Chapter 91: Wiko Suryo is still Alive

Chapter 91: Wiko Suryo is still Alive

[Human Race Chat from Blue Planet]

(Harith) You know, a great battle took place in the City of Life, World Market Trade Alliance island. I was at the Night Sky restaurant when it happened.

(Joko) What's wrong with the president? Is he stupid to attack a top 5 alliance?

(Virej) Hahaha... it's so funny to see the Indonesian Alliance. While the inter-racial battle event is ongoing, you choose to fight.

(Gusti Indra) Whoever can tell me where Wiko Suryo is will get a big reward from me.

(Yani) What's the reward? I have a talent for tracking someone...

The human race chat was buzzing. Several major alliances participated in the conversation. Taking advantage of this moment, Gusti Indra spread a bounty to inform him of Wiko Suryo's location.

In a room with the red and white flag planted on one of the walls, a middle-aged man in a brown uniform was reading the news reports on a tablet in his hand.

"What's wrong with the president? Does he want to destroy this country?" he muttered regretfully.

"I feel that there have been many strange incidents lately," said another man who was smoking, sitting not far from the desk of the man in the brown uniform.

"You're right, Mr. Handoko. A few days ago, I received news that the government funds were delayed, even reduced by 50% without prior notice," said a woman sitting not far from them.

"In addition to the increasing crime rate, more than 100 people have disappeared without a known cause," the woman explained heavily.

"By the way, what's the response from the World Market Trade Alliance, Principal?" asked the man earlier while taking a drag on his cigarette.

The principal in the brown uniform was slightly moved by the question. He then took a deep breath and looked out the room window. Outside the window was a large field where teenagers were playing.

"Of course, they will come within a few hours," said the principal in a low voice.

There wasn't much they could do. Where would they go? With the power of a top alliance like World Market Trade, there was no place they couldn't reach, except to bury themselves alive.

However, they didn't panic to the point of fleeing aimlessly. The leader of the World Market Trade Alliance had not had a bad reputation so far. In fact, he tended to do good. All branch stores of the World Market Trade Alliance always operated fairly and sold goods at low prices. So, from the public's perspective, the World Market Trade Alliance wasn't bad.

If later the World Market Trade Alliance came and took over the Indonesian Alliance, they thought the people living in it would still survive.

In a quiet park, a young man named Lukas Weber sat sipping tea with a calm expression. After taking a sip, he put the cup on the small table in front of him. His gaze then shifted to a middle-aged man with a weary face sitting across from him. That man was Wiko Suryo, who was rumored to be dead but was actually still alive and well.

"You failed, Mr. Wiko," Lukas said calmly, looking at Wiko without hope.

Wiko wanted to say something but held back. With a heavy expression, he listened to Lukas continue.

"You couldn't even kill his sister," Lukas said emotionlessly.

"Sorry, Mr. Lukas, give me another chance. I guarantee success this time," Wiko replied firmly. He realized his mistake; the greatest strength of his opponent's alliance was the guard tower they possessed.

"Alright. As before, bring me 1,000 humans. The younger, the better," Lukas said while sipping his tea. When he mentioned 1,000 humans, a white flash crossed his eyes.

"Okay, Sir. I also need another blood fruit," Wiko said hopefully.

"No more. Do you think blood fruits are that simple? Easily obtainable?" Lukas frowned at Wiko's request. After thinking for a moment, he said, "10,000 humans, and I'll give you one."

"Really?" Wiko said excitedly.

Lukas nodded slowly. "Yes, really. But remember, this is your last chance."

Wiko's excitement surged hearing Lukas's promise. With the blood fruit, his confidence would increase. He would be more cautious with the next plan.

"I won't disappoint you, Mr. Lukas. I will get 10,000 humans soon," Wiko said with determined eyes.

Lukas nodded, sipping his tea once more before saying, "Enough. You may leave."

Immediately, Wiko Suryo rose from his seat and left with quick, determined steps.

Meanwhile, in the main hall of the City of Life, Lein Island.

Nita and Nayla were busy handling reports related to the three other alliances that had just joined. As the highest leader after Lein, Nita was responsible for organizing the overall strategy of the World Market Trade Alliance.

She was the one who determined the actions and attitudes of the alliance if something major occurred, such as the current takeover of three major alliances.

Additionally, Nita was also planning how to deal with the Indonesian Alliance Island. For now, she only sent troops to monitor and isolate the island.

Currently, ten ships full of troops were heading to the Indonesian Alliance Island, with the goal of taking over the island. Lein Island and the three other alliance islands had to unite to achieve this goal. Ten warships were sent first because they were faster and could monitor the areas that the main island would pass through.

Usually, the main Lein Island didn't move, but this time was different. The increased territory from the three alliances they were about to take over was quite large, requiring more drastic action.

"Report, Princess, Mr. Made's troops have secured the central city area."

"Report, Princess, the area within 100 km is safe... no danger."

"Report, Princess, the public's response is quite good. No resistance..."

One by one, reports from her subordinates came into Nita's computer. Red notifications kept flashing every time a new message arrived.

"Nayla, help me check the troop section. Then tell them to wait for further instructions," Nita said to Nayla, who was not far from her desk.

"Alright, Nit. Leave it to me," Nayla quickly came over and sat down to check the incoming reports.

Nita took a deep breath and said, "When will Brother Lein come home..."

Just like that, she spent her time until nightfall dealing with alliance matters. This was Nita's first major operation, so she was quite overwhelmed.
