Chapter 42 The Scheme

Chapter 42 The Scheme

He didn't need to use Colorado to establish his reputation.

Hendric Smith only did this to create a commotion that could prove to his master's wife that he wasn't a liar.

He was hoping that the misunderstandings between his master and his wife would be cleared soon so that he could save Olivia.

James Floss, on the other hand, felt like he was struck by lightning!

He agreed?

And he was asking to make it big?!

This…..

This was good news!

The thought of how one of the ten godly doctors from the International Medical Center, Hendric Smith, would be holding a talk in Colorado was indeed exciting.

This was also an acknowledgment of Hendric Smith toward this hospital and him as the director!

"I..."

His lips were trembling, and his voice was shaking, "I…..I will make sure to get it done. I will ensure that everyone knows about it.

"I just want to know when Mr. Smith would have the time for it then?"

? This was a huge treasure that fell from the sky–one that was filled with gold. Why would he be against it?!

He badly wanted everyone else in the world to know about it!

Hendric Smith continued, "As soon as possible. It'll be best if it's tomorrow morning!

"Plus, the patients in this ward are my master's wife and daughter. Do you know what to do now?"

Hendric Smith didn't have to use such tricks, but he had to do so in order to get his master's wife to believe him.

With such influence and support from the First Hospital, she would definitely believe him.

As for James Floss….his heart was racing!

Emilia...was the wife of Hendric Smith's master?

Then...

Didn't it make this man the master of the godly doctor?

But….he's so young?!

By now, James Floss finally understood why Leon Williams would do anything to be friendly with Oliver Walker. This was because Leon Willaims wanted to get close to Hendric Smith!

It was extremely difficult for him to believe that there was someone better than the godly doctors.

This was why he assumed that Oliver Walker must have taught Hendric Smith other skills.

But, this was not important for him.

The important thing was that Hendric Smith was incredible!

James Floss soon regained his senses and answered quickly, "Mr. Smith, please rest assured that we are already looking for a bone marrow that would match Olivia. I will also ensure that we will find the best doctors to complete the surgery."

James Floss felt like he was dreaming. He never thought that there would be a day when a godly doctor would ask him for help.

This was beyond surprising!

"Dumbass!"

Hendric Smith shouted at him, "I want you to tell her that you couldn't find the bone marrow and if we don't treat Olivia traditionally, her condition would get worse. Do you understand?!"

This might not be a nice way to do it, but for Olivia, was there anything that he wouldn't do?

Olivia was too young, and if she underwent another surgery, it would do more harm than good.

James Floss, who got screamed at, trembled in fear, "I…..I understand."

"Please do not worry, Mr. Smith. I will make sure that this is done perfectly!"

Although he had no idea what was happening, this was an order from Hendric Smith, and he had to do as he was told.

Plus, this would only benefit the First Hospital and him! This wouldn't be a loss for them!

"Master, I'll be leaving for now!"

After making sure that everything was done, Hendric Smith bowed before leaving.

Oliver Walker nodded his head, "Be more careful next time. You are a godly doctor after all. You don't have to act this way in public."

This was because it looked bad.

First, it was due to the fact that Hendric Smith was much older than Oliver Walker.

Second, he knew that Emilia hated being high profile, and he didn't want to become someone whom his wife hated.

He would rather be a commoner for her!

These glory and fame were nothing. Why should he be bothered about it?

Now, he only wanted his family back and wished for the full recovery of his daughter.
