Chapter 120 25: Adjusting, Hunting Players!
Chapter 120 25: Adjusting, Hunting Players!
Zell held the voluptuous werewolf in his arms, stroking her shivering body as it filled with a warm, sticky sweat, and she whimpered; he couldn't send her to the spiritual dimension as this upgrade was classed as taking constant damage.
'Since she's in pain, let's finish my upgrade too.'
He looked around; they were currently close to the dungeon entrance, so he strolled through the group of players, ready to enter as they began to speak to Zell.
"Hey, is that girl free for a day? how many credits?" A person with an avatar called "Pro_Daddy" began to shout at Zell's back.
However, he ignored this; getting her inside was more important.
"Oi, dipshit, just because you increased your looks in-game doesn't mean you can ignore us!" Pro_Daddy's friend yelled, holding a large axe with a slightly plump face.
"I bet that slut takes any cock that offers doggy style and a free blowjob as she's desperate. Look at the freaks. Neither is a human, probably an ugly and disgusting loser in the real world."
A third man tried to yank on her tail and feel her body, only kicked back lightly by Zell, not classed as an attack, but sent the man flying into the bushes on his ass while Zell glared at him.
"Tsk! You damn freak, look at your damn horns and tail, the fuck you acting superior towards your human masters?" The fallen man began to act tough as his two friends held onto their weapons; however, Zell moved forward with rapid steps, faster than they could catch him up.
'Ah, these guys are so annoying....' Zell murmured before entering the portal; thankfully, it was the same one he cleared earlier, and the monsters would not respawn for 24 hours.
Griselda's ear's twitched as Zell placed her down on some soft cotton and hay at the entrance; dungeons weren't shared, so only he could exit and enter this instance with her resting.
"Griselda, I'm just going outside to buy some cigarettes. I'll be back soon, okay?"
"Mmmm...."
Now past the worst, she was more lucid and knew he was going to kill those men, but she worried because that would incur a karma penalty, causing others to attack him; her eyes flickered but were too heavy to open as a gentle cooling hand touched her forehead.
"Don't worry, because I am different... Karma is good for me...."
Zell used his ice spell "Glafreza" but held back the power to its limit to apply an ice-cold layer across his palm to help cooler her hot temperature and sweaty body.
"Mmmm... Wan...."
"!?"
Griselda made a bark in her humanoid form, which caused Zell's body to shudder, awakening to some fetish, planning to one day make her, Nora and Rika speak as they would as animals during sex.
'Genius! What a great scene!'
"Be careful then...? Don't get hurt, master...." Griselda said quietly.
'Well, if I don't go out now, they might come into this dungeon', He thought, remembering what happened when the man tried to take her from behind by hiding in the bushes. 'If anyone tries anything like that again, I will kill them on the spot...'
Zell stepped through the door and left the dungeon portal, his body covered in black scaled armour, his demonic helmet and a long zwéihander in his right hand, ready to slaughter the party and steal their attributes.
'So, where did they run off to?' He thought, before seeing a group of four on the horizon, two warrior types, one archer and the last, who seemed to be a magic user.
They must have seen Zell leave the dungeon as they looked towards him, readying their weapons to attack, but stopped when he raised his sword and began to dash towards them.
"Oh shit, that guy looks dangerous..." One of the warriors muttered, pointing at Zell, but another pointed ahead at something else.
"...What? Is there someone coming?" Another asked.
Zell moved towards them; there was something odd about their figures; they seemed oddly larger than usual. The archer was an unknown factor, but he had his bow ready to fire an arrow; he was trained in archery from how he held it. The two warriors began to attack Zell with their swords, but he eluded them quickly with his zwéihander; they knew not how to use the blade well for this weapon type.
'If they're mages, then they'll be difficult...' Zell thought quickly before he charged at them; he was faster than them, and his heavy armour gave him more strength than the humans could muster.
One warrior had lost his weapon when Zell rammed his sword into his gut and made him fall onto his knees as blood started to leak from his neck, desperately trying to drink a potion before fumbling, dropping it onto the bloody grass from his wound.
'Damn it! We just wanted to have fun with the NPC! Why kill us!?'
The other warrior had begun to attack Zell as the archer finished shooting an arrow from afar but missed due to Zell ducking behind him as he dodged it by only a few inches.
Zell swivelled around and then kicked off from his opponent's stomach with all his might; that man fell over backwards with an arrow penetrating his neck while Zell's boot made contact with his head before stepping back.
'Phew... The feeling of a Demon Whelp is this how easy they feel to kill a human, even with 1-2 stats!?' He thought as he dodged their renewed attacks while Zell decided on what to do next:
"It's about fucking time!"The bowman yelled as he fired off another arrow at Zell's head; however, it flew through the empty sky while Zell blocked it with his hand before jumping up into the air to dodge a flurry of more arrows fired by the archer.
The way he could escape each one effortlessly was an achievement for the novice warrior but not tricky for Zell, who could perform such a feat more than anyone else on the server.
'Damn, this fucking freak is too fast; why can he move like that in heavy plate armour!? Also, what's his fucking level? Why is it blank!?'
He didn't need them; what he wanted more were their attributes! 'Small fry like these won't be worth anything.' Zell muttered as he glanced at their health bars and noted their stats were barely in the 30s.
'Heh, but no matter how little these bastards will die!'
Zell's body shot forward, no longer even trying to dodge the arrows as they bounced off his armour, raising his sword diagonally before lunging forward, the shimmering tip of the blade piercing the mage's magic barrier, tearing through his flesh like it was paper, as the mage began to convulse as if feeling the pain in real life.
'Oh? Something changed?'
The mages body made a poping sound as he tore the sword out, causing a spiral of blood to shoot from his chest.
He noticed that in the flavour text for his avenger, it now listed "Deals 200% synchronised damage to all those under the protection of the holy divines." or something like that.
Once more, Zell was attacked by another weapon: this time, it looked like a scythe that ripped across his imposing body while making him dodge insanely fast while swinging twice to defend himself as the tip of the sword sliced through the final attacker's hands like butter left out of the fridge, scream's sounded as the entire party was wiped out in a few moments, while Zell was just fine.
'I'm not refreshed....'
His hands began to swirl with a dark red flame mixed with black before he began to point towards the dying players; Zell cast "Flambur" countless times as his face was filled with a wicked smile within the mask, as the white steel fangs distorted to match his face, burning them over and over, tossing a few potions on their faces to stop death.
The north of Bloodpine forest was filled with the screams of five men for almost an hour before they even stopped screaming and burned with foam bubbling from their mouths.
"Tsk, broken..."

'I see; my attributes will only increase in Demon whelps now. Is this how they grew so powerful in the first weeks of the merger? Devouring the attributes of the useless trash?'
Since the obstruction was gone, he looked through their bags, checking there was nothing worth money in their now dropped bags, then he walked back towards the dungeon; he planned to upgrade his bloodline to Stage 2 and wondered if the pain would be as bad as in the past.
Griselda sat against the wall; her body filled with sweat was highly alluring, but he couldn't afford to get distracted and sat beside her, holding her delicate hand before he chose to upgrade his bloodline.
However, when he chose that option, his pain almost destroyed his mind before he collapsed entirely a moment later, leaving Griselda stunned.
Her soft pale hands began to stroke his hair, trying to soothe him as his skin began to tear apart and fill with cracks, leaking red blood as if it was rejecting his "human" blood.
"Master...."
'Why is my master in such pain!? Is this my fault? What should I do to soothe him?'
