Chapter 354 - 354 Death of a God
Chapter 354 - 354 Death of a God
354 Death of a God
I’m dying!
Silver’s eyes widened in shock as he looked around him upon hearing the familiar voice.
This power is consuming me!
Buzzz!
Silver’s eyes shivered as he heard this. His body quickly drifted back as he tried to open a spatial gate to earth but for some reason, he couldn’t.
By now those cheering below stopped, they could tell something was wrong by the way Silver was acting and only when they stopped they finally heard Alex’s voice which sounded like he was in pain.
“Dad!” Little Alex and Creed cried out.
“Alex!” Sharyn and Tracy paled.
“Alex what’s going on, talk to me!” Silver’s panicked tone could be heard for the first time.
.....
“Don’t bother… it’s too late” Alex said heavily.
“The Dàn-T?? Emperor is dead…”
“The Danite princes are dead….”
“The entire Danite fleet was eradicated…”
“I have also dealt with all the invaders who dared show their face here. I don’t think they will be able to muster enough forces to try and reach you anytime in the future. You should have enough time to prepare and by then my little boys must have become men” Alex’s heavy voice sounded in their heads stunning them.
They have never heard Alex speak like this and judging from the pain they could sense in his voice, they felt it was truly over.
He must have been badly hurt.
“Alex…. I’m sure I can help you if I can get to you… I am sure Jason can save you!” Silver screamed crazily but Alex responded with bitter chuckles.
“It was a wild ride and I had lots of fun… I will be leaving first” Alex said those final words and shut his eyes.
Images of Silver and everyone vanished from his eyes and he returned to the normal world. His body was covered in pitch-black armor, filled with stars, asteroids, and planets but at the center of his chest was a diamond-shaped crack with white light pouring out.
Cracks spreading across his body gave him an even more terrifying look. Black blood poured out of the hole as Alex groaned in pain. He had planned to complete the evolution but even with everything he consumed he still couldn’t come up with enough energy needed. Considering how little all of this gave him, he was sure he could have to consume most of this universe if he wished to evolve safely.
If he does that, what about the people here?
What about his family and friends?
Those he is supposed to protect?
Instead, Alex decided it would be best to die here than kill everyone because of his personal gains. Just like he said, it was a wild ride but every good thing must come to an end.
Alex’s eyes slowly opened lacking sadness or any form of emotion.
Even the heavens couldn’t kill him, yet it turned out that mere mortals of this world will be the reason for him to forfeit his life. After the events of planet Kamen which has always been a nightmare to Alex, he didn’t want to have any more unnecessary blood on his hands.
“It’s time for this god to rest” Alex chuckled
Hahahahahaha!
Hahahahahahahahahaha!
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Pearls of laughter rocked the universe as Alex sat alone in the void of space and more dangerous light kept escaping his body. His laugh kept getting louder and louder until every being in the universe could hear him.
A God is not one that will die and go unnoticed.
Never!
Boom!
A powerful explosion erupted from Alex’s abdomen first and more continued from other parts of his body. His eyes remained calm and indifferent as his body was slowly crumbling.
He just kept laughing!
......…..
Back at planet Estosia, the world was silent with only sounds of people crying as Alex’s dominnering laughter boomed for the last time. Explosions could be heard and even though he just kept laughing many knew he was in pain.
While everyone was crying, Silver was on a rampage. With these accumulated emotions, he was like the death god to the forces of the alliance, obliterating them with fury
Finally, a singular loud explosion rocked the universe causing it to tremble. It lasted for an hour which sent shivers down the spine of every leaving thing. Only Silver stood in space with a stern look on his face as the ripples only made his clothes and hair flutter. It couldn’t harm him, or all those within the planet behind him.
“I will be leaving first…”
Those words kept booming in his mind, driving him crazy. He doesn’t know how to feel or react to this. Not only did he lose his best friend but his strongest ally. Right now the strength of the nameless family had been cut down by half at least.
But then, there is no one left standing. Just them at least.
Hmph!
Silver frowned as he pondered on a few things before looking away. Alex’s death wasn’t in vain since he has bought more than enough time for himself. In the past, they were caught off guard but not this time.
Silver looked towards the distance as he pondered on how to deal with the future issues that may come up.
Many may think the war is over but he knew the truth.
Four dimensional beings cannot exist on the same plane of existence as three dimensional beings like them. This was proven in their encounter with the high gods who were present but absent at the same time like true deities.
The invaders however use technology and equipment just far more advanced than the Danites. If the Danites survived the last catastrophe then why can’t others?
Instead, the gods can only work through man! Silver believed these so-called invaders are just other races hidden somewhere in the massive universe, doing the bidden of the gods to assure their survival!
“All of them! I will eradicate them! This time I won’t wait for them to come. I will be going after them personally! Even if the heavens should fall and the earth overturns, none of them will survive me!” Silver swore.
