain to me your words. Make me understand' Then Orcol closed his eyes and then from his mouth come the Gospel of Morningstar.

'And Man disobey Light decree, and tasted the Forbidden Fruit, of that Forbidden Tree. God was enraged with boundless fury. And Death was brought into the world and with it the woes.'

He said. Azrael was not aware that Orcol was a believer. 

But he stays silence. Orcol did not pay attention to the King and continued, skipping right to the part where God ask the Angels.

'Light found the snake that slithers in the grass, falling Mankind to the world of woes and sorrows. Heaven hides nothing from God. And Morningstar, Our Great Bearer of Light was cast out from Heaven'

'Who first seduced them so they will revolt against His Orders? It was the infernal serpent, Mikael said with his flaming sword in his hand. 

It was his Guile who stirred up Envy and Revenge and deceived them. Uriel added. 

The Favour of Heaven, so highly, Morningstar fall off. With all of His Host, Morningstar was cast out in disgrace. And other rebellious angels aid the fallen angel. For it was Morningstar who have too much pride and hubris, to declare himself Kings of Angels. And He set himself in Glory above his Peers, trusted that He is equal to the most High.

'Wait!' Azrael said. Orcol is not intending to read all of the Gospel right?

'Yes, my liege?'

'What are you doing?'

'Telling the story.'

'What story?'

'The story of House of El.'

'Wait…what?'

'Can you let me continue? You will understand.'

'I…'Azrael did not understand. What is Orcol going on about?

'Proceed then' Azrael said, resigning himself. 

Orcol smiles and continue.

'And Morningstar leads a Host of fallen angels to oppose Heaven, against the Throne and Monarchy of Light. 

An impious war in heaven, angels and demons strewn the stars and the skies, their blood rained the worlds. With vain attempt, for Light is Almighty. 

And He almighty sends Mikael that govern Fire to rain down upon them Heavenly fires from the ethereal skies. Mikael and Morningstar fought and Morningstar was sealed with his seal containing Six seals which if released would bring out the Evil within. Thus the story ended of the rebellion in Heaven, of Morningstar, the most beautiful angel of them all, cast out, and defied the Omnipotent with arms, to bottomless perdition, there he will dwell.'

It was the first gospel of the Dark God. The Rebellion towards Heaven. And then Azrael continues Orcol passage. He knows this passage very well.

'Lay vanquish, he howls in the fiery Hells, forever tortured, and everlasting pain for his treason and Jealousy towards Humankind. He throws his baleful eyes to Heaven, mixed with unboundles pride and vanity, with hatred in a Dungeon horrible on all sides. It was a region of sorrow, where peace and rest, can never dwell, and hope never comes, but torture without end in sight. Such place was his punishment for those rebellious in Heart, here is their prison ordained. As far removed from God and light of Heaven. How unlike Heaven ,Hell is!'

Azrael was about to continue but Orcol hold up his hand.

'And that was it' He said

'What? What was it?' Azrael said not understanding

'The story of House of El.'

'I…don't understand.' But then something struck me. Seals? Angels. Mikael? Azrael?

'Are you saying…we are the descendant of An-'

Hearing this Orcol laughed.

'Yes' he said calmly

'Mikael. Gabriel. Uriel. Raphael. Selaphiel. EL. Azra-El. Mika-El. You have the blood of angels in you.'

'That is not possible. We are demonkind. Our Father is Morningstar. Our people are demonkind.'

'No, you are not. I'm not. And the past four Noble Heavenly Protector is not. Even Crow was a descendant of Angels'

'Angels don't procreate.' Azrael countered. 

Tonight is the most bizarre night in his entire life. Debating about Angels, as if they were real. 

Azrael never believed that much in Angels and Dark Gods. 

It is a story to explain some of the things in the world. Like lightning and storms. A story to make all these occurrence makes sense.

But tonight he is speaking as Angels are real, and the battle fought in Heaven was really their origin. It is surreal.

