After he left, Serenity said to her friend, “Shawn is much more mature now.”

Serenity tapped Jasmine’s forehead in amusement. “Don’t give me that look. I didn’t love Shawn before, I don’t love him now, and I won’t love him in the future. He’ll always just be a younger brother to me.”
