Chapter 1460  Dissipating Clouds (2)

As the worry that had burdened his mind and caused him to leave his cultivation room dissipated along with the reluctant screams of the braver disciples who had still tried to run away after being found out by their elders, Xuan Hao could not help chuckling to himself before turning around to leave in the direction of the Seventh Star Peak.

Now that his mind had calmed down again, he could return to cultivating without any problems.

If anything, he would have an easier time comprehending the Dao compared to before. Maybe even standing a chance at trying to make use of the increased clarity of mind to try and breakthrough the bottleneck between the Large Success Realm and Perfection Realm in the Dao of Space.

Although… That was nothing more than wishful thinking on his side, as reaching the Perfection Realm in the Dao of Space was far from that simple. Especially considering that the Dao of Space was a far more difficult Dao to comprehend compared to any other Daos. Possibly only surpassed in difficulty by something like the Dao of Time…

Shaking his head as he thought about this, Xuan Hao didn't linger around for long after he had felt his mind clear up. Heading back to his cultivation room without stopping to look around at the rest of the Star Shattering Sect to see how it had been developing over the past few months.

Of course, even if he didn't stop by the different locations inside of the sect to see how they had developed, he still decided to take a quick look with his divine sense to see not only how the sect was developing overall, but also to see how his disciples were doing at the moment, as he had been focusing most of his attention on cultivating over the past few months. Only really spending time teaching his disciples when they come to ask him for help.

In that regard, Bai Ning, Qing Yi and Chun Hua rarely visited him more than once a week.

Only Mui ended up stopping by almost every day. Ensuring that he was fully aware about what the little girl was up to or planning at any given moment, as she was more than happy to share everything with him. Even if the thing she was doing or planning on doing something Elder Song definitely wouldn't approve of…

With that in mind, he first checked up on the first three disciples, who to no surprise didn't have anything abnormal going on, as they were fully focused on their cultivation.

Reaching Mui, who seemed to be in the process of constructing some kind of artifact with the help of Song Jia, who had essentially ended up becoming her best friend at some point in time, Xuan Hao decided to look the other way as he already understood that the artifact that she was trying to create this time around wouldn't cause any major problems for the sect and might even benefit in the long run.

The only problem with it being that it would end up causing a rather large headache for Elder Song if it went according to what Mui had told him when describing her plans for the artifact, that it would essentially turn another part of the sect into a special location.

Turning his attention away from his four disciples still inside the sect, Xuan Hao also briefly glanced over the description of his second disciple and also strongest disciple. Nothing had changed over the past few months, and he was still at the Eighth Stage of the Domain Lord Realm.

Although this could be considered normal given how long it took for others to advance through the Domain Lord Realm. Given his past performance, Xuan Hao guessed that this disciple of his who had been missing for over a year at this point in time might finally be returning. Resulting in his cultivation realm not progressing as fast as it had done in the past.

Even if this was not the case, Xuan Hao did hope that this disciple of his would return to the sect soon, as he started to miss the guy after a year. Not having expected his adventure outside of the sect to end up dragging on for so long.

Not to mention, he still didn't have any clue how long it would continue nor how many of his life saving measures were still left at this point in time.

Considering his rather subpar talisman making skills that mainly relied on his skill in the Dao of Formations to forcibly seal part of his strength inside those small talismans he gave to his disciples as protection, the talismans he created and gave to his disciples were far worse than talismans created by a talisman master.

The main difference being how long the talismans could retain their strength and still be usable.

The ones created by a talisman master could easily last hundreds of years, possibly even longer without losing much strength, while the ones he made with the help of the Dao of Formations would lose half of their strength in a year and be completely useless after three to five years.

Even though he did want to try and learn the Dao of Talismans and gain the ability to create better talismans for his disciples, he also understood that this was not something that was possible at the time.

Not just because the current Star Shattering Sect lacked talisman masters and had extremely limited knowledge in regards to talismans outside a few of the more popular ones like communication talismans that had been spread through the Explorer Union, he also worried about comprehending the Dao of Talismans possibly causing problems when it came to reaching the Peak of the Dao Domain Lord Realm.

After all, the more Daos he comprehended, the more layers around his dao seed and considering that he would already exceed 36 with the current number of layers around his dao seed, adding any more was not a risk he was willing to take. Especially considering that he had already tried to just not condense the layers around his dao seed after breaking through in the Dao of Alchemy not long ago. Only to find out that the layers around his dao seed would slowly form on their own even without him doing anything.
