Chapter 78 - Creating The First Articule Gear.

Chapter 78 - Creating The First Articule Gear.

The two brothers once again sneak attacked two people and killed them.

Aren didn't observe it the previous time, and other people also didn't notice, but the dead bodies slowly melted and turned into red threads as they flew rapidly towards the cocoon.

Other people were turning more desperate as they attacked without holding anything back to stop the resurrection, so they didn't pay attention to those who died.

To them, the resurrecting monster was more dangerous.

"Everyone! Gather together into a formation so that those two bastards can't sneak attack us! I will make an earthly structure around us, and if those two bastards arrive here, I will sense them," Godan shouted loudly as he gathered people together and created an earthly formation with small pillars and paths.

However, Aren felt an urgent need to stop those two brothers from seeing how the dead bodies melted and turned into blood threads before getting absorbed by the cocoon. Those two brothers would surely have the means to kill more people as this is their advantage ground, so he had to do something.

'I have to stop the two brothers but...I also have to do it sneakily,' Aren frowned as he closed his eyes, 'think....think Aren...there should be a way.'

'Sneak attack...one shot..., without being discovered.'

After thinking for a minute, Aren decided to do something and disappeared from the tree. In his position, a dreamy blue orb appeared.

Inside the Emporio Zone, Aren took out his chakram Novas and looked at it for a few seconds before he sighed and muttered, "goodbye."

After saying that, he put his right hand on the chakram and used his new skill <Breakdown> on it.

<Breakdown>

-Cost: Depends on the target.

-Effect: Break down the target into materials.

After using the skill, the chakram shined for a brief moment as Aren consumed 80 armalist force.

*tink...tink...tink....*

The chakram shined and disappeared, but a few things appeared and fell on the ground in its place.

Aren picked up those three things, walked towards the Gear Design device set up, and put them on a table.

The first thing was the basic material of chakram. Its shape turned into a square after <Breakdown> skill on chakram.

[Orchul Star Metal]

-Grade: Gold-grade material.

-Trait note: Very durable, and this metal is mostly used to make sharp weapons.

Afterward, Aren looked at the second thing that was a red-orange gemstone.

[Fire Gemstone]

-Grade: uncommon.

-Effect: used to add in forging process of a weapon to give it a fire-related trait.

The third thing was strange as it was a tiny dreamy blue cube, and it was related to his path.

[Armalist Essence]

-Value: 43.

-Effect: You can use Armalist Essence while creating your gear to give it some special trait.

"so this is how I get Armalist essence," Aren muttered because he knew about this Armalist essence from the knowledge he got from the books but didn't know how to get it.

He then went to the Blueprint design device.

He picked up the pen-like devices and started creating the blueprint of the gear he planned to develop.

The thing he is going to create is actually simple and has a bit of complicated inner structure, so it took him only five minutes to create its blueprint.

He glanced at the blue orb to see the outside situation and saw after people became fully desperate and started attacking the monster in the making, its progress slowed down. Everyone also gathered together into tight formation to defend against sneak attacks of those two brothers.

He then brought out the blueprint from the blue surface of the table and put it inside the scanner of the Gear design device.

After that, he put the Orchul Star metal and fire gemstone in the material slot of the gear design device set up.

Afterward, the surface of the gear design table flickered as blue liquid appeared on it and started solidifying.

Seeing it, Aren wore the gloves and started designing the gear while looking at the digital screen floating in front of him, displaying every detail about the materials he put inside and the shape he was giving it.

The digital screen showed a round ball with a complicated inner structure that had weaved threaded structure, which Aren had designed.

He had created that structure to add and condense as much as spirit magia energy into it as possible. ( Aren named the resulting energy that comes after a combination of spirit energy and mutant magic energy as spirit magia energy.)

After five minutes, he was done with the gear design and went in front of the third table's slot and opened it.

The three tables were connected, so Aren took out the final product of gear design from this slot, which was the ball.

However, there was still one more step and also the most important step, Gear printing.

From the knowledge of books, he knew that the main magical forging process of gears is done in the Gear Printing device.

The gear he creates in this place will arguably be more powerful than the articule gears he gets by his using his skill <Gear Enchantment> on other items.

He put the ball in the magical hollow space on the silver-blue square gear printing device. After that, he went to the side of the device and put the Armalist essence inside the oven-like slot.

He then arrived in front of the control panel of the gear printing device, which had nine buttons, and pressed the 1st and 4th button. Those buttons were for the mode of enchantment using his Armalist force on the Articule gear that is in the making.

After pressing buttons, Aren closed his eyes and started infusing his Armalist force into the magical space where he put the ball.

'Folding space...so this device can do that as well? damn...' Aren was impressed as this wasn't within the knowledge of the book.

'Since that's the case, then I will shrink it to the maximum and expand its inner threaded pipes,' Aren thought as he started working on it.

After two minutes, he ran out of the Armalist force, causing him to frown.

'The recovery of my Armalist force is twenty points per minute...and judging from the amount of work left, I may need around a hundred Armalist force...' Aren thought as he opened his eyes and looked at the blue orb.

"Five more minutes...From the current situation outside, I guess they can hold out for twenty minutes at most....," Aren muttered.
