Chapter 134: Respect

Chapter 134: Respect

After having her fun with Jacek, Xenia was terribly hungry. She had excused Jacek from her master suite following their fun, and she had approximately 30 minutes before her meeting with the generals to discuss further strategy.

She looked to the dish housing Karasu and said, “I think I have plenty of time to enjoy my lunch.”

She lifted the dish lid to reveal a scared Karasu who looked up at her with eyes of fear.

She caressed his face, “Don’t be scared Karasu. I am not here to kill you. I’m just hungry.”

Unfortunately for Karasu, that was exactly what he feared. He felt his limbs begin to move without his permission as he was forced off the dish by her bloodbending. The unnatural steps of his body carried him to a chair where he then sat down. The movement of his body without his will still had not grown familiar to Karasu despite the frequency of which he experienced it day to day in his new life.

She sat down in his lap straddling him. She smiled at him, “I just had an exhilarating time with Jacek. You may have heard our little soiree together. In fact, it was in this very chair in a similar position. The only difference is that I gave him both pleasure and pain while you will get mostly just pain.”

She grabbed his face with both hands and began to kiss him aggressively to his surprise. She held his face tightly and kissed and bit his lip pulling his lip with her before she finally let it go. She looked at him with his lower lip bleeding from where she bit him, “That’s it. Oh my God, that’s what I want.”

She leaned back in and began to suck the blood off of his lower lip moaning in pleasure as she did. Karasu was confused and afraid as he knew nothing good would come of this.

Karasu’s intuition turned out to be right. Xenia softly sucked the blood from his lip until she abruptly bit down hard on his lip and tore if from his face avulsing it completely. She sat on his lap chewing his lower lip as blood spilled down her outfit.

Karasu’s eyes went wide with shock and pain as he felt an unnatural absence where his lip had been. Xenia bloodbent him completely still and leaned back in to lick his face. She licked the blood from his chin and then ran her tongue up his cheek. As she did, she morphed her teeth into razor-sharp knives.

She whispered in his ear, “Where should I take my next bite?”

He squealed with fear and helplessness as she then bit down and tore a chunk muscle from his cheek. His underlying jaw muscles were not spared as she began to chew her bite admiring the hole in his cheek serving as a window where she could now see through to his teeth.

She moaned and closed her eyes as she yelled, “Such a delicacy! Your face! I need more!” She leaned back in and began to take numerous small bites one after another all over his face. Blood sprayed and went everywhere as it landed on the ground, her clothes, her hair, and her face.

By the time she leaned back to chew what little meat from his face ended up in her mouth, his face was nearly devoid of muscle with some areas even taken down to the bone. Xenia smiled down at him with her knife-like teeth. She caressed his face where muscle still presented itself for her, and she leaned in and began to lick the running blood off his face.

She whispered to him, “Are you ready? I am going to sink my teeth into your face until only bone remains.” She once again began to tear his face away bite by bite in a frenzy as if a swarm of piranhas had ravaged Karasu’s face.

She leaned back chewing on numerous bits of facial muscle and smiled down at her handiwork as a white bony face looked back at her with only rivers of blood and small patches of meat remaining.

“Mmm Mmm Mmm. I think we should have lunch together more often Karasu.” She leaned back in; however, she didn’t bite him. She began to gyrate on his lap as she licked his face up and down. “That’s it! Yes!”

She ran her hand over his bony face, “Now it’s time for my dessert.” She then plunged her thumb into his eyeball and yanked it out of the socket. She put her lips around his eyeball as she held it in her hand, and she then popped the entire eye into her mouth and began to chew on it.

“Fresh eye! Such a unique flavor and texture. There really is nothing quite like it.” She finished her chewing and swallowed, “Would you like to try it?”

Without waiting for him to answer, she yanked his other eye out and forced it into his mouth. She then bloodbent him to chew his own eyeball before swallowing it.

She laughed and stood from his lap, “Oh Karasu, you are my favorite new meal. I plan to keep you around for a very long time.”

Karasu then felt a warm, healing ki over his body. Although he knew his body was being fully healed, his heart sank knowing he was being pulled back from the precipice of death which he so badly sought. Instead of death though, he was healed back to life and restrained within a large dish once again until his sadistic master grew hungry again.

Xenia then looked over to her phone and saw the time read “12:05 PM”. She grit her teeth and thought to herself, “It’s so easy to lose track of time when you’re having fun. I better be going to my meeting.”

She turned off the lights and left Karasu to his prison within the dish as she left the room heading to the meeting with her generals.

Mattison stood at the front of a conference room next to a projector screen with his arms crossed. He stewed to himself as he looked on at his five generals who arrived early. He then shifted his gaze to Jacek Heraklinos who had arrived right on time.

