Chapter 3258: Hell!
?
It didn't make sense. Roan was back in the Dimensional Realm. Kentucky was in the kitchen, and Rean could feel his presence further away in the ship. Zangeshu was on the bridge,
checking everything about the circuitry formation terminals there with Rifindio. That said, no one else should be there to open that door.
*Yawn...*
A young girl, seemingly around her late teens, entered the room, yawning and feeling slightly drowsy. "Vianto, are we there yet?" She walked there and arrived at Rifindio's seat. "Hum? Vianto, how did you get even uglier while I was sleeping?"
Rifindio's mouth twitched. He didn't even know this girl, and she was already swearing at him. "I'm not Vianto, brat!"
The girl finally paid better attention and noticed that Rifindio was indeed not Vianto. "Are you someone from this planet? Oh, right... the maintenance team. Vianto said something about a few control issues with the panels that he would have fixed once we arrived." Rifindio quickly remembered the two workers he found in the bridge when he arrived. They seemed to be finishing their repairs and were just closing everything, so the Spaceship was fine when he took it over. It's just that Rifindio shooed those two away. "I'm not par-" Before he could finish, the girl cut in. "Well, let's just hope your food isn't as terrible as your face. Go prepare my meal and add some Dromerqy Beast Blood on the side, warm! Do a good job, and I might ask Vianto to do something about your appearance. Sigh... I'm way too good for my own sake."
Rifindio truly felt like crying there.
"Hahahaha!" Rean, on the other hand, was laughing out loud. Even Zangeshu, who was usually cold, showed a slight tinge of a smile for a split second.
Rean, obviously, didn't lose that chance. "You heard her, Rifindio. Go prepare her meal, and don't forget the blood has to be warm!"
"Fuck you!" Rifindio finally couldn't take it anymore. "Brat, I'm not the repair team, nor do I know this Vianto you talked about. We stole this Spaceship, so you are now our prisoner. Just shut up and go back to your room, and we might not kill you right here and right now."
"Eh?" The girl narrowed her eyes, not believing his words. "You don't strike me as someone who could steal this ship. Are you sure you are not dreaming? You look too dumb for that."
*Pah!*
*Ouch!*
Rifindio knocked the top of the girl's head, causing quite some pain as he added some Spiritual Energy to the mix. "That's what you get for speaking too much. Get out!"
Yet, the girl's expression turned dark, and her Spiritual Energy circulated. However, what truly caused Rifindio to feel a chill on his back was her bloodline. "How dare you hit me!"
As mentioned before, Rifindio lost most of his bloodline, and Kentucky's blood only helped restore a little bit of it. Rifindio was much stronger now since Kentucky's Regal Bloodline strongly fortified his remained bloodline. Nonetheless, it was still a Camazotz Bat bloodline. Right now, Rifindio was feeling a powerful suppression coming from the girl, who definitely had the same bloodline but much, much stronger. That was the strongest Camazotz Bloodline Rifindio had ever felt. It only lost in power to Kentucky's. "Who are you?!"
The girl didn't respond and immediately attacked. Two blood wings appeared on her back as her hands were covered in solidified blood claws! "Your grandmother!"
*Bang!*
The girl's cultivation was still in the Peak Stage of the Elemental Transformation Realm. Yet, even though Rifindio was in the Peak Stage of the Transition Realm, he had to go all out just to block the attack.
*Crash!*
Rifindio collided with the wall on the back, feeling his arms numb due to the impact. His own blood seemed to want to go out of his own control, making it difficult for him to circulate his Spiritual Energy and own bloodline.
None of that mattered, though. All that mattered was the form that girl took in front of him. "The Divine Camazotz Form! You! You are- "
Yet, he didn't have time to finish his words. The girl had already arrived in front of him, hundreds of blood spears taking form on her back, each carrying the same bloodline power as the girl. At the same time, she thrusted her claws at Rifindio's chest.
Without another choice, Rifindio could only grit his teeth and take it seriously. He also created just as many blood spears with his bloodline, and although he couldn't take the Divine Camazotz Form, he was still over an entire realm above the girl. The two clashed right there on the bridge.
*Bang, bang, clang, clang, clang, clang, crash, crash, crash, crash...*
The blood spears from both sides struck each other, all of them breaking with the various impacts. Rifindio used his Spiritual Energy to cover his arms and exchanged moves against the girl's blood claws. Yet, wound after wound continued to appear on Rifindio's arm. The Spiritual Energy Barrier could only do so much.
Rifindio was cursing in his mind nonstop. The bridge was too small, so he couldn't take his Camazotz Bat Form, which was definitely much bigger than the bridge space itself. The girl, on the other hand, could truly bring all her best moves as the so-called Divine Camazotz Form was just like that.
Finally, Rifindio couldn't take it anymore. He could only ask for help with his Spiritual Sense. 'Rean, what are you waiting for?! If we continue like this, the entire bridge will be destroyed!'
Rean had Zangeshu on his side. As soon as the battle started, he took Zangeshu away since Zangeshu was too weak to be near something like that. As for Rifindio's words, Rean didn't seem the least bit concerned. Instead, he talked to Kentucky, who had appeared who knows when. "Who do you think is gonna win?"
Kentucky watched the battle, seemingly having a good time. "Rifindio seems to be in a worse condition. But then again, I was the one who have been training him. Hey, Rifindio, do not lose your master's face!"
Rifindio truly understood the meaning of the saying: With friends like this, who needs enemies? Only then did Rifindio see it with his Spiritual Sense. Rean's Spiritual Energy was covering everything on the bridge. Panels, seats, walls, you name it. From the start of the battle until now, not a single scratch could be seen there. "Fucking hell!"
