Chapter 200 - You Don't Appreciate His Goodness.

"Yeah... They are..." George answered making Valentina raise her eyebrows at him.

"Really? Are they?" Valentina asked.

"Umm... Yeah... They should anyways... They are Husband and Wife now... They like each other before marrying... So, they should be fine." George answered making Valentina Chuckle.

"They should be fine?" Valentina asked as she laughed making George gulp down his saliva.

"Well... They might not be fine with it... Why don't you ask them again if they are going good in their relationship or not?" Valentina asked making George look at her as he raised his eyebrows at her. 

"They are... If you don't believe mez you can ask your best friend... I will not stop you from asking him Anything..." George answered making Valentina Chuckle.

"Well... I already told you, Uncle George and you know this very well too... That, Xavier won't tell me anything... Without your permission... He is kinda a daddy's boy." Valentina said making George chuckle.

"Well... I just think, this is the way of showing respect towards you... You need to understand the value of your son... When he is doing this to you... Either it might be anything... He still is keeping his happiness away for your sake... What will you do and would do, if Xavier wants to leave your companies and all and go away far away from you? He can have any life he wants... And I am with him to support him in everything..." Valentina said as she smiled at George making him frown at her. 

George looked away from her as he sighed.

"Well... I think, we shouldn't discuss about their things..." George said making Valentina chuckle.

"Yeah... We shouldn't... But... I think, you should talk to Xavier... He is going through a lot... I can just say that by just seeing his face." Valentina replied making George take a deep breath.

"Well... I guess, you know what to do... Because he is your son... I am sure, you don't want your son to suffer so badly in the future... Because one mistake of yours can cost so much for someone... That it can even make them regrets few things in their lives... And it will become so hard for them to live it things harder for them and they regret something that they did." Valentina said making George take a deep breath.

"If you just don't want your son to regret anything in life... Then talk to him and get to know about things that are making him go crazy and mainly make him understand that regretting something in life can cause a lot in life." Valentina said making George take a deep breath.

"Uncle George... You know how your son is... You really know how he much he respects you no matter what you do with him... Even though it's for your selfishness... He still tries to make things good... Well, even when, you didn't appreciated him, when he did good things or bought good profits to the company... You just look after him as a guy who can just look after your companies but listen to carefully, he is a human too... He has a feelings too... Like you have an anger, jealous... He has them too but he is controling a lot to himself because he wants you to appreciate him as he is..." Valentina said making George take a deep breath.

"But if you do not recognise him then no one can do anything... You are his father... You should know how your son is and you do... You do know him so well than anyone... But you are behind something more than to keep your son happy... This is something that I have seen in you, Uncle George." Valentina said.

"Valentina... I... Umm..." George stuttered.

"Uncle George, I know this is something so bitter to listen but this is true and you know that. You do know how much Xavier wants to listen from your mouth that you are proud of him..." Valentina said as she chuckled.

"But... Well, I guess... It doesn't happen in this life time... Because you don't at all care about anyone but yourself." Valentina said as she looked into George's eyes making him his head down in shame.

"Well... I don't think, I should remind you all these things when you already know about all these things... You know what you are doing and what you can do more... But, I am not going to talk more with you... You know Xavier better than anyone... If you want to save your son... Then, just talk with him first as his son and know about him... Ask him, if he is happy in his life or not... Well, it doesn't at all matter you at last, because, you know that Xavier is not at all happy with his life... Right now!" Valentina said making George look in to her eyes.

"I am right, right, Uncle George?" Valentina asked making him take a deep breath. Valentina smiled and took a deep breath.

"So, what else you want to talk to me about?" Valentina asked.

"Um... I... I..." George stuttered.

"Please don't stutter..." Valentina replied making George take a deep breath.

"Thank you, Valantina... You have made me see a few things from the other side of my view... I don't really want to see things from the other way... Because I know... How things would turn if I see them with my other side of the view... It's really hard for me too... I really messed it up... I really did... For sure! But I couldn't do anything... I couldn't... But until, I can wait till things gets settled... I don't know, if my son is happy or not... Even though, he is not... But I still can't do anything..." George said making Valentina raise her eyebrows at her.

"Things will turn up and down if I care about my son's happiness right now... It's not even about my happiness either... It just matter of things that I did is affecting me so badly right now... I can't tell to anyone either... Neither I keep it to myself... It just so damn hard... But I know, one day, I will just make things right... Anyhow... I am trying... I am sure, I will one day!" George said making Valentina sigh.

"Well... I don't know the reasons that you have behind to give your son a rough hard days... You are just spoiling his life right now... He is just burying his head in his work... You know that too... Right?" Valentina asked and George nodded his head in yes. 

"I know... But trust me, I will make things right as soon as possible... I hope so... But now, I don't think, I am ready to talk to him anything... I know, Xavier is going through q lot... But he is my son too... I know, whatever it is, hurting him... And whatever hurting him is hurting me too... I care about him... Why wouldn't I not? He is my single child. I will care about him more than anything... Whatever I donis just because of him too... And for his future!" George answered making Valentina sigh.

"As you wish... You can do as you wish... I am no one to say you anything... I am just... Nothing to you... I can just say that, you know your son better than anyone... Just try to keep your son happy... If possible... If that's happen with you!" Valentina said making George sigh.

"Thank you for caring about him... Thank you very much... And thank you for holding on to him all these years... You are the bestest friend he can ever ask for... You became his guide and made him... A true man... But it's just... Me... Who is making my son's life a living hell..." George blunted out making Valantina frown at him.

"What did you say? Come again?" Valentina asked making George look up at her.

"Huh?" George asked.

"You were saying something just now?" Valentina asked.

"Me?" George asked making Valentina nod her head.

"Yes, you... You just said, you are making your son's life a living hell..." Valentina answered making George wide his eyes.

"Umm... No... I didn't..." George lied making Valentina Chuckle.

"Yeah... You didn't?" Valentina asked.

"Umm... Yeah..." George answered making Valentina sigh.

"I don't know what's wrong with you, Uncle George?" Valentina asked as she looked into his eyes.

"Huh?" George asked again making Valantina Chuckle.
