Chapter 1155: Don’t Get Angry. Remember, You’re A Prisoner!
“Long time no see, Senior Brother Cao!” Wang Teng sat in the main control seat and looked down at Cao Hongtu. His tone was calm.
The antman race might have a special fetish. This seat was designed like a throne. It was entirely black and gave off a ferocious aura like the king of all star beasts.
Anyone standing in front of this seat would suffer a great stimulation in his heart.
Cao Hongtu raised his head. He seemed exceptionally lifeless after his serious injury. His spirit was also injured, so it made him lethargic and weary. This was an entirely different person from the first time Wang Teng saw him.
“What do you want?” Cao Hongtu asked in a hoarse voice.
Cao Jiaojiao looked at Wang Teng too. This was the question she wanted to ask.
She was caught by Wang Teng in the Flaming River World and locked up until now. She was getting depressed.
“I’ll give you one choice. Only one of you can stay alive. The one who wants to live can kill the other one,” Wang Teng looked back and forth between the two people as he spoke indifferently.
Cao Jiaojiao widened her eyes in shock. She stared at Wang Teng as if he were a ghost. Cao Hongtu squinted too. He didn’t expect him to give them such a choice.
A fight between a father and daughter!
This bastard was inhumane!
Round Ball and the antman queen stared at Wang Teng in astonishment. This fellow’s heart was probably black. How could he ask the father and daughter to make such a decision!
“Don’t even think about it,” Cao Jiaojiao stared at Wang Teng with hatred and said in a cold voice.
“Oh, is that your choice?” Wang Teng looked at her with interest. Then, he ignored her and turned to Cao Hongtu. “Senior Brother Cao, what about you?”
Cao Hongtu turned silent.
Cao Jiaojiao stared intently at her father. She still bore some hope in her even though he had abandoned her once.
Since she was a child, Cao Hongtu gave her hope and love. Among her siblings, she was undoubtedly doted on the most. Even Cao Wu, who was as talented as her, didn’t receive such treatment.
But after Wang Teng’s appearance, Cao Hongtu changed. He would do anything to get the baron’s title, even if that meant forsaking his daughter.
So, at this last moment, what would he choose?
Wang Teng stared at Cao Hongtu calmly.
“I…” Cao Hongtu was in a dilemma. In the end, he looked at Cao Jiaojiao and said, “Jiaojiao…”
He didn’t complete his sentence, but Cao Jiaojiao understood his intention from his gaze. Her face turned pale, and she took a step back involuntarily.
“Clap clap!”
The claps sounded exceptionally grating. Wang Teng got up from his seat and laughed.
Cao Jiaojiao glared at him in frustration and anger.
Human nature couldn’t be tested. If this fellow didn’t give them this inhumane choice, Cao Hongtu wouldn’t act like this.
Ultimately, it was his fault.
Cao Hongtu looked at Wang Teng in humiliation. He thought that the other party was mocking and laughing at him.
But, he didn’t care. As long as he could live, nothing else mattered. Revenge could only be taken if one stayed alive.
Cao Hongtu wasn’t willing to die. He could do anything to remain alive, even if it meant going against his will.
“Don’t look at me like that. I’m just joking,” Wang Teng said with a smile.
Cao Jiaojiao: …
Cao Hongtu: …
Joking?!
The two of them felt a little stuffy. They felt like vomiting blood.
F**k, they were pondering their life and death here only to learn that he was joking?
Round Ball and the antman queen stared at him speechlessly. They were dumbstruck by his actions.
“Cough, I didn’t expect you to take it seriously. Do I have such an evil impression in your mind?” Wang Teng asked innocently.
“Hmph.” Round Ball snorted.
Cao Jiaojiao was panting. She was so angry that she didn’t know what to say.
This bastard was quite infuriating! Why did someone like him exist? Why hadn’t heaven killed him with a bolt of lightning?
Cao Hongtu was stunned too. He didn’t know what expression to give.
“But I still have two choices for you,” Wang Teng ignored their expressions and continued.
“Again?!” Cao Jiaojiao was furious. “What do you want? Are you playing with us?”
“Don’t get angry. Remember, you’re a prisoner.” Wang Teng sat back down.
Cao Jiaojiao felt speechless. It was normal to play with a prisoner. Nothing wrong with that. But for some reason, she felt extremely frustrated.
“Alright, let’s cut the bullshit.” Wang Teng glanced at Cao Jiaojiao and Cao Hongtu. “Submit to me or die.
“Choose.”
Cao Jiaojiao and Cao Hongtu were appalled. They stared at Wang Teng in disbelief. So this was his motive. He wanted them to submit to him.
“In your dreams. I’ll rather die than bow my head to you.” Cao Jiaojiao snorted.
“It’s alright, I can sell you to the slave market. A cosmos-stage martial warrior will fetch a good price. Some people fancy female martial warriors like you.” Wang Teng glanced at Cao Jiaojiao and sneered.
“You…” Cao Jiaojiao pointed at him with a red face. She shuddered in fear at the thought of being sold as a slave and getting bought by some people with weird fetishes.
“What about you?” Wang Teng disregarded her and turned to look at Cao Hongtu.
“I… submit to you!” Cao Hongtu agreed after a moment of hesitation.
He was unwilling to bow down to Wang Teng, but in the face of death, nothing was important. To him, staying alive was his main aim.
“Good.” Wang Teng nodded. He wasn’t surprised. “Come here.”
Cao Hongtu didn’t know what he wanted to do. He crawled up from the ground and stumbled in front of Wang Teng.
Wang Teng released his spiritual power and stabbed it into Cao Hongtu’s forehead.
“Ah!” Cao Hongtu let out a cry of pain.
“Wang Teng, what are you doing?” Cao Jiaojiao was dumbfounded. She screamed in anger and rushed forward to stop him.
Wang Teng waved his hand and formed an invisible wall with his spiritual power. Cao Jiaojiao was thrown off her feet.
Bang!
She slammed onto the metallic wall of the spacecraft.
Wang Teng took back the spiritual power he had stabbed into Cao Hongtu’s forehead.
“What is this?” Cao Hongtu was terrified. He took a few steps back to stay away from Wang Teng. He was in disbelief.
“Don’t worry. If you have no thoughts of rebelling, this mark won’t harm you,” Wang Teng explained calmly.
