Those guys knew clear that they will never win when going against Maximilian. But that’s a question of pride. Now they were losing face because of Maximilian.

They all wore cold faces, and shot sharp stares at Maximilian.

However, Maximilian still ignored them with a plain face. He was confident that he can defeat them all if they fought him altogether.

“You can move all together!” Maximilian crooked his fingers.

Those guys paused and pondered there.

Nico at the side, watched the guys hesitating. He frowned.

He stared at Maximilian with great hatred in this eyes.

Maximilian was so difficult.

“I know you are very powerful. But if you dare to hit me, you have to think it over.” Nico said with distain.

Maximilian scoffed at him. He guessed that this thing must have something to do with Nico.

Now the antidotes worked, and the ladies had recovered. They shot stares at this abhorrent man, and then felicitated themselves on their escape from Nico’s raping.

Maximilian said in a plain tone, “It has nothing to do with you, and you can go now, otherwise…”

Hearing his words, those guys changed a face. But after second thoughts, they decided to leave.

It’s clear that they were no match of Maximilian, and they will end up badly if they didn’t change mind.

“Let’s go!” Those guys left hastily.

Nico subconsciously turned to look at the waiter, saying, “You have to handle it. Otherwise, I will make complaints of you to your manager.”

The corners of the waiter’s mouth twitched. It’s none of his business, ok? However, he had taken Nico’ money, so he had to deal with it.

“Do you know whose spot this place is! This is Boss Davies’s spot. You’d better think it over if you want to mess up here.” The waiter intimidated Maximilian.

Maximilian laughed. Perhaps it’s a little difficult to solve with it if this was not Connor’s place. But it was now which made things much easier.

The waiter thought Maximilian was scared without any words, after all, Boss Davies was a prestigious man in H City.

Nico became insufferable, and jeered, “Aren’t you so powerful? Why? Knowing this place is Boss Davies’ spot, you dare not to say a word.”

At the exact time, he happened to notice Maximilian’s look in his eyes, which upset him.

Nico suddenly shivered, and his back was covered with cold sweat.

“Then you can call him and let him come here.” Maximilian said.

The waiter looked at Maximilian with peculiar feeling in his eyes, as if he was watching an idiot. He doubted what made Maximilian not scared of Boss Davies.

Nico then told the waiter, “Now that he has no fear of death, you call Boss Davies now.”

The waiter gave a call to someone without hesitating. But he was just a waiter, and he had no qualification to call Boss Davies. So he called his direct manager and reported him everything here.

The manager turned up, and he knew about Maximilian. When he met Maximilian, the manager got startled. This man was Boss Davies’ friend, and he had met this man before with Boss Davies. The manager hesitated to begin a talk with Maximilian.

The waiter pointed at Maximilian, and said to the manager, “Manager, this bastard is very violent and made some troubles here. I think we should give him a lesson.”

The manager had a seizure. Who wanted to give a lesson to Mr. Lee must be an idiot.

“What the hell is going on? You messed Mr. Lee up?” The manager narrowed his brows. It will be a big deal, if his man messed Mr. Lee up.

What he can make sure was that Boss Davies will definitely back Mr. Lee up.

The waiter didn’t understand what the manager had said, so he pouted, “Manager, what are talking about? How can I mess him up? It’s him who was insane and made troubles here.”

“I think you are insane!” The manager gave the waiter a clap on his face.

The waiter was stunned there. What’s wrong? He had nothing to do with everything here! Why the manager hit him?

“Manager? Why?” The waiter asked with a face of questioning. He now was not clear what’s going on! Why was he clapped without any signs and reasons?

The manager said annoyingly, “You shut up. Do you know who Mr. Lee is? He is Boss Davies’ friend. You dare to let me call Boss Davies. You are messing Boss Davies up.”

The manager was glad to come here and handle this himself. Otherwise, this fool waiter will certainly set him on fire.

He’d like to strike him in the face once more.

The waiter got so shocked and stood still there.

He took a deep breath, then turned to watch Maximilian with respect and doubts in his eyes. He was considering how Maximilian developed a friendship with Boss Davies.

But his manager said it, so it must be true.

“I failed to recognize you for who you are.” The waiter began to make explanation and free him from what he had done.

The manager shot him stares, “Stop talking nonsense. You apologize to Mr. Lee right now.”

The waiter was conscious that he must have messed somebody up. So he hurried to Maximilian, “Sir, I really had no idea that you are a friend of Boss Davies. What was just happening was all my fault. I apologize, please. Spare me!”

Everything went so crazy to Nico, he stood still there and doubted his rest of life.