Orcol laughed and nodded

'No, Angels do not. Mortals are. Story of the Three Vices, do you ever read it?' Orcol said smiling knowingly, waiting for Azrael to understand.

And suddenly, Azrael remember the story while shaking its head. If this story is true….that the one who have been always ruling the Demonkind is Angels then….

In the Dark God Churches, Angels were described as the Army of God, merciless and the one who help cast out their Holy Father Morningstar from his seat, by telling to god of his transgression.

They cursed the Angels for sealing their Father, Their Great Ancestor in everlasting pain. 

For all the formation of Arakath, the reason why the king of Arakath is above everybody else, why the Mournstar family has always been the King and claims the throne with no obstacle is because of their supposed lineage with Morningstar. 

They possessed magic beyond that of normal Demonkind, their faces and their horns are different, their skin complexion is also fairer than the rest of the Demonkind.

But it has always been said, this is because the Mournstar is descended from the blood of Morningstar, their direct descendants.

If this is not true, and the other rest of the kingdoms know that they are truly descendants of Angels…then they might face a rebellion….that they could not survive.

'No…that is not possible. That is just a story. A lore.' Azrael said denying

'No...the bloodline has thinned all these years but the King that sits on the throne of Arakath has always been from the bloodline of Angels. Now you know why your father never tells you this story. It doesn't have anything to do with the administration. We, Angels have always ruled the Demonkind even Before The Ages begun. We are not angels itself, this you must understand, merely descendants of Angels who fallen in the Fight for Heaven.'

'I���this is hard…why now?' Azrael asked. Then Orcol said.

'Devonhurst from Mika-El. You are from Gabri-El. Arathorne from Rapha-El. And those that was descended from Uri-El has been exterminated about thousands of years ago by Astarte and Jurgan.'

'You…why are you telling me all this?'

'Because it's time. Because now….it matters. Darkness is rising. Monster appears out of nowhere. Dragons soars the skies once again. The Undead rises in the Marshes of the Kobolds. The Orcs fought walking Trees. The Elvenish could not see the stars. The Dwarves have seen the Darkly Things appears in their taigns, attacking their miners. And I think it is because of the Stone of Life.'

'Once again, I will ask. What is the stone of life?'

'It is one of the Seals. The Six Seals. The Stone of Life is the key. Or one of the Keys. It goes by many names. Stone of Transmutation, stone of transformation and one scholar even called it The Gold Stone. Some say that the Stone could produce the Elixir of Immortality.'

Azrael then remember what Orcol had just told him and then trembling Azrael asked.

'Releasing what? You said that the stone of life is one of the seals Key right? Then what does it open?'

Sighing Orcol said

'Hell. It will open Hell.'

Hearing this Azrael does not know what to do. If this is true….he needs to know what this threat really is. Is it really the Morningstar in legends?

'How do we stop it?' Orcol retrieve a document from his sleeve and give it to Azrael. Azrael read this.

'Land of Shadows? Novus Gaia? Is it there?'

'Yes, Mikael has informed me of this.' Orcol said calmly.

'My brother in law! He knew about this. How?'

'He seeks knowledge. Seeks the truth. And if there is one thing I have learned over all these years, usually when people search for the truth, Heaven and Earth will point the way. Light guided him as He guided me. The righteous stand before darkness and Light will guide the way.'

There was silence in the room for a while. Frowning, Azrael nodded to himself

'Then….we must send someone.' Azrael said.

'We must.'

'Do you have any suggestion?' Azrael said. And Orcol then said his plan to Azrael, telling him of the whole truth that night.

Their shipbuilding is one of the greatest abilities that they possessed, managing to weather even the harshest of weather.

This sudden and unpredictable movement of the Navy from the Dark Lands startled everyone.

Even the minister at Arakath is perplexed by their King decision but his word is law. And so in 04 Edenian Era, these one hundred ships sailed the Sea….to the Land of Shadows.
