The subsidiary had secured the exceptionally talented Jennifer as the master photographer for their
magazine cover. Known for her selective taste and high fees, Jennifer’s involvement was a major coup.
However, the project hit a snag when the celebrity model scheduled for the shoot suddenly dropped

Emma, called in by headquarters to manage the situation, decided to assess it firsthand. Upon arrival
at the subsidiary, she unexpectedly encountered Alex. It had been a smooth couple of weeks since
their last casual encounter, but Alex was aware of the Smirnoff’s family business’s growing successes,
having lost a project to them recently.
Alex was surprised to see Emma handling the situation, accompanied by Jada and Johnson, Wayne’s
assistant. The presence of Wayne’s right–hand man for a seemingly minor issue hinted at something

Upon meeting the manager, Emma was briefed about Jennifer’s insistence on having Alex as the male

declared, assuming Emma was there to model, not fix the problem.
Emma, Johnson, and Jada were stunned by this unexpected turn of events. Alex, overhearing

partnering with Emma for the shoot.
