Chapter 398 - 398 Territory Protector: Akhenaten

Chapter 398 - 398 Territory Protector: Akhenaten

398 Territory Protector: Akhenaten

Aten jumped off the platform and began to descend. It was a seven feet tall man with a muscular figure and bare chest. He only wrapped a white cloth around his waist while wearing an Egyptian God headdress.

Sun Deity core: SCORCH!

Suddenly the temperature in the entire area increased rapidly as the deity descended with both hands swinging down with scorching orange flames!

Hmph!

Danny and Alex both raised their hands and caught the falling fists of the deity. Their eyes widened in shock as they both felt as if a mountain was dropped on them and their legs sank into the ground!

“Not bad!” Aten commended in a calm tone like a higher being commending lower beings.

“Right back at you!” Danny snorted disdainfully as he and Alex exploded with an invisible power as both of them threw an open palm at the belly of the enemy.

Gravity core: Repel!

Boom!

.....

The two slammed their palms on the belly of the enemy sending him spiraling back rapidly.

Swoosh!

The two grabbed the empty space as gravity power surged around their hands.

Gravity core: Attract!

Buzzz!

Aten felt a powerful suction force pulling him toward the duo. He could see their hands surging with power as steam surged from their body. All this while they have been gathering breaths for the second stage of the Demon-kin secret technique and at the twentieth breath, steam surged from their body rapidly and gathered around their fists.

Kill!

The duo punched out and it felt like the sound barrier shattered as a powerful explosion erupted across the heavens.

Boom!

Aten was blown back meanwhile Danny and Alex felt an incredible force surging within them, threatening to explode. While Danny was not familiar with this feeling, Alex knew it very well.

It was the feeling one would get when breaking through the second stage of the Demon-kin secret technique to the third.

Blood demon!

Ding!

[Blood core awakened!]

Shiiiiii!

Alex and Danny looked up with a frown on their faces as a scorching light covered them completely. Their eyes widened with shock as they saw the world around them tremble.

Sun Deity core: Rolling sun!

A massive ball of scorching flames could be seen rolling on the fingertip of the sun deity. His cold gaze fell on the duo while the power of his ability kept accumulating.

“Not enough!” Alex said coldly as he gathered his strength.

He and Danny suddenly exploded with blood power as blood began forming around them, surging around them casually while accumulating as well.

Upon seeing this Aten was shaken! How many cores can these dual demon lords have?

He failed to understand how they have been throwing out ability after ability right now he was even unsure whether they have exhausted their arsenal of abilities.

“I smell fear,” Alex chuckled.

“A very bad stench,” Danny joked.

Bastards!

“Die then!” Aten bellowed as he pressed down and allowed his rolling sun to descend on the duo without restraint.

Hmph!

Danny and Alex snorted disdainfully as they both shot into the sky with their sea of blood surging dangerously. Their eyes turned blood red as they pressed their hands forward and the blood sea surged ahead of them!

Boom!

Powerful shockwaves shook the heavens and the dual demon lords stood gallantly gazing coldly as their blood power surged fiercely

“If this is the best you can do, then I’m disappointed!” Alex snorted disdainfully, pissing off the already infuriated enemy.

Bang!

Aten smashed his fists together as a faint sun symbol appeared behind him and six suns appeared around him orbiting around him like planets orbiting around the sun.

“To have lasted this long against me, I commend you. But it ends here, demons!” Aten said with a cold look on his face as he clasped his hands together and punched down, allowing the six mighty sun’s to descend.

“He fell for it!” Danny yelped in surprise.

“They all do. These gods are gullible” Alex snorted disdainfully.

Pfffff!

Chilly energy surged from the duo as the world seemed to solidify, including the air.

Mirror core; Mirror Realm!

Countless mirrors began forming around them, forming an impregnable mirror world reflecting six fake suns at all sounds!

“In the end, he didn’t even last long,” Alex said in a calm tone as he watched their attacks overwhelm that of the enemy in terms of number.

“No one can compare to us in the mortal world, it’s only natural things follow suit this way,” Danny said as shockwaves erupted around and ripples spread across surging wildly.

They watched as the shockwaves subsided and a scorched man could be seen amid all the chaos. His burn injuries were minor even though he took at least thirty of his attacks.

His breathing was heavy but his eyes were firm and filled with resilience.

“Fuck… these deities are the real thing! False gods are nothing compared to them” Danny said with a slightly pale face.

He and Alex had put in quite some effort in casting such a large-scale mirror ability yet it wasn’t enough to steal the win.

They were already used to easily beating foes in a few exchanges yet this one has managed to stand firm and face them for a while.

Commendable….

“But this has to end now…” Alex said in a cold tone.

“I agree” Danny replied as the duo began climbing the stairs, walking at a slow but steady pace.

Hearing this Aten’s face concorted with rage and fear as he took a step back but quickly stopped himself from retreating. Even if he was amongst the weakest deities here he is still Atens, the deity of the sun!

Pa!

Territory Protector: Akhenaten

Aten clasped his hands together and a massive sun emerged behind him. From the massive sun, six hands emerged, each performing a certain symbol while the final two held on to the Ankh.

Such a mighty summon left Alex and Danny dumbstruck for a moment as they looked towards the heavens.

Divinity tool: Sun Core!

A small fiery Sun Core formed in front of Aten, glowing brightly.
