Chapter 243

Chapter 243

243 Hidden Allies

Giving a certain chain of orders, Alex prepared to leave for a short while and prepare something of his own. While he was too excited he missed a simple detail of his plans which is that a person needs to be an energy revolver to control seeds. He was too excited with the thought of leading an army into battle to notice this little issue but none of that mattered much because he didn’t consider this much of a problem.

According to the elders, seeds that can be driven regardless of the person’s ability can be built but it may take some time for that to be completed.

Maybe a few years or more, it all depends on how fast they can work.

In response, Alex asked them to begin the operation. The members of the culture are the main pillars of whatever fighting force he chooses to set up. To create something this worthwhile, Alex was pretty sure he would need these individuals with divine strength but none of that mattered now since he wasn’t in a hurry to start a war.

He still needed to improve the strength of his energy revolver ability. As long as he can push this power to a profound level, piloting a creed within space shouldn’t be much of an issue.

Separate from him, the students of the Estos race academy needed some time to prepare as well.

The best amongst them were just Earls and the rest Viscounts. If Alex really had plans of taking on the world he would need a force far more powerful than this. Thinking about this he considered a method through which he can strengthen his soldiers and make them stronger, and faster.

For energy revolvers to attain greater strength they need to accumulate more energy and break past their limit, that’s how an energy revolver gets stronger. While absorbing the energy they use the energy to refine their body as well as to improve it too. With the matter absorption ability, he can manipulate energy in various forms and absorb them. In the same way, he helped the culture accumulate enough power to go through the evolution meant for humans, he can help these people to get stronger.

Thinking of an army of Dukes in seeds as the core force of his army makes even someone as cold as Alex feels a bit ecstatic!

.....

.................

Of course, all of that would have to wait because he had even more pressing things to deal with. If he wished to conquer planets they needed to deal with their number issues. Gathering forces would be extremely difficult if the Danites and Alliance hadn’t made themselves an enemy to the world. Just mentioning their name in any negotiation with the hope of harming them increases the chances of negotiations exponentially!

Alex’s body flew out of the city and into the distance. Just like before he kept traveling west for hours until he reached one of the four power sources gifted to the Estos race in good faith.

He was surprised to see road constrictions leading to these power sources and even more constructions all around. It seemed like the Elders have been working on many things he is yet to be aware of but none of that mattered since none of these had anything to do with his plans.

After flying past the power source and kept going for a few more hours, Alex was greeted with the familiar grey mist again. His eyes squinted as he looked into the distance and frowned.

“YOU KNOW I AM HERE, WHY DON’T YOU COME OUT AND MEET ME?” Alex said in a calm yet strangely loud tone.

His eyes gazed into the distance as he watched something emerge from the shadows. It was a humanoid beast, with a pair of horns and dragon scales. Its blood-red eyes were enough to send anyone running in fear but Alex found it amusing. If he was asked what he thought about this Duke-level threat creature, Alex would consider it cute!

“You have come...” it’s said with a frown on its face, it was seemingly wary of Alex.

“You knew the Alliance came. The people we were meant to join hands against, yet you didn’t show up with your forces?’ Alex asked with a raised eyebrow.

“Your people were dealing with it, unless I am sure you need help I didn’t want to get involved,” the beast said with a frown and Alex chuckled in response.

In the past, this beast was willing to speak with him but now it showed great reluctance. Alex knew this was happening because of his successful evolution. While the difference couldn’t be spotted easily, Alex knew he and the culture were far from humans now. Even Cherry of the Tyrant gang and Mr. Blade are both high-level baron beings.

Their strength was not something that could be overlooked.

Before his main defense came from the golden statue ability but now, he could tank even the strongest attacks with his bare skin talking less of what he could deal with in the past.

Right now, Alex could confidently say the evolution granted him at least twice his usual strength. He wasn’t someone that could be easily killed in battle right now.

That was why he was so confident when dealing with the alliance representatives.

“The alliance has declared war on us to prevent this world from getting destroyed during the conflict.” Alex said calmly.

Hearing this the mutant beast frowned and pondered for a few seconds before asking a question.

“So what are you trying to say?” The mutant beast asked.

“I am saying you should prepare your forces. I will need your help when all of this begins!” Alex said coldly.

His eyes were threatening and cold but he didn’t act against the beast. He seemed fairly restrained and calm but the air around him showed there was no room for negotiation.

“You know what I mean... but you can’t make such a decision, right? Then take me to the one who can” Alex said with a bright smile on his face.
