Chapter 219: Suppressing the Grade-4 Bronze Elephant

Chapter 219: Suppressing the Grade-4 Bronze Elephant

Su Bolin's calm aura changed immediately, and the air around him began to vibrate vehemently. His long hair swayed backward, with his robe floating in the wind.

Even though he was only an early Foundation Building realm expert, the aura coming out from his body was so much powerful that it cut through the pressure coming from the Bronze Elephant.

He slowly began to rise in the air, and as he rose, a phantom pagoda materialized behind him. As the phantom pagoda materialized, the massive Bronze Elephant trembled, and its heavy foot sank deep into the ground.

It looked at Su Bolin with wide eyes. All its previous regality was long gone, replaced with absolute suppression. Its bloodline was burning at an alarming speed.

However, as a Grade-4 beast, it refused to be suppressed by some weak humans. Its body shone in bronze luster, and its body increased.

But to its dismay, it found out the harder it tried to get out of the suppression, the quicker its bloodline dried. It was weakening at an alarming speed.

It tried to raise its foot to stomp the ground using one of its innate powers, but it couldn't even move its leg.

It was then it realized the horror of what was happening. It raised its head and looked at Su Bolin and looked into the pagoda.

Instantly, a dreadful feeling erupted from the depth of its soul. Its soul shivered on the brink of shattering to pieces. The pagoda gave it the most dreadful feeling it ever had.

"Have you realized?" Su Bolin asked, and a long black sword appeared in his hand.

The Bronze Elephant was still reeling in fright and didn't hear his words. Still, he continued speaking.

"We're no more the weak ordinary humans you once defeated. We may be human, but we're entirely different from the usual humans. We're the Barren Landers of the Pagoda Bloodline."

"Others may be scared of the monster beast race but not us."

"For attacking our land and killing our people. Here is the command of His Majesty…"

With the mention of the word His Majesty, the phantom black pagoda behind shone bright and rose to another height.

But to the Bronze Elephant, it was a killing order. Instantly, the pressure on its back increased by tenfold.

Thud!

It fell on its knee, and a cloud of dust rose to the sky. When the dust settled, a Bronze Elephant had formed a deep crater, its bronze skin had various web cracks with blood gushing out continuously.

The sound of its bones crushing continuously filled the atmosphere. Without attacking, the Bronze Elephant was so miserable that it had lost all its luster.

It was so miserable that it looked like an ordinary elephant. Now, its face was etched with deep fear and panic.

Moreover, its worldview had just been shattered. It tried to comprehend how just a Foundation Building realm warrior would have such power, but it couldn't come up with a reasonable answer.

The thought in its mind was to escape from this nightmare and go back to its home and never step out again. But to that, it must escape from the terrifying suppression.

Su Bolin in the air looked at the miserable Bronze Elephant with a slight shock on his face. He knew the limit of his bloodline power, and making the bronze on the brink of death without attacking was not one of them.

'Is it because I called His Majesty?!' He exclaimed in his mind.

A bright smile flashed on his face, even though he didn't know how it happened. He was still thrilled by the thought.

Getting his emotions in check, he looked at the Bronze Elephant, and his pride deepened. "As for this moment onward, this land belongs to the Celestial Heavenly Sect."

"For the last time, will you surrender to His Majesty?"

At once, the pressure on the Bronze Elephant reduced, and it could catch its breath. It looked at the human with its heart pounding heavily.

Even though it didn't want to surrender to weak humans, it knew there was only one option for it. Unless if it wanted to cross to the other side.

A deep sigh escaped from its mouth before it bowed its head and said, "I thank His Majesty for his infinite mercy for this slave. If His Majesty won't refuse these old bones, I want to be His Majesty's mount."

Immediately, the words came out of its mouth. A silver light shot out of the phantom black pagoda and entered its forehead.

Howl!

A miserable howl escaped from the Bronze Elephant, and it fell to the ground screaming in agony. Su Bolin watched everything with his face full of confusion.

Suddenly, he received a notification from his Spirit Comms. When he checked it, it was from Su Yen.

After reading the content of the message, his jaw dropped to the ground. "H-How…"

He realized Su Yen knew what was happening, and the silver light came from him. For a couple of seconds, he froze in the air, reeling in the shock of such an impossible feat.

Finally, the Bronze Elephant stopped screaming, and it rose on its feet. The various cracks on its body had all disappeared, and its aura became more profound than before.

Seeing this, Su Bolin creased his brow before he grinned. "His Majesty is getting more unfathomable each day."

Join us at m,v le mpyr

This was their pride, and they would die crying his name. They may be from the same clan, but now, Su Yen was on another realm that was different from them.

He descended slowly to the ground and stared intently at the forehead of the Bronze Elephant. There was a small nine-level pagoda etched out from its blood to its skin.

In the distance, the Elusive Torment Rat watched with fear and shock all over its face. The overlord had just been beaten into submission.

How was that even possible?!

The Monkey King had tears in its big eyes. It thought its misery was over with the appearance of the Bronze Elephant, but who would have guessed the humans were more fearsome than they imagined.

Su Bolin turned his gaze in the direction of the Elusive Torment Rat and the Monkey King. Instantly, the two beasts froze with their backs drenched in cold sweats.

All their previous arrogance had disappeared into thin air. Now, they only wanted this nightmare to be over.

"What are you doing? Get over here?" He commanded.

"Y-Yes…" They answered in unison and rushed toward him as if their lives depended on it.

"Who is the leader among you?"

"Hmm…" The monkey rolled his eyes and pointed at the Elusive Rats.

The Rat looked at the useless Monkey and wanted to tear him to pieces but controlled his rage and nodded with a respectful gaze.

"Go and call your minions back before we kill them all." He commanded.

"Y-yes…"

The rat nodded and quickly disappeared from his spot. His speed was so fast that the soldiers in the back didn't see how he passed them.

He turned and looked at the Bronze Elephant and asked. "Do you think the rat would escape for his life?"

"Yes." The Bronze Elephant responded firmly.

He may not be present in the affairs of his region, but he knew each of the beasts like the back of his hand.

"Then, what are you doing standing here? Go and bring it back."

"Yes, master."

The Bronze Elephant disappeared from his spot, and when it appeared again, the

Elusive Torment Rat was under its heavy foot with all its bones crushed to paste.

"I thought as a grade-3 beast. You will be wise. I guess I was wrong." He looked at the Elephant and nodded.

Bang!

Instantly, the elephant stomped the rat into meat paste.

Huh!

The Monkey King sucked in a cold breath and shivered. He looked at the Elephant before it turned its gaze to Su Bolin. 'For me to survive, I must get on the human's good side.'

"Sir human….hmm. Can I show you my treasure and all the rare resources?" His face was full of a genuine smile.

"That, of course, you will do. Why do you think you're still alive?" Su Bolin chuckled.

"We need to find grade-2 and grade-3 metal. Do you know where we can get that?"

The Bronze and Monkey thought for a moment before the Monkey shook his head. "I only know of some low-grade Spirit veins and some special ore, but I don't know its tun"

"That's good. Lead my men there." He commanded, and a battalion rushed toward him.

They gave him a deep bow before they followed after the Monkey king. Su Bolin turned to look at the Bronze Elephant and said.

"Don't tell me you don't know where we can find grade 2 metals."

"I know many places where you can find rare metals, including grade-2 metal. I know many places with other rare resources." The Bronze Elephant said confidently.

"Good." He nodded and motioned the Elephant to lead the way with a group of battalion following after them.

'If we can find enough ore, His Majesty's plan can finally start.' He thought with a look of longing on his face.
