Hope you would like them," Charlotte said. Her words immediately quieted the entire dorm room. Everyone knew that Joe disliked receiving gifts from others, especially when the giver boldly barged into the boys’ dormitory. "You’re welcome,”

Joe said. Just when everyone thought Joe would kick her out of the dorm, he unexpectedly nodded slightly and accepted the cufflinks.

Not only that, but he also stood up from his book. "After giving the gift, you should be leaving, right?"
