Chapter 192

With a “bang,” the wine bottle shattered, and red wine poured down Baldrick’s head. He staggered backward and sat down against the desk. Blood mixed with wine looked horrifying.

Jonathan slowly approached, his black eyes filled with coldness. He half–squatted in front of Baldrick, with the sharp glass of the remaining wine bottle against his neck. His voice was slow and cold, “If you dare to go after Estelle again, I’ll kill you immediately, got it?

The shattered wine bottle was extremely sharp Baldrick, with his face covered in blood and wine, looked at Jonathan in fear and slowly nodded.

Jonathan threw the wine bottle away, slowly stood up, disdainfully and coldly glanced at him, and turned away.

Only then did Baldrick dare to shout, ‘Help! Someone!”

He shouted twice, heard someone coming upstairs, and passed out.

Jonathan returned to his villa and asked the servant where Estelle was.

The servant immediately said, ‘Ms. Macclain is upstairs, she hasn’t been out.”

Jonathan just gave an indifferent reply and went upstairs to the bedroom, but didn’t see Estelle. His face slightly sank, and he turned to the dressing room and bathroom, but there was no one there.

He immediately went out, coldly asking the servants who followed, “Where is Estelle?”

The servant was also stunned, “Ms. Macclain has been upstairs.”

Jonathan looked unhappy, and was about to tell them to find her when suddenly, he thought of something and turned back to the bedroom, heading for the balcony.

As expected, Estelle was curled up on a lounger, sleeping soundly, not even aware that the book she had been reading had fallen onto the carpet.

Jonathan’s tense expression relaxed all at once. He couldn’t help but laugh at himself. Wasn’t he being too concerned about her?

Although he felt that it was inappropriate, he had already gone over to her and gently covered her with a thin blanket.

Estelle murmured and slowly opened her eyes.

Jonathan half–squat in front of her, raising his hand to touch her face, his voice gentle, “Does your head still hurt?” Estelle shook her head slightly, and sleepily looked at the man in front of her, “How come you got back so soon?”

Jonathan chuckled, “You don t want me back?”

Estelle smiled and remained silent.

“If you’re tired, go sleep in bed, okay?” The man’s gaze was gentle, softly coaxing her

Estelle whispered, ‘No, it’s very comfortable here in the sun. I can’t sleep in bed.”

Jonathan raised his eyebrows helplessly, lay down on the lounger himself, and held Estelle in his arms, “Let’s sunbathe together then.” Estelle leaned close to him. The man had a slender figure and a strong chest, which was even more comfortable than holding a pillow. Jonathan raised his hand and

massaged Estelle’s temples, “Do you feel uncomfortable right now? Will you still disobey me in the future?”

Estelle was so comfortable with his massage that she became drowsy. Upon hearing his words, she opened her eyes and said, “To have Mr. Lamont condescend to massage my head, it’s worth being a little uncomfortable.”

Jonathan chuckled, “Not bad, you sure know how to flatter people.”

Estelle raised an eyebrow, “Of course I do, I just don’t bother.”

Jonathan’s eyes were full of smiles, “Well, I am truly honored!”

Estelle smiled. Just as she was about to speak, she noticed the stain on his clothes. She sniffed it and asked, frowning. “How did this happen?”

He wore a black shirt, and the wine stain was not obvious unless closely observed.

Jonathan didn’t care, “I accidentally splashed fish blood on myself while killing fish,”
