Chapter 161: No One Flirts With Mo Qingchen's Woman

Qian Meng's eyes opened a few seconds before her alarm would start blaring. She stared at the ceiling and sighed. Something was amiss in her body but she couldn't pinpoint what it was.

"Up?" Mo Qingchen hummed when he felt the changes in her body. She stiffly turned her head towards him and found him leaning against the head post, scrolling through his notepad.

"What are you doing this early in the morning?" He hadn't slept, that much was evident to Qian Meng. She smacked her lips in dissatisfaction and was about to pick herself up into a sitting position when she felt the pain permeating through her body. She grunted, making Mo Qingchen look at her.

"Sore?" he asked, his eyes gleaming with delight.

"Are you enjoying this?" she responded quietly.

"No. Not enjoying it. Just contemplating if I should say 'I told you so,' at this point. I don't think it would be well received, though," he chuckled. Qian Meng glared at him openly.

"It's your fault!" she accused.

Mo Qingchen rolled her eyes. "It's normal to have muscle soreness after an intense workout. If you had stopped when I asked you to, it wouldn't have been this bad. The bad trainer was just an added bonus." He looked at her with meaning. "So, when the professional tells you to do something, listen to them."

Qian Meng moaned as she tried to sit up and failed. "It hurts. Help me get up," she pouted at him.

He shook his head in disbelief and put his tablet aside to help her. His hands hovered over her arms before he pressed on them. Qian Meng squawked at that and then groaned.

"I need to loosen your muscles. That will take away some of the pain. You need to get a deep tissue massage to unknot the rest," he advised softly. After massaging her arms, he went on to do the same for her calves.

There was nothing sexual about the whole thing, especially when she couldn't move. Mo Qingchen had no interest in dead fish. After fifteen minutes of this, he helped her up slowly.

"At least you are not laughing too much," she breathed.

"It will get better. You are not used to intense workouts, so muscle aches will be common. We will build up your stamina and capacity slowly, okay?" He looked her over. "I will book you a massage for this afternoon. Have your lunch an hour before your session, understood?" His voice was nothing short of doting.

She hummed. "Thank you. Send me the address, too. I have a meeting with Mr. Bai for breakfast and then daily meetings. It is a relatively easy day, though. I should get time," she said.

Mo Qingchen nodded. Then he pulled out the tablet again and showed it to her. She looked at him curiously before staring at the screen. Mo Qingchen had pulled up Bai Ye Qing's social media post.

"It's gained traction?" she asked with the furrow of her brow. The post had some one-thousand and some hundred comments and a few dozen shares.

Qian Meng scrolled through the comments and saw similar comments. Calling out Bai Ye Qing for trying to take revenge. Some pointed out that Qian Meng had not been in a relationship with him so she had done nothing wrong. Some missed the point and said that if Bai Ye Qing could cheat, Qian Meng could see multiple people as well. There were also those that went on a wild goose chase about the identity of the man.

"Oh," she smiled.

"There are a few people who shared the post and thought it was me," Mo Qingchen announced. Qian Meng turned to stare at him and saw a flash of pride in his eyes.

"Happy that they thought it was you?" she teased.

"It was me," he countered calmly.

She snickered as she looked through the shares.

There was one shared post in general that put Mo Qingchen's voice notes side to side. It was an analysis. Qian Meng was impressed. The netizens were really talented.

She hunched over and took out her own phone and found the post.

"Are you going to respond to Bai Ye Qing?" Mo Qingchen asked in confusion.

"No. Who cares about that acorn-head," she breathed. "I'm going to show off my relationship." She gave him a wide grin. He looked on helplessly and allowed her to do as she wished.

"You're going to overshadow his accusations by making the post all about us, aren't you?" he countered.

Qian Meng nodded. "You finally know how my mind works. This will ensure no one flirts with me. No one wants to flirt with Mo Qingchen's woman. He might just bite their heads off. And this will clear out any future rumors otherwise," Qian Meng explained.

She pressed on the share button to the analysis and typed.

[exposed]

She didn't capitalize or put punctuation. This was a style she liked when posting something personal. Otherwise, they would think it was the marketing department revealing news.

Qian Meng grinned and showed it to Mo Qingchen. He shook his head in disbelief. "Very eloquent," he commented.

"It puts the point across. Problem solved!" Qian Meng chirped. She was about to get out of bed when her leg cramped up. She howled in pain, doubling over to hold the location. Her eyes watered as she looked at Mo Qingchen helplessly.

He rolled his eyes as he slid off the bed and helped her to the bathroom. Qian Meng was almost sad that he didn't pick her up bridal side. Bad Mo Qingchen, passing up on such an opportunity.

He stood her up in the extensive shower and was about to leave when Qian Meng called after him.

"Why doesn't my room have a shower like this?" she asked. The shower was just like the one in Paris. It covered the whole ceiling and had openings on the wall, too.

"This is a personal preference. You can just use it."

She shrugged. She had already taken over his room and decided she would sleep beside him. It wasn't a big deal if she occupied his bathroom, as well.
