Chapter 108 13: Bloodpine Forest Raid - Phase 2 [Rally! Silver Valkyries!]
Chapter 108 13: Bloodpine Forest Raid - Phase 2 [Rally! Silver Valkyries!]
A thunderous crash of lightning struck the village square; both demons became bathed in a vile, malicious black lightning as their muscles, bodies and powerful auras surged.
[The demons seem to have decided to end your life here, Zell Delacroix, what will you do?]
Yanfra's voice was stern, cold and mature.
Nothing like her normal speaking voice; there were no perverted jokes or signs of her being a feline, a husky voice like what Yinfra would normally use.
[Will you fight? Or shall we help you escape? Understand the chance of your survival is below 40%]
Yinfra spoke with a gentle but confident tone. A complete change in her usual self as their word's resounded inside Zell's head, still pounding as his demonic blood pulsed through his veins, healing the wounded flesh on his body.
The other players began to shout, calling out for their cooldowns to be used when the demons attacked, 'Ah, these players, why did you abandon Tessa that day if you were so competent?'
[There will be no second chances this time]
[There is no time goddess to save you]
[The other gods have chosen to abandon you]
[What will you choose?]
[Zell?]
[My Champion?]
Their voices intertwined, both speaking, yet neither seeming to say the words that flowed into his mind, as his eyes watched in awe from the demon's transformation, thick spikes from their shoulders and elbows, black plated armour and taught, brutal muscles.
'Were the demons we saw just playing with us!?'
Time seemed to flow slowly; those golden eyes and black slit pupils focused on him alone, like he was some eyesore to them.
[If the demons could fight against the gods, why would they need to struggle so long with mere humans?]
Yanfra snorted, but her voice also seemed to contain slither's of concern, the seriousness of her feelings for his safety easy to see.
[They only took so long to destroy humanity because of the pact signed by the demon gods and ourselves, but Zell...]
[You were removed from this pact when you returned from that terrible future!]
[Because the gods no longer consider you human!]
-
A few moments before their transformation.
Inside, a dazzling luminescence filled a large room. Its light was almost blinding as the golden radiance lingered, almost masking the identities of the several people inside around a huge table.
A group of several divine beings with their figures obscured sat around a large table as the head seat was occupied by the God of Justice, purity and now light.
"Well then, the meeting is adjourned, all those who have supported him with their divine luck. Please cease from this moment as agreed." Astra's father said, his voice elegant, carrying a powerful tone filled with authority.
'Fucking cuckold!' Yanfra complained, her hands filled with blood from digging her claws deep into the flesh, almost tearing out her bones, gritting her teeth in frustration.
A soft hand grasped her, filling her with a blazing flame that healed her wounds and broken lips from her incessant biting and stress.
Yinfra also grimaced, filled with frustration; because of the prophecy, the gods became scared; now, without Veronica, they, too, don't have the power to try again.
So the blame for everything was placed on both Zell and her shoulders; thus, it was decided to abandon Europa VII as a whole.
The demons couldn't use their full power, but in the game, as long as it didn't affect the other realms too much, they could summon more powerful demons and use "Demonification" to quell the threat and rid the divines of the useless trash.
A new time goddess couldn't be born before Veronica died after all.
Her powers and actions had been limited as they closed the barrier around Europa VII.
Now the people who may have survived in that city stood even less chance, and until Zell Delacroix perished, they would not send any aid.
The many gods and divines who sat around the table nodded; some showed a frustrated and angry look yet were quickly forced to hide their displeasure before that man's torch-like eyes, filled with nothing but purity and justice.
Astra, the goddess of fate, stood behind him with a sad look in her eyes, unable to show any emotions after the discussion that had just ended.
'Not only my little sister... Now the boy who has saved her countless times has been abandoned...'
Her father leaned back, watching everyone leaving with a faint smile before his stern voice rang out through the golden room.
"Don't think of helping her; I will kill her if you even try. Let's not even consider that abomination who saved her, either."
"!?"
Astra bit her lips, her white teeth slowly sinking into the soft red flesh, grinding through as her mouth filled with golden blood. Still, the taste was vile, with an iron-like taste causing her to wince as she watched her father slowly fade into golden particles.
The moment the room became empty, it filled with a typhoon of divine powers, crushing the chairs into scraps, tearing the golden walls and their beautiful statues apart, and smashing the table into shards of broken holy marble.
Her face looked demonic, veins popping from her forehead as blood oozed from her bloodshot eyes.
Astra made a loud whimper, almost calling out her sister's name before her eyes flashed, and she returned to the normal, pristine goddess of fate known for her beauty and allure.
The room was also clean and fixed, no longer a mess.
She began to leave the room on foot, only the clacking of her heels sounding in the silent room where the fate of Europa VII and the entire human race was decided.
-
The huge lightning bolts continued to rain down from the crack in the sky, a powerful presence that almost blinded those who even looked towards it pouring their power into these demons, slowly a sense of despair filled the humans, some tried to log out after feeling severe pain in the game for the first time.
Zell's body began to rise, formerly kneeling due to the pressure from that being past the crack in the sky, his bones creaking, muscles convulsing with fierce spasms.
Yet he pushed through, the strange blood that alternated between gold, red and black colour dripping from his nose before he grasped the handle of his Zweihander, the sword that he started with grasping it tightly as he stepped forward, his eyes fixated on the two demons as the black thunder finally stopped.
