Apocalypse: System of lotteries

Chapter 6 The Automatic Recovery Arrow Bag

Chapter 6 The Automatic Recovery Arrow Bag

?The blind box was surrounded by four pillars of light.

White and green.

Hooray!

Of the four items, two are green.

Four cards were inside. Ming took them out.

The first white card:

[Novice combat boots (1 durability)

[Strength + 1]

[Agility + 2]

That's great.

Ming ripped open the card and found a pair of boots.

Put on some brand-new sneakers and take off the old ones.

He picked up the second white card.

[Novice combat pants (durability 1/1) ]

[Constitution + 1]

[Strength + 1]

As soon as he changed his pants, Ming felt his whole body shake. Again, his attributes improved.

The third one was a green card.

In the doomsday game, the items are ranked from low to high: white, green, blue, purple, orange, gold, red, etc.

On whiteboards, only basic attributes are displayed, and above green equipment, rare and extreme attribute bars may appear.

Ming looked at the card.

[Strong Strike Crossbow (Durability 300/300)]

[Type: Long-range weapon]

[Strength + 2]

[Agility + 4]

[Top Grade Attribute: The target will be repelled back a distance after hitting it by 30%]

Awesome!!!!

There was a 4 point increase in agility and a 2 point increase in strength for Ming.

Mainly the extra attribute

After hitting the target, he had a 30% chance of knocking it back.

At first glance, the thing looks normal, but if an arrow doesn't hit the vital point, it'll increase the chances of shooting again.

Even though the trigger is random.

The last green card he got was:

[The universal crossbow quiver (durability 300/300)]

[Capacity: 30]

[Recovery: Every minute, restore 1 crossbow arrow]

"Recovery automatically..."

Ming stared at the card.

Having made sure he wasn't wrong, he tore it open.

A black leather arrow pouch lay across the top of his hands, which was filled with 30 crossbow arrows.

"I really like it."

Ming took one out and looked at it. All three sides of the three-pronged arrow had blood slots.

The coolest part is that its top-grade attributes can be automatically restored.

There's nothing better than this.

Ming was still thinking, what if the crossbow arrow was finished in the future?

No worries now.

How is durability calculated?

Strong strike crossbow and arrow bag durability are both 300. Could it be that shooting arrows and recovering them consumes durability?

"Forget it, I'll know later."

Ming started counting the supplies.

There were two luncheon meats, two cucumbers, two tomatoes, and one green onion in the box.

A bucket of mineral water, three apples, two cans of beer, two bottles of water, three packs of instant noodles, and two bottles of water.

Lastly, there's a pack of quick-frozen dumplings that take a lot of water to cook.

As he thought about it, Ming threw the dumplings back.

It would be great to see if the food will expire if it is kept in the brain field warehouse. If it doesn't, that would be awesome.

After finishing his work, he lay down on the bed for a short rest.

After that, enter the brain domain to check his attributes.

[Ming]

[Traveling Frog feeder]

[LV3 (3/15)]

[Constitution: 15]

[Strength: 18]

[Agility: 24]

[Spirit: 23]

[Weapon: Strong crossbow (Durability 300/300)]

[The other plus kit: Universal Crossbow Quiver (Durability 300/300)]

[Chest: Novice Battlesuit (Durability 1/1)]

[Legs: Novice Combat Pants (Durability 1/1) ]

[Foot: Novice Combat Boots (Durability 1/1) ]

[Warehouse: 100 cells]

[Gold Coins: 56.5]

He was amazing with his agility.

Originally, the spirit attribute was the highest, but now agility has surpassed it, and his agility is three times what it was.

All attributes should be affected by the agility boost, including speed, reflexes, dodging, balance, etc.

There were still screams and rumbling explosions coming from outside.

Someone lit their own LPG tank.

He pressed the door against the fire escape again and listened to the zombies. Fortunately, they didn't keep hitting it. Maybe they realized nothing was moving in there and gave up.

He looked at his watch again, an hour and a half before nightfall. According to the preview, the zombies will grow crazy after nightfall, so now's the best time to kill them.

After checking his equipment, he opened the door to go outside.

As of now, he can only retreat temporarily because he's unsure. With his whole body wearing gear, a crossbow with a strong strike, and an arrow bag that automatically recovers, he has a huge advantage over the sealed level 1 zombies.

Ming went to the fire safety door, stood close to the panel to listen, and sure enough, there were still zombies.

After Ming opened the chain lock, the zombies outside the fire door let out ho-ho sounds in unison.

Boom!!

A fire door suddenly burst open. A zombie standing in the door was hit by both the door and the wall behind him, blowing his head out. Furthermore, the zombie behind was knocked backwards by the door panel, and zombies kept hitting the stairs and rolling down them.

Another zombie on the other side of the door, just about to rush towards Ming, was shot in the brain by one of his crossbow arrows.

He wanted to kill them through the doorway, but then he realized there was a group of zombies outside, unlike before when zombies came one by one in front of the house. He gave up on that.

Suddenly, he realized the fire door was open to the outside, and the fire stairs were really narrow. The situation in front of him confirmed his suspicions. If the force is enough, zombies outside will be easily hit by the force of the steps.

When the zombies rolled down the stairs, they huddled together, and the first zombies who tried to get up rushed out from under them.

Ming raised his crossbow to shoot at the rushing zombies.

Boom~

Hit the zombie right in the head.

Ding ~ triggers the knockback effect.

Swoosh~

After being shot directly, the zombie flew backwards, smashing the zombie behind it to the ground.

"The weapon effect kicked in." Given the crossbow's extreme properties, there was a 30% chance it would knock back the target.

" Wow. That's just too powerful."

With the zombie down, Ming had time to load the arrow and aim.

Swoosh~

Two more arrows in a row killed two zombies. When they fell down, the zombies behind them were pressing on those who hadn't yet gotten up. At this point, everyone was huddled together, and the zombie's leg cover the zombie's head, and the zombie's arm wrapped around another zombie's waist.

For a while, it's hard to get up.

Ming could take advantage of this and shoot an arrow at the zombie's head. If it misses, add another arrow to the arrow bag.

Whatever, the arrows in the arrow bag can be recovered infinitely.

Ding ~ trigger Da Vinci [unexpected joy] drop rate increased.

With more zombies killed, a white pillar of light appeared among them.

"Oh! It's dropping equipment again!"
