The duo stood In a quiet and secluded corner of the hospital.There, Ethan and Liam shared a heartfelt
moment, an unexpected sight for those accustomed to Ethan’s renowned cold and aloof demeanor.
The transformation of this once feared man into a gentle figure in the presence of a child would have
undoubtedly surprised onlookers.
Meanwhile, Hazel meticulously combed through the hospital’s first floor, fervently searching for her
usually reserved and introverted son, Liam, who usually kept to himself. It was a shock to her when he
suddenly charged toward Ethan.
Suddenly, Liam and Ethan spotted Hazel, who was still frantically scanning the area in search of her

“Why did you run off like that?” She questioned.
Liam didn’t give an answer rather he lay his head back down of Ethan resting his head on Ethan’s
shoulder.
“Liam, do you know him?” Hazel asked trailing off slowly. The transparent wall of a hall reflecting their
image caught the attention of Hazel. The sight of Liam being held in Ethan’s arms looked almost
natural. Standing there they looked like a family.

“Well, here you go.” Ethan passed Liam back to Hazel, who observed her son’s reluctance and
questioning gaze, which soon turned sad.
Hazel understood what was going on. No matter what she couldn’t hide it, Liam was Ethan’s son, the
son of an Alpha. Although Liam couldn’t comprehend it, he felt a certain ease and comfort in the arms
of Ethan. Even though he was too little to have a wolf, something inside of his was drawn to Ethan.
Liam was alot smarter and sensitive than other kids his age. She decided not to pry or ask questions
knowing fully well that the two men could not understand why being together was natural to them
“Let’s go, baby,” Hazel whispered, taking Liam from Ethan and placing him on his own feet. “Bye,
Liam,” Ethan said with a sad smile, expressing a desire to spend more time with him. As they walked
away, Liam took a few steps forward and then ran back to give Ethan’s legs a hug. Chuckling, Ethan
picked up the child and walked back to Hazel while Liam whispered words into his ears.

said, smiling down at Liam. The little boy’s face lit up instantly. “Really?” He asked happily. “Yes. Then
maybe you can show me some of your other paintings you mentioned the other time?” Ethan asked,
pleadingly. “Yes!” Liam said, nodding more eagerly this time. Paintings? Hazel stared at her son. Liam
was sensitive about them, drawing and hiding them. But he was willing to share them with Ethan,
whom he had just met? Blood was indeed stronger. She mumbled to herself with a sigh. “Come on.
Let’s go; Daisy would be waiting.” Hazel said, pulling a happier Liam away.
“Bye,” Liam waved happily. “See you tomorrow!” Liam squealed, walking while being tugged by his
mother.
Ethan smiled wider. When Liam and Hazel went out of sight, his smile died at the realization that
suddenly hit him; he loved those kids. And he would kill for them. Nothing else mattered, not even their

Her eyes had surveyed his apartment, revealing a mix of admiration and fascination. Then the moment

entrapped bunny. The image of her being bored was even more hilarious. She talks to herself alot he
observed. She had spent over thirty minutes groaning and scolding herself for not minding her own

Axel chuckled lightly. Then she had gotten enraptured with the lights settings. Her excitement innocent
