Chapter 428

She put the clothes and jewelry in the dressing room, hanging them piece by piece in a large closet.

When Jonathan returned in the afternoon, Estelle was watching a movie in the living

room.

He stood behind the sofa and leaned down to kiss her for a while before laughing and saying, “I’m going to take a shower, and then we’ll go out for dinner together.”

“Okay.”

Jonathan couldn’t help but kiss her again, his voice deep and husky, “I don’t want to go out

for dinner now.”

As he said that, he lifted her from the sofa and went straight to the master bedroom.

Estelle grabbed his shirt, her voice soft, “I’m hungry. Aren’t you?”

“I’ve been hungry for a month!”

The man carried her straight into the bathroom.

It was already seven o’clock in the evening when they finally went out, and Estelle received a call from Emily when she left the house.

Emily had just got off work, and asked Estelle, “Have you had dinner? I’ll cook something you like, want to come downstairs?”

Estelle glanced back at Jonathan with a smile, “I’m just about to go out for dinner, don’t cook. Let’s all go together.”

Emily asked, “Where are we going?”

“You’ll find out when we get there!”

Emily went downstairs, and after getting in the car, she saw Jonathan in the driver’s seat. She paused, then greeted him courteously, “Mr. Lamont!”

Jonathan looked back and smiled, “Just like Carson and the others, you can call me

Jonah!”

Emily agreed and glanced at Estelle teasingly, laughing, “Does Estelle call you Jonah too?” Jonathan started the car, looked at Estelle through the rearview mirror, and joked, “It depends on her mood. When she’s happy, she’ll call me anything. But when she’s not happy, she’ll call me Mr. Lamont!”

Emily held back her laughter and leaned back to whisper to Estelle, “When did you two make up?”

Estelle’s face blushed a little, and she whispered, “It’s been a few days.”

Emily felt happy, “Was it the night of the dance?”

Estelle nodded slightly.

Emily lowered her voice, “Forget what I said that day. Now I feel that Jonah and Charlie are different.”

Estelle’s eyes were clear, and she slowly said, “I understand what you mean. My situation with him is indeed a bit special. I’ll tell you later!”

“Okay!” Emily nodded.

The car stopped outside Yum Yum Bakery. Emily entered the courtyard and looked around, asking Estelle, “Is this the place to eat? If you hadn’t told me, I would have thought it was someone’s fancy backyard.”

“The owner’s family is very aesthetic, and the food tastes good too,” Estelle said.

The two of them walked ahead, with Jonathan following Estelle’s footsteps.

When they entered the private room, Courtney came in and smiled at Jonathan and Estelle, “I haven’t seen you guys for a long time!”

Jonathan said gently, “Just had some stuff going on recently!”

Courtney poured drinks for them, “There’s another beautiful lady with you today. Is she Estelle’s friend?”

Emily sweetly laughed and said, “Yes, nice to meet you!”
