Chapter 411: Chapter 407: Secret Realm Fusion?

Looking at the Life Blessing floating in front of Bai Qi, Dean’s face grew even gloomier.

He had been deceitfully attacked by Beta, and kicked out of the game before he could showcase his real capabilities, which certainly infuriated him.

However, now, everything was decided.

“Bai Qi, why aren’t you allocating your Life Blessing yet? The longer you delay, the weaker its effect will become.”

Seeing Bai Qi in a quandary, Master Aleta teleported in front of him and asked.

“Master Aleta, I was wondering, can humans use this Life Blessing?”

After hesitating for a moment, Bai Qi finally aired his query.

“Of course, they can,”

Aleta nodded, seeing Bai Qi’s eyes suddenly lighting up, she added, “However, you need to be at least a Legendary Beast Master.”

Blast it, as I thought.

Bai Qi sighed helplessly, glanced at his five pets, thought for a moment, and passed it to Delta.

The Life Blessing was similar to the Source of Life, there were almost no incompatible attributes, except maybe Alpha—which could be slightly unmatched—but the rest of the pets would not have any issues.

However, considering the current state of the five pets and the matter of maximizing effectiveness, Bai Qi decided to give it to Delta.

Compared to the Temporal Department Resources mentioned by Old Lady Fan, enhancing the essence of life had a more pronounced effect on Delta, and this was a blessing from the Life Guardian. The effect was much better than the Source of Life.

Perhaps, after absorbing this Source of Life, Delta would evolve directly?

“Are you giving it to him? Well then, let me give you a hand.”

Seeing that Bai Qi had made his choice, Aleta seemed unsurprised. With a flick of her finger, the Red Dragon scales immediately melted away, like a thread of blood slowly seeping into Delta’s body.

“Though your pets are more powerful than the average King, a Lord is still a Lord—an injury will result if it tries to absorb my blessing all at once.”

Aleta patted Delta’s head and said, “This little guy will slowly absorb my blessing in the coming month. Make sure to pay close attention to the timing.”

“Pay attention to timing?”

Bai Qi was somewhat puzzled, but Aleta evidently had no intention of explaining to Bai Qi, instead, she returned to her position.

“The trial for tonight ends here. Everyone is free to continue celebrating or return to their rooms to rest. We will discuss the matters to be addressed later tomorrow.”

Aleta hastily announced the end, then disappeared into the fog, followed closely by the other Guardians, who left one after another.

“That’s it?”

Watching Aleta leave, Bai Qi felt a bit abrupt. He was just thinking about having another good meal to replenish his depleted strength, when he suddenly realized that everyone’s gazes were focused on him.

Howl Howl…

(Master, we should leave here first. The Insight into Everything tells me we should not stay here any longer…)

“Indeed, it’s getting tense, let’s bounce!”

Seeing the situation, Bai Qi didn’t hesitate to leave, escaping back to his room before the crowd of transcendent creatures could converge on him.

“I see Bai Qi having headache in the next few days.”

Yi Yu slightly smirked—a promising Human Beast Master, who also happened to have a free contract space, no wonder these transcendent creatures, that had grown up in Eden, had some thoughts.

“Minister, what should we do next? Should we go back?”

Li Xusheng asked.

“No rush. The celebration of Eden is still a few days away, treat it as a rare holiday.”

Yi Yu stretched leisurely, and, seemingly telling him the truth, walked towards his room.

Seeing this, Li Xusheng fell silent. Upon seeing the gathering of grandparents around him, he shivered and quickly followed Bai Qi’s footsteps.

“Phew… these transcendent creatures are too crazy.”

Bai Qi closed the entrance door forcefully, isolating the noise outside, and then breathed a sigh of relief.

Howl Howl…

(Damn, I was just planning to have a good meal…)

Chomp, chomp!

(Gamma too! Two force fields consume so much energy, I’m hungry again!)

“No rush, we’ll eat later. They couldn’t possibly be stingy enough to only give us one meal.”

Bai Qi comforted the two pets, then looked at Delta, “Delta, how do you feel now?”

Blur…Blur…

(Delta feels warm all over, like when it absorbed the Source of Life.)

“It seems the Life Guardian didn’t deceive me, a month… will it be completely absorbed after a month?”

Bai Qi nodded thoughtfully. Considering the words of Aleta before she left, he gained some understanding, and put the thoughts on the matter aside for now—he began studying the Diamond Egg.

His exploration of the abilities of the Diamond Egg had been interrupted by a life trial earlier, and he hadn’t gotten the chance to study it thoroughly. But now, he finally had the time.

Bai Qi grabbed the Secret Place, allowing his spirit power to sink inside, but his consciousness directly entered the Beast Control Space.

