“You know that she likes you.” Presumably, Sue must have expressed her love for Theodore before, but she was rejected, so Sue asked for Elaina’s help.

Theodore snorted coldly, “She likes me? Who knows if this is a plot that the Krause family came up with? Their family has always been unscrupulous to achieve their goals.”

Was the Krause family that bad?

Before Elaina could come up with a clue, Jalen came over. “Mr. Murphy, you are wrong. In the business field, everyone will try all means to achieve their goals, including you, Mr. Murphy.”

Beside Jalen stood Sue, who had just left. Sue’s red eyes showed that she must have heard Theodore’s words.

“Mr. Halton, I forgot that you are close to the Krause family, especially Quincy. You are friends, right? No wonder you choose to speak for them.” Theodore showed his disdain for the Krause family. And since Jalen was close to the Krause family, he looked down on Jalen too.

“Theodore, how can you say this about Quincy? What did he do?” Sue was only close to Quincy in the Krause family, so she wouldn’t bear to hear others slander Quincy.

Theodore glanced at her coldly. “What did he do? You should ask him what else he hasn’t done.

“Don’t you know how he controlled the Krause family? His hands were covered in blood. Such a guy is just like the devil. Yet you still ask me what he did?”

Sue did not know much about the family business. She did not know how Quincy took over the Krause family. She just thought that he was very powerful.

But now that she heard Theodore say this, her heart inevitably wavered.

“I didn’t know that you had such a big opinion about the Krause family before. I thought you just didn’t like me. Now that I know, I won’t give up.” Sue stood out to block the way. To be exact, she wanted to block Theodore’s way.

“I will prove to you that the Krause family is not as bad as you think. At least not everyone is like that.”
