Charlie’s face darkened, staring at Jonathan for a moment before suddenly laughing, “Fine, I spoke too much earlier, I won’t meddle in your and Estelle’s business from now on.”
Jonathan smiled faintly, “So concerned about Emily, yet you w
u won’t admit you like her?”
The smile on Charlie’s lips gradually turned cold, “You’re overthinking, she betrayed me, deceived me, and now she wants to get married and have kids, and enjoy love. Do I look like a pushover?”

Charlie scoffed, “I may never understand the kind of feelings you’re talking about.”
Jonathan raised an eyebrow, “Don’t be so quick to judge!”
Charlie raised an eyebrow, a long time ago, he had also envied Jonathan and Estelle’s relationship, even thought about trying to pursue it, but reality told him, he was more suited for a free and easy life, definitely not the kind to fall deeply in love.
