Frustrated, Harley rubbed his forehead. He was astonished at such a result. If he hadn’t seen it in person, he wouldn’t believe that the scene in front of him was real.

Harley never expected that there would be no one in the room. Now he got anxious uncontrollably. He had a bad feeling, doubting if Dragon Queen fooled him.

Or rather, it was the wrong room. Harley wiped off the sweat and asked Maximilian to wait a moment, while he went to other rooms to look for the people.

"What do you want to do on earth?" Maximilian lost his patience and asked with a frown.

Harley answered innocently, "I did get the truth out of her. Dragon Queen told me they were here. Could it be that something went wrong?"

"In my opinion, Dragon Queen fooled you." Maximilian said flatly. He believed that either Dragon Queen or Harley must be lying.

Of course, Maximilian ruled out Harley first. In his view, it was unnecessary for Harley to put on such a show. There must be something else going awry in the affair.

However, Maximilian wasn’t sure whether Dragon Queen was lying about it for he didn’t think she would do that. For a time, Maximilian didn’t know what to do either. One of the two people must be lying.

Harley let out a sigh. "Well, maybe I should go back and ask Dragon Queen again."

"Alright." Maximilian nodded and didn’t stop Harley. He still needed to take advantage of Harley.

When Harley got back into his car, he suddenly found that the way his men looked at him was weird. Harley felt that something bad must be going on. He stared at his men and asked with a frown, "Why are you guys looking at me like that? What are you guys doing behind my back?"

Those men sneered at Harley, "Chang, stop pretending. All of us saw that. You already betrayed Dragon Queen."

"What are you talking about?" Harley started to play dumb and roared, "If you talk nonsense again, don’t blame me for being hard on you!"

All those men smiled scornfully upon hearing Harley’s words, believing that Harley must be out of his mind. They said with disdain, "Chang, Dragon Queen saw that there was something wrong about you, so she deliberately asked us to watch you."

At the same time, the driver already started the car without asking Harley’s opinion.

Harley’s color changed. He was already imagining what would happen to him after he met Dragon Queen in a short while. Suddenly, he was too scared to imagine. Harley took a deep breath, and his forebodings grew stronger.

Harley said hurriedly, "Hey bros, since I’ve been so kind to you guys, why not act as if you’ve seen nothing? When this is over, I’ll give you guys all the money I have."

Harley’s men taunted, "Chang, don’t be so silly. Dragon Queen already promised us. Once we find that you betray her, she will give each of us one hundred million."

Harley almost fell to the ground. He closed his eyes slowly. It never occurred to him that Dragon Queen would actually keep an eye on him. Now he realized why Dragon Queen wasn’t angry at him for the

first time. It turned out that she had set a deadly trap for him.

When Harley went to Dragon Queen’s room again, he was almost shoved into the room. She was sitting on the sofa, while a man was standing behind her.

Harley was confused to see that man. What was going on? Who was that gigolo? Only he was allowed to enter Dragon Queen’s room.

Dragon Queen lit up a thin cigarette and looked down at Harley, who shuddered at the sight of her cold stare. Then he rushed up to Dragon Queen, knelt down and said, "Dragon Queen, please let me explain. That’s part of my plan."

"Part of your plan?" Dragon Queen laughed in anger. At this point, Harley was still putting on a show. Did he really think she knew nothing of it? Even so, Dragon Queen still wanted to figure out what kind of game Harley was playing. She smiled faintly, "Really? Then tell me about your plan."

"Dragon Queen, I intended to push my way into Maximilian’s circle and go undercover to get the information about the Dragon Sect’s secret key from him." Harley went with the flow and said.

"I almost believed what you said." Dragon Queen cast a look at Harley with a smile, took out an audio tape and said, "If it weren’t for this audio tape, I wouldn’t have known that you were the undercover agent."

Harley was astonished to listen to the audio tape, because the tape was recorded on the day when he had taken the pill. Harley went into a panic. What was all this about? Wasn’t there no one back then? Where did this audio tape come from?

Although Harley was eager to know who recorded the tape, he was aware that he wouldn’t get the answer, no matter how hard he tried.

"Dragon Queen, it’s fake. I did that just because I was going undercover." Harley explained. He knew that once he acknowledged it, he was going to die. Therefore, he had to deny it, and maybe there would be a slim chance of survival.

Dragon Queen burst out laughing the moment she heard Harley’s words. She had thought that Harley would correct his mistake at once, but he actually stuck to his old script. Dragon Queen gave him a slap across the face. "Do you think I’m an idiot? Are you having fun playing the role of a double agent? Huh?"

"What? Are you jealous?" Dragon Queen crooked her finger, and the fair man leaned in at once to kiss her finger. A smile climbed upon Dragon Queen’s lips and she said, "He’s the one to take your position."

Harley turned pale upon hearing that. It turned out that Dragon Queen had already selected someone to take his place long ago.

The fair man looked at Harley smugly and said nonchalantly, "It’s quite normal that you haven’t heard of me. Let me introduce myself. I’m called Cunning Fox in my circle."

"He’s my counselor, my mastermind, as well as my think-tanker." Dragon Queen gave the fair man compliments generously. "Not only is he more intelligent than you, but he is also more cruel and capable than you."

Dragon Queen’s last remark upset Harley. Sullen, he clenched his teeth.

When the fair man heard Dragon Queen describing him as "cruel", he gave a modest smile instead of getting angry. "Dragon Queen, you’re flattering me."