A thick mist slowly cleared to reveal their powerful and hulking bodies.
Shimmering black armour, grotesque limbs with strange spikes that seemed alive as they contorted and shifted, four arms and powerful horns that curved before pointing towards the sky.
Thud! the smaller demon took one step forward, and a loud resounding sound filled the area as he crushed the ground underfoot, sinking several centimetres into the ground before his arms raised several swords.
"Shall we continue, vile half-breed?"
Badum, a strong heartbeat from Zell's chest.
He thought this moment would cause him to feel fear or terror, yet powerful blood began to pump through his veins, telling him to fight.
Fight! Murder! Slaughter!
Zell looked down at his sword before flicking his wrist, causing it to fade into black mist slowly; the demons believed this to be a sign of his surrender and began to laugh with bellowing laughs.
"Hahahaha! Brother, this hybrid is a coward!"
"Hahaha! I know, maybe he will beg for his...."
Clang! Thud... something was chopped off the smaller demon's head, and one of his pure black horns flipped through the air before slamming into the ground with a thud.
Azmael's eyes narrowed before a sudden intense pain filled his body.
He opened his mouth wide, like a monster and let out a terrifying howling screech as blood began to pour from the broken horn, 'How? Why? Where is my horn!?' Azmael shouted in his brain, now paralysed by pain.
"Azmael! Where did that filthy hybrid go!?"
Tap, tap.
An echo of metal touching stone resounded through the ruined village of death; a male stood behind both demons, his hands holding a long black halberd with a beautiful dragon-like design, the blade long and sharp, filled with golden runes that wrote in draconic.
Engraved was "The Forsaken"
Then along the shaft, written in demonic words of the incubus tribe were written in red letters, repeated like a charm or curse.
"Demon Slaying Halberd"
Zell looked towards the two demons; somehow, the fear he once felt faded. 'These two are not gods, just demons jacked up on their master's sperm-like steroids.'
"Hybrid this, Half-breed that." Zell's voice, deep and husky, the women still fighting on the sides, felt a sense of empowerment from this loud bellowing voice.
His confident voice seemed to be used not only to cause the demons to focus on him more, taunting them but boost the women's will to fight.
'Good.'
[Good]
[Good]
Zell smirked at the Wuxia-like repetition of the word "Good" both Yanfra, and Yinfra seemed to be drunk from their chaotic thoughts, yet he could feel their concern and worry, both going so far as to break the rules to save him.
However, Zell wanted to show them, show himself.
His halberd span around like a bat slamming against the snapped horn almost a metre long, sending it towards Azmael before piercing his thigh like a sniper bullet; before the shouting demon could resist, black blood spurted from his body, now forced to kneel.
He wanted to show the world his changes.
No longer the young man who cried when Rika was smashed into pieces by the demon brute!
The useless tamer that couldn't protect Nora!
Flames began to encircle his body, and as he cast his enchantments, the crimson love was dark and brooding yet superheated. As the air around him cooked and the ground turned to ashes.
"Hey, inbred demon. Razmataz, was it? Let's fight."
The black lance spun in the air, before being tucked under his arm, like a couched lance, as his body shot forward, faster than a cheetah, towards its prey, a car speeding down the motorway.
The wind brushed against his face, a light howl following his body as he thrust the flaming lance forward, tearing through the very air seeking to rip the demon apart.
His eyes were pure red, glowing from the dark, demonic helmet with long black teeth.
"Stand up, you ugly, cock-sucking demon bitch!" He roared, closing in on the kneeling demon that still howled at the loss of his horns, losing a large portion of his power.
Zell's shout seemed to awaken the players, all-seeing these monsters could be wounded; now, with the delay, mana restored their health and mana naturally before their tall leader woman with long blond hair and a massive tower shield and sword, opened her mouth wide and shouted.
"Silver Valkyries, continue the fight!"
Moments later, a raid party of several women in silver plate armour and silver robes began to dash forward, led by this woman with beautiful blue eyes and a scar across her right eye.
"Gunther's Gumpters! Follow the hot milf!"
Her shout seemed to revive the various groups as they all started to attack the large demon and Azmael in tandem.
"Go for their Horns! It will cut their power greatly!" Zell yelled before his spear pierced the palm of Azmael, down along his bone, skewering his flesh and piercing the soft black armour before his eyes glowed a deeper red; with a twist, he tore the halberd from Azmaels hand, ripping off the finger that rolled along the floor.
Azmael tried to counter with his other four arms, yet his back was bombarded with countless spells that targeted his arms as if trying to destroy those parts of his body.
"Graaaaah! Damned humans! I will destroy you! Then have goblins ravish your loved ones!"
'Well... Helpful.'
[Don't loosen your guard, keep focused!]
Yanfra scolded him, as his eyes narrowed, spinning his halberd before a red and blue luminescence surrounded his left gauntlet, pointing forward towards Azmaels crotch. Although they didn't have those desires, the parts existed.
A burst of crimson flames shot forward, burning the demon's exposed phallus, cremating the poor excuse for a rod. Compared to goblins, He was smaller.
The next moment it was pierced by countless shards of ice, as the attack happened almost instantly after he turned away, causing Azmael to scream in pain.
Zell's Flambur burned the demon's lower body, causing minor damage but sending a message.
While his brutal Glafreza destroyed the demon's manhood, making it like swiss cheese.
