Chapter 66: Stalkers
Feeling that someone has done a great injustice to her, Lisa started to pout to express her dissatisfaction to Elliot. However, one look at her puffed-up cheeks, and Elliot thought that she looks as cute as a hamster eating a nut.
Seeing that she looks too cute while pouting, Elliot roughly pinched her cheeks, squishing her soft flesh, making her tear up from the pain that comes with having one’s cheeks pinched.
Once he stopped pinching them and let go of her cheeks, Lisa rubbed the stinging parts of her cheeks with her palms in sadness. Feeling as if he has abused her, tears threatened to leak out of her pretty eyes.
“What was that for?” Lisa cried out loud, pinching the flesh on his waist in anger.
Elliot, who didn’t feel even an ounce of pain, looked at her with a sadistic smile, happy to leave his fingerprints on her cheeks.
“I couldn’t control my hands because you looked too cute in my eyes, my little slave!” Elliot replied in an overbearing tone of voice, hugging her and pushing her into his chest, winning her heart and satisfying her masochist tendencies with his words and actions.
“You’re too mean to me, but I forgive you, master,” Lisa said, enduring the stinging pain on her cheeks with a smile on her face.
She also stopped pinching him, making him think that she has really forgiven him.
“If you don’t like it then I won’t be mean to you, my cute bunny,” Elliot said, spewing out cliche words to tease her.
“Do you really mean it? Am I your bunny?” Lisa asked as redness painted her soft cheeks.
“I don’t have any reason to lie to you,” Elliot replied, leaning forward, sucking on her earlobes.
Lisa yelped, feeling surprised and excited as his sultry tongue licked the soft flesh on her ears and as he nibbled on her earlobes, tasting her flesh to fulfill a tiny bit of what his heart desires.
“What are you doing?” Lisa asked, redness painting her cheeks.
“I so want to make you my woman that I have no words to describe it,” Elliot said in a low voice as his heartfelt words were only for her to hear.
“You know I won’t be allowing it, no matter how much I want you and you want me,” Lisa said, reminding him that he can’t move to second base with her before they are married to each other.
“Why do you place so much emphasis on marriage?” Elliot asked, curious about why she doesn’t let him do anything deeply intimate with her because they are not married.
He knew that normally a girl allows her boyfriend to do sexual stuff to her, some do it every day and some do it continuously for weeks!
So why isn’t it the same for him?
Why does his girlfriend always stop his advances?
“It’s not me, but my family. If we do that before marriage, then at best, my father would force you to marry me.” Lisa replied, honestly explaining the main reasons behind her refusal to his advances to him.
“At worst?” Elliot asked.
“He might take action against you,”
Lisa said, drawing her hand across her neck, signifying that her father with a daughter complex might come after his ass if he bangs her before marriage, a marriage that was just a ruse to cover the fact that what he actually needed to make her his woman in both heart and body was the consent of her overprotective and deeply involved father.
“We aren’t even married, and my father-in-law is already trying to cock-block me. What a damn bastard!” Elliot cursed his mind, annoyed at Lisa’s father.
“Is he honestly as short sighed as you say?” Elliot asked after a moment.
“Yeah,” Lisa replied in a calm voice.
“Anyway, let go of me. I want to go back to the Academy and get cheeks treated with magic. The stinging pain is killing me!”
“No way,” Elliot said, unwilling to set her free from his embrace.
“Why? Do you like seeing me writhing in pain?” Lisa asked, trembling in his embrace due to the stinging pain coming from her cheeks and assaulting her senses.
Elliot shook his head, denying that accusation before he said, “I want to help you cure it.”
“Eh?” Lisa’s eyes widened in one part surprise and one part pleasure as Elliot kissed her cheeks while touching her soft lips with his thumb, and he continued to kiss her cheeks until she could no longer feel pain.
“Satisfied?” Elliot asked, looking into her eyes, holding her by the waist.
“I’m happy,” Lisa said, burying her head in the crook of his neck, feeling extremely satisfied.
“Let’s return home,” Elliot said, grabbing her hand.
“Alright,” Lisa replied.
Elliot walked through the streets and twisted alleys of the city, heading towards the emerald mountain in the distance, bringing Lisa along with him
Suddenly, his eyebrows raised in apprehension, and he thought that this was the best time to confront the nut head he saw in the artifact gallery and the men who came along with him as they were in a dark and vacant alleyway. Killing them in this place won’t attract anyone’s attention towards his way.
He stopped too suddenly, causing Lisa to blink her eyes in bewilderment.
“What is wrong?” Lisa asked while looking at Elliot.
“Stay behind me, and no matter what happens, don’t interfere in what’s about to happen. Just try to protect herself.” Elliot said in a low voice so that only Lisa would be able to hear his words.
She nodded and Elliot grabbed her by the arm, pulling her behind his back.
He then looked straight ahead, staring into the veil of the night, almost as if he was staring at the people who were using the night to their advantage, hiding in the darkness.
“Hey, creepy stalkers, how about you step out of your hiding place? I know that you guys are here. Tens of you are hiding behind the next alley, and dozens are on top of the roof of the building next to us, while the rest of you are just camouflaging yourself behind the dustbins and other objects. Do you dare say I’m not correct?” Elliot said in an overbearing voice, doing justice to his character as the honorable appraiser Joker.
Just as Lisa thought that Elliot is trying to prank her, a shrill voice sounded in the surrounding, reaching her and his ears.
“Nothing less expected from a master appraiser.” A voice belonging to a man sounded from the opposite end of the alley, causing them to turn around to look at that place, only to see a cloaked man standing there along with a few other people dressed entirely in black and wearing a pair of black sunglasses.
“Who the heck are you guys?” Lisa said, not at all fine with having been stalked by unknown people.
Just who are they? And for what reason had they been stalking them? Lastly, why did Elliot bait them into this place?
