The twins' group and Rifindio quickly recognized that crack. It had a purple light behind it, very similar to the crack they had found in the Fragile Dimensional Realm. 'Is it the Abyssal Soul the system talked about?' Rean and Roan thought at the same time.

Huge quantities of Chaos Energy flowed from the crack, entering Duere's body and recovering his energy reserves. At the same time, Duere's wings began to change from red to black while the black fog thickened.

Still, that was a weird move. If Duere could have done that from the start, why did he wait until now to pull off this card? The answer came out in the next moment.

As the Chaos Energy entered Duere's body, it also began to break his body from within. The injuries that it healed kept opening, just to be closed again. It was pretty obvious. Duere's body simply couldn't control that much Chaos Energy.

The crack in space finally closed, and Duere absorbed all the Chaos Energy he could from it. In the next second, the world changed color again, and the twins' group felt their bodies being pressed by the Chaos Energy alone. As far as the twins know, Chaos Energy is the most primordial type of cultivation energy, the very first form that gives birth to all other cultivation energies. Even they felt the difficulty to fight against that with Spiritual Energy alone.

That attack surpassed Duere's Peak Stage Void Tempering Realm level of strength, being somewhat near the Middle Stage of the Space Bending Realm in pure power. "Seems like we did the right thing to hold onto it until now..." Yet, a whisper echoed in the surroundings as Rean, Roan, and Kentucky acted.

The Divine Energy they had stored in their Dantians and Core immediately flared. They mixed with their Soul Power and Stellar Energy, creating a Sky Energy very close to the real thing. They might not be able to move while relying on Spiritual Energy, but Divine Energy definitely had enough power to allow them to retaliate, especially if used to make Sky Energy. Last but not least, the twins accessed the Celestial Soul System.
