Chapter 236: Meeting With The Group

“Thank you. Thank you very much…” The words rang out from Zeras as he watched the unofficial EIA members move out of his room with different cleaning mechanical tools in their hands.

That was the people who helped him take care of the damage and destruction he caused in the room and it was even far cheaper than he thought it was, only 40 points.

Immediately, he entered his room, and he looked around the place, sparkling white from the Intense cleaning done just seconds ago.

“Active Eyes of Chaos…”

His eyes looked around the place, scanning scrutinizingly for anything out of place but there truly was nothing out of place making him heave out a sigh of relief.

Smacking his butt down on the ceiling tiredly, Zeras looked up at the white ceiling, his still eyes flashing with hundreds of thoughts.

He could remember. It was after the dorm room event. After he showcased his strength to the world, it was since then he had his privacy breached and asked to join some stupid cult.

That was where he got a tracker in himself and it seemed his refusing only made them more frantic, going as far as inputting cameras in his room just to capture all his movements.

“Tch, what a pain in the ass…” Zeras mused loudly Ashe scrubbed his hair.

Knowing some people had access to his dorm room, he wasn’t at all secured in it. Anything can happen and a blade might even be placed on his neck anytime he was deep asleep.

DRIIIIIIIING

DRIIIIIIIING

His watch suddenly vibrated intensely as Zeras turned to look at it.

|Instructor Moneca|

|Come to the ExcelSpace Lab|

“Instructor Moneca, it really has been a long time…” Zeras said out loud, a small smile sneaking its way on his face as he stood up from where he sat and decided to heed her call.

— — —

The large doors of the Interdimensional combat hall shook slightly as a hand gently pushed it open.

Entering the large hall was none other than Zeras whose gaze scanned through the place but there wasn’t any presence within.

Immediately, he headed towards the Teleportation room as he stood on the familiar gigantic portal, his figure disappearing within the green light!

— — —

KNOCK

KNOCK

KNOCK

The knock rang out thrice on the door with the emblem of the ExcelSpace Lab written at its top.

“Come in…”

And immediately the door slowly opened, a leg stepping through it.

Entering Zera’s gaze was the entire group of five, a smile unknowingly sneaking up on his face.

“Hello Everyone…”

Immediately, the air around the place rustled tightly as Zeras felt Aurelia disappear from her seat in the next second.

His entire body was dragged into a soft bossom and a world of pain due to squeeze assaulted his entire body before he could even think of what was happening.

“Zeras, YOU’RE BACK!” The shrilly glee of Aurelia rang out to his Zera’s ears who currently had his eyes almost budging out of his eyes.

“CRANK”

“CRANK”

Echoing in the room, the sound of bones slowly being pushed to their extreme rang out as a muffled word rang out to Aurelia.

“You… You’re… strang..ling…me.”

“Hey, Aurelia. Release him, you might just end up killing him yourself!” The usual uninterested voice of Annalise rang out as Aurelia finally came back to the present.

Releasing Zeras from her grasp.

“THUD”

It was the sound of a full sack landing on the ground as Zeras fell on his back, perspirations dripping down his forehead.

“Ah, ah, ah, ah…” Zeras exhaled and inhaled as loudly as he could as he felt some energy come back into his system before slowly standing up to all fours and crawling to the table.

After much struggle, he finally stood up to his feet and sat down properly at the table.

“Hello Everyone. Hope you all don’t miss you too much…”

“I actually don’t!” The voice rang out but it was from two people at the same time. One from the uncaring Annalise and the other from Avan.

“You’re a dumb headache when around. So I definitely didn’t miss you to death…” Annalise said as she blew another gigantic ball of gum out of her mouth, before popping it with a loud bang.

Zeras was already used to all her tantrums. If there’s one thing he knows about her, it’s her uncaring ability. But he also knew well it might just be a facade in the end.

Turning to look at the gooey alien who had an expression of missing something he glared occasionally at Zeras from time to time.

“Hmph…”

You thought I’ve used it?” Zeras suddenly asked bringing out the metallic egg-shaped object.

Immediately, it was yanked out of his hands, as the sound of smooching rang in the place none other than from Egon who repeatedly hugged the metallic egg-shaped object.

Zeras was well aware, Egon was very particular about its belongings and didn’t really completely give out that egg to him. Therefore he made sure to keep it well besides, he didn’t really face any situation where a stone egg would have saved him from.

After smooching for minutes, Egon finally stopped as suddenly his expression turned strange.

“How come I feel like a cheat receiving this back from you…”

“That’s because you are…” Mora said as the group laughed out loud.

“OK, fine. Here take it…” Egon said grabbing Zera’s hands and stuffing them inside it.

“Just make sure you let me see when it finally opens up,” Egon said looking at Zeras with a begging look who gave a serious nod.

“Um, open up? Is this an egg?” Zeras asked turning to look at the group who had completely clueless expressions on their faces.

“Well, you know, the gooey alien is a strange one. Even I have never come in contact with such an object…” Aurelia said turning to give the egg a strange gaze before ignoring it They were well aware of the hundreds of strange objects the gooey alien possessed. The majority of them are actually nothing.

“We’re happy you’re back Zeras. And we prepared this big lunch for you once Moneca told us you’re back and will be coming soon…”

“Thank you.”