Like when he had left, the crystal wall of the Beast Control Space had turned into a diamond shape where a chaotic scene outside was somewhat discernible.

Some of these chaotic scenes were intense, some were faint, and others were clearly visible.

Bai Qi approached a piece of the crystal wall and looked closely, only to find shockingly that his Secret Place was just on the other side of the crystal wall.

“Secret Realm Fusion? Is it about connecting the Secret Realm with the Beast Control Space?”

Bai Qi looked surprised at this situation. He continued to control his consciousness to go to the Secret Place, and shortly after, his whole being appeared there.

The Secret Place had quieted down a lot by now. Most of the equipment, including the Jiuding System, had been moved to the new secret realm. This place was mostly used for rearing Cowskin Snakes and Six Sword Servants now.

However, compared to the previous departure, there was a diamond array in the Secret Place. Relying on the connection of spirit power, Bai Qi was certain that the other end of the array led to his Beast Control Space.

Out of curiosity, Bai Qi stepped on the diamond array and injected his spirit power into it.

In an instant, Bai Qi’s consciousness returned to the Beast Control Space.

“Indeed, until I have ascended to the status of Legend and created my Secret Realm Tower, my physical body cannot enter the Beast Control Space.”

Understanding this, Bai Qi looked around again and, as expected, found that three-layered secret realm which Zhao Futu had given him.

Perhaps due to structural differences, these three-layered secret realms also rested against the crystal wall and could move positions freely based on Bai Qi’s consciousness.

Howl! Howl!

(What have you done, human? I somehow managed to come directly to the Beast Control Space from the Secret Realm!)

The Husky curiously looked at the familiar yet strange Beast Control Space. After wandering around a bit, it started curiously traveling back and forth between two worlds. It seemed to have found a fascinating new toy.

“It’s just a new ability of the Evolution Egg.”

Bai Qi pulled the four-layered secret realm back and forth for a while longer until he felt tired. He sat down and watched his curious pets running in and out of the Secret Realm and Beast Control Space. He suddenly had a thought.

“It’s as if they are tempting me to collect Secret Realms.”

Because of being connected with the Beast Control Space, Bai Qi now had the power to control these Secret Realms and didn’t need to use a Secret Realm Ring as an access point anymore.

Having such a handy and somewhat overpowered ability and not fancying having a hundred or so Secret Realms strung together, Bai Qi felt like there was something wrong with himself.

A Secret Realm for storing items, a Secret Realm for taking baths, a Secret Realm for eating, a Secret Realm for fighting, a Secret Realm for studying…

All the weird and wonderful types of Secret Realms could be covered.

Once he had realms of all kinds at his command, wouldn’t he be able to call himself a Lord or a Master of Worlds?

It was exciting just to think about it.

Buzz, buzz, buzz…

Perhaps detecting Bai Qi’s thoughts, the Diamond Egg suddenly began to shake violently. The Secret Realm of the base and the grassland Secret Realm moved towards each other uncontrollably, then, to Bai Qi’s astonishment, collided.

There was no explosion, no wreckage.

Both Secret Realms merged seamlessly, as if they were meant to be one from the start. All the items placed in them remained entirely undamaged.

At the same time, Bai Qi received information from the Diamond Egg, making him grimace slightly.

The number of contract spaces dictated the number of Secret Realms that could be attached, which directly dashed his dreams of creating realms of all kinds.

“But does it mean that I should create a Secret Realm best suited for each of my pets’ growth?”

Looking at the two Secret Realms that had merged completely, Bai Qi had a sudden understanding. He began planning his future strategies in his heart.

He initially planned on relaxing a bit once he got back. But now, it seemed necessary to ask the guild president for more Secret Realm exploration tasks.

If he could equip each of his pets with Secret Realms matching their attributes, it would indeed be of great help for their growth.

He would need to expedite the exploration of the Twilight Tomb when he got back. He couldn’t waste the Undead Secret Realm located so close to home.

He was at the Sixth Stage now, and if he contracted another suitable pet, he could likely explore the Twilight Tomb.

He would also need to level up Alpha and the others as soon as possible. Alpha, the highest-leveled one, was only at the Fifth Stage Fifth Level, and that was quite low.

“It looks like I’m going to be busy in the future.”

Watching his pets still exploring the new changes in the Beast Control Space curiously, Bai Qi stretched lazily and fell onto the bed to sleep deeply.

Had he forgotten something and left it behind?

Nevermind, sleep was the priority. Whatever it was could wait till the next day.

In the Eden Hall…

The Cowskin Snake looked bewildered at the identical corridors and doors in Eden, feeling desolate.

“You didn’t tell me before leaving, weren’t you afraid I would be eaten?”

Looking at the transcendent creatures still reveling, the Cowskin Snake carefully avoided a drunk giant beast and embarked on the long journey home.
