Floating Island - Triple S Talent

Chapter 82: Teleportation Hub

Chapter 82: Teleportation Hub

Teleportation Hub, Life City

An area as large as four soccer fields, with dozens of portals, each three meters high. Yes, this area is the Teleportation Hub, where portals from various allied islands are connected.

There are more than 20 Teleportation Hubs on the World Market Trade alliance island. Each Teleportation Hub is guarded by the Special Security Forces. Since the Teleportation Hub is one of the places where outsiders enter the island, the super towers also monitor it 24/7 without stopping.

The main defense of the Teleportation Hub is four black lightning towers in the middle of the area, and 60 other lightning towers standing firmly around the protective fence of the Teleportation Hub, aligned with the positions of the numbers on a clock.

Additionally, there are special army troops led by Tier-2 soldiers at the four main gates that serve as exits from the Teleportation Hub. With such tight security, only a fool would dare to cause trouble.

Because it is the destination of portals connecting various allied islands, it is no wonder that the Teleportation Hub is always bustling and never stops operating.

At one of the portals, there is a holographic board with a list of the names of allied islands connected to that portal. The text on the holographic board lists all the allied islands accessible through this portal, providing clear information to users.

Portal Hub Destination:

1. India

2. Night Light

3. America

4. Falling Hell

...

Lein did not set specific requirements regarding which alliances or islands could connect to the portal on his island. According to Lein, no one knows, perhaps one of the small islands might become a pathway for unexpected items to appear.

The main rule is simple: no causing trouble, as the greatest risk is an inter-alliance war. Once again, with the defenses the Teleportation Hub displays, no foolish alliance would ever break that rule.

At this moment, the previously still portal suddenly began to show waves rippling back and forth. Slowly, a human figure started to become visible and emerged from the portal calmly. It didn't stop there, another figure followed behind and emerged slowly.

From within the portal, several figures continued to appear one by one. Until the fifth figure came out, the water ripples stopped, and the portal surface returned to its original calm state.

"Wow... this is so cool, what they said in the Main Chat was true!"

"Yeah, look at that tall tower. Just seeing the lightning sparkle on its tip gives me chills."

The group of people observed their surroundings in awe, appearing as if it was their first time visiting Lein's island. Their appearance was also very different from Indonesian people; they had blonde hair, white skin, and were over 1.7 meters tall. Yes, the people who had just emerged were Americans, as seen from the flag on their white and blue uniforms.

"Axel, where are we going? We have one hour before the lecture starts," asked a girl with curly brown hair.

Axel was a young man wearing casual black and white clothes with short blonde hair and beautiful blue eyes. He attentively observed the surroundings of the Teleportation Hub area.

"This is my first time here, so let's head to that post over there first," Axel said, pointing to a checkpoint not far from the exit gate.

"Yeah, that post looks like a checkpoint."

"Let's go."

Axel's group then walked towards the checkpoint.

Calling it a post is actually inaccurate because the checkpoint has two floors. It is also not small, with a width of more than 30 meters. The size of the checkpoint building is not without reason; even with its current size, the checkpoint has two long queues stretching three meters.

Not long after walking and waiting for a few minutes, Axel's group finally entered the checkpoint building.

The room inside the building was filled with white lights, as bright as a mini-market room. Several service robots moved back and forth, approaching visitors entering, then displaying a large hologram in front of the visitors.

When it was Axel's turn, one of the robots with a round head and a face full of a black screen displaying an animated face approached Axel.

"Welcome visitor, I am E-Bot#776, here to assist you."

"Detected first-time visitor entering World Market Trade Alliance island. Please register first."

E-Bot#776 then projected a holographic board from within its chest. On the holographic board, there were several fields to fill in and additional information.

"This robot is even more advanced than the robots in the President's Main Hall," Axel muttered as he watched E-Bot#776 skillfully assist him.

Name:

Age:

Island of Origin:

Alliance:

Class:

...

There were many questions and fields Axel needed to fill out on the holographic board displayed by E-Bot#776. Axel was quite overwhelmed, and weakly scrolled down to fill in the remaining empty fields.

Special Requirements: ...

Axel observed the question in the field, then casually wrote, "Entering the New Life University." He then moved to the next field without much thought.

"Damn, why are there so many fields to fill out?" A young man in a blue fur jacket complained impatiently when he saw the empty fields he had to fill out.

"Yeah... isn't this too much?" added a girl with long silver hair.

Axel, who was carefully filling out the empty fields, suddenly stopped. He stared at his three friends who were currently complaining, his gaze lingering until his friends noticed his stare.

"What's wrong?" asked the friend in the blue fur jacket with an innocent look. The young man even raised his hands as if what he had done was nothing unusual.

"If you keep spouting useless things from your mouth, you'd better go back," Axel said each word clearly. He then diverted his gaze from the young man and glanced briefly at the corner of the checkpoint building.

On the second floor of the checkpoint building, a computer screen displaying continuously running graphics suddenly stopped, and a text that was previously yellow now turned green.
