Chapter 254: Too late!
Chapter 254: Too late!
It happened. It worked. It was seemless and it was absolutely ridiculous and without any base.
The simple fact ignored by both the victim and the one doing the action, which was the devouring and true death of Larcatius, was something absolutely out of this world.
Devouring has once again shown its might, and at the level it was at currently, it was beyond something normal. It was now in the above the supernatural of this magical world. It was foreign and forbidden. Hideous and fear-bringing.
For devouring to cause the death of a true celestial, and in such a silent and simple way like this… was bone-shuddering.
For an immortal full of confidence to not even know how they died…
This was something better not known by the outside world, because Draco's name, wouldn't be a simple 'Unknown Enigma' anymore. And his bounty would far surpass that of threats reaching the Supreme level.
He would be a weapon sought after, and a monster to kill.
Draco didn't know, but the system did, and the second it did, Draco knew too. And when this happened… he smiled.
'More prey for me.' He thought.
He wasn't going to be haughty. He wasn't going to work with no plans. He wasn't not going to scheme forward. He was always going to proceed carefully… That is why he had to deal with some guests.
He wasn't planning on staying here for long, and because Larcatius was a true celestial and didn't die until Draco devoured him, the process to summon him would have to be like the celestials of Portalia. Through the deva tree.
Time passed, and while he waited, he had done what he was waiting for.
After Larcatius' death, Draco wasn't in the same place he was in anymore. Well in fact he was. But the realm… had somehow been transported out of Larcatius.
Draco was standing in the same place, but the place itself wasn't in the same location.
However, one thing was in its place. The heart of the treasure realm. The reward Draco sought that would give him what he wanted.
As he walked closer, it pumped itself faster and faster, its stellar form and little stars shone brightly until his hand reached out…
And it exploded!
*Fwshh*
The realm was bombarded by bright light that encompassed the whole level.
And before Draco knew it.
He was the only being in a white room that was supposed to be the fourth level.
This treasure realm was now conquered, and it almost counted as a high celestial level because it didn't have an actual boss. That was if we didn't count Draco.
Time passed in a flash and the ones Draco had been waiting for appeared.
"Well, well, it seems like our guess was wrong. This is no true dragon; it's barely a demon, hahahaha!" The true celestials appeared one after the other and the previous fear they had was quickly switched to confidence.
This made a part of Draco itch. He wanted to get rid of all of this fast and get moving. He was planning on doing other things.
"Hey, little boss. Come play with us."
"Kekekekek."
The true celestials tried to laugh it off and boost their morales, but before they knew it.
{Devouring}
Their bodies were split into thousands of pieces and Draco used devouring right after. Their head, arms, legs, and bodies were all cut in hundreds and they barely remained functioning, the prerequiste to use Devouring.
And the second Draco used it on them. He was good to go.
"So what are the rewards I got again." After dealing with what he had to do, Draco teleported onto the third realm to look for Yapa.
He spotted him and teleported to him.
"A scythe true celestial-level artifact, a dragon technique, and lastly, a compass that leads to a spirit realm." Zero talked to him through his mind. She knew Draco's state at the second. His mind was on absolute overdrive. The worst he had ever gotten, as he almost couldn't believe the ideas he was getting.
"Welcome back, My lo-" Before Yapa could talk, Draco caught him and teleported out to the second level.
"I have absolutely no time." Draco's voice was chilling cold, his eyes utterly ruthless, and his aura emitting out of his body in a way that made Yapa want to die.
'AAAAAAAAARGH! KILL! KILL! KILL!' Yapa's eyes rolled back and he was losing his mind from the chaotic properties of Draco's aura. The skill he had gotten as a Chaos Incarnation finally put to use to the max, but mainly because he couldn't bother to control it.
{Chaos PURGE!}
*Fwshhhhh*
A rapid wind of blinding darkness rushed out and took less than a minute to cover the whole realm. Its form made no sense, its existence abnormal, and its effects disgusting to state.
But one thing was right, everybody besides Yapa, who was teleported back to Hestia, died a gruesome death.
"The spirit realm… Hestia…" Draco's muttered out from the constant planning and ideas he was getting.
*Fwshh* *Fwshh* *Fwshh*
His aura was getting concentrated more and more, and it strangely… got stronger everytime.
For the first time ever, Draco was experiencing an Epiphany.
An enlightenment of sorts where a person comes across an idea or a truth so groundbreaking that his very authority mutates into something greater.
He had reached that stage, and was thinking of plans that would make his existence, which already shouldn't exist, into something that should be erased at the fastest time possible.
Not being able to withstand the pressure exerted by Draco, the realm and its guardians started breaking down and dying.
The realm slowly deteriorated until Zero was forced to come out.
"I will take matters into my hands. Please continue." She said. She was also thinking with him, but she could also leave the computing power to her platform self and focus on a task completely.
Whatever was happening to Draco… was beyond phenomenal.