He then shifted his gaze to an empty seat where Xenia was notably absent. He tapped his finger in anger thinking to himself, “Who does she think she is inviting Jacek Heraklinos to this meeting? I don’t care how well she thinks she can train him to be her boy toy, this is inappropriate!”

Suddenly, the door opened, and everyone turned to see Xenia stroll in carefree with a napkin up to her face as she wiped the last bit of blood from her lips. She looked to Mattison, “Excuse me General Mattison for my tardiness. I got caught up enjoying my lunch and lost track of time.”

She took her seat and crossed her legs as she looked up at him. Mattison returned the look noting her disheveled hair and black leather outfit soiled with dried blood. She looked a mess; however, Mattison knew better than to reprimand his leader over such trivial matters. Instead, he looked to her and said, “Now that we are all here, I will begin.”

Xenia nodded to him, and he turned to his projector with a remote that he clicked to start his presentation, “Warlord BloodStar, some of the information within this presentation may be deemed critical to our success in this war. Can you confirm such information is appropriate to share in the presence of Lord Heraklinos?”

She shifted in her seat and looked back at Jacek, “What do you think, Jacek? Promise not to tell anyone?”

He nodded silently, and Xenia turned back to Mattison, “Confirmed General.”

Mattison sighed and shot a disapproving look to Jacek but was powerless to do any more. He pointed to the screen, “Thanks to our Warlord, we have bought ourselves considerable time to prepare for what may come next. With the siege line absolutely pulverized, we have restocked on supplies and soldiers. We have scouted the area for hundreds of miles and are aware of all enemy movements.”

He clicked the remote to the next slide and said, “We should take this opportunity to expand upon our campaign to both the East and West. We should hit them while they are reeling. If we don’t, then we risk falling back into another siege.”

Xenia piped up, “The Allied Forces have no leaders to lead another siege.”

Mattison sharply corrected her, “I wish that were so, but it is not. Our recon teams report both Jarek and Erika have landed in the United States.” He turned his gaze to Jacek, “Undoubtedly to recover him.

Xenia flipped her hair, “General Mattison, you may continue your campaign as you see fit. Jarek and Erika are not here to wage war, they are here to recover Jacek. They will come straight to me wherever I may be.”

Mattison replied, “Precisely! That is why we must expand our campaign and send you secretly to an undisclosed front or back to the Holy Light Empire. We need to make it difficult for them to find you!”

She scoffed, “I am not going anywhere. I am staying right here to greet them should they have the nerve to show up on my front doorstep. Even if they do, they will seek diplomacy first as always.”

Mattison raised his voiced, “Diplomacy?! I think they would be standing on firm ground to say that diplomacy has failed again and again. I think they would be in the right to attack directly and without warning!”

Mattison turned the projector off and yelled, “Everyone out! Everyone out right now! And that includes you Jacek Heraklinos. Get. Out.” He turned to Xenia, “You stay.”

Xenia wasn’t one to be ordered about by a lowly general; however, Mattison had gained her respect from his war efforts, and she nodded to Jacek giving him permission to leave.

As everyone filed out, Mattison sat down in a chair next to Xenia, “You are being reckless, Xenia. We are still trying to win this war aren’t we? Or has your personal goal of creating an heir taken precedent?”

Xenia tilted her head and smiled, “I suppose maybe I have shifted my focus, yes. But that is what you are here for Mattison. You are here to lead the war while I focus on building my legacy for the future.”

Mattison grit his teeth, “Why him? Why?” He shook his head, “I understand you need someone unusually powerful to give you an heir, but why him?”

Xenia raised her eyebrows, “Do you know anyone else? I have tried with many lesser men. I am not even sure Jacek will be strong enough.”

Mattison sternly replied, “Your very own Gladiator Champion Nero. What about him? He is a true warrior. A natural fit for you. He is protective of you. He is an integral part to your armed forces. And most importantly, he is trustworthy and acknowledged by Empress Victoria as a key leader within your empire.”

Xenia gave a half smile, “Nero.” She then looked down and said, “Were it up to me then yes. I would prefer Nero. However, he has many times turned me down citing his duty as a Gladiator Champion to protect me.”

Mattison said, “And since when has thought ever stopped you?”

She looked to Mattison, “I am not with Nero for the same reason I didn’t kill you for issuing me orders to stay just now.” The two locked eyes, “I respect you.”

Mattison sat back in his chair, “So you really are just using Jacek to propagate your bloodline? What then after you have an heir?”

Xenia shrugged her shoulders, “I could grow to respect him too Mattison. But if not, I will allow him to run back to the pitiful and sad Erika Sage. I am content to leave them be; however, if they insist on warring then I will happily kill them all.”
