Malcolm looked back at Naomi.

Malcolm rushed into the hospital with Tabitha in his arms. A doctor had been informed to wait at the

When Tabitha was finally taken into the emergency room, Malcolm slumped into a chair.

‘Doesn’t Tabitha have another man outside? Why did she stand in front of me without hesitation?’ he
mused.
Alaric got the news and rushed over. When he arrived, he swung his walking cane at Malcolm several

Malcolm’s mind was unprecedentedly chaotic. He did not dodge, letting, Alaric’s walking cane hit his

Fortunately, the doctor came out of the emergency room not long after.
The doctor informed, “The patient’s back is severely scratched, and her limbs had cuts, big and small.

Malcolm pressed his thin lips together and felt his heart race involuntarily. He stared at the doctor and
asked, “But what?”

The doctor appeared serious and explained, “The patient has coagulation. disorder. Her pregnancy is

Malcolm ignored her cold expression and asked in a low voice, “Are you awake?”
Tabitha turned her face to the wall without saying anything or showing any expression. Her thin
eyelashes drooped a bit, casting a faint shadow on her pale face.
She smiled bitterly within herself and mocked herself for becoming tenderhearted and inviting trouble.
She had made up her mind to completely let go of this relationship, but at that moment, she
instinctively rushed over to shield him.
A quiet tension filled the air. Malcolm couldn’t get any response from Tabitha, and his thin lips

Malcolm pursed his lips.
Seeing that he didn’t leave, Tabitha said coldly, “Go. I don’t want to see you
now.”
Malcolm knew that her back was badly hurt, and she couldn’t lie flat, so she could only lie on her side.
