Chapter 164 Prepare For Trouble And Make It Ten Thousand!

Zack and Hayden casually stepped inside the mansion as though it belonged to them. No one paid them any attention as they made their way to the inner area of the place.

The map continued to track the remaining competitor's location as the man was currently sitting in the inner chambers of the mansion.

According to the map, they were currently present in the inner part of the place where the owner of the mansion spent most of his time.

Despite being protected by Snowie, Zack and Hayden were still on high alert as they kept their weapons and skills at the ready. The moment they stepped inside the inner chambers of the mansion, they heard simultaneous messages appearing in front of them.

[ You have stepped inside the domain of the business god. All illusions will be tackled carefully. ]

'And that was why I felt that the last boss felt too easy.' Zack thought with a sigh as he asked Snowie to turn into a girl and hide her dragon side parts.

Moments later, a beautiful woman was walking beside him and Hayden as they ventured into the deepest part of the place.

Zack wasn't too worried about escaping and if it came to fighting, not only did he have Snowie, his level had another major increase after retaining even more of his memories.

'Holy sht!' It was the first time Zack was checking his state inside the game after going into the future. His mouth was left hanging open especially when his gaze fell on the infinite after his mana.

He had no words left to speak especially when he saw that the cooldown feature was removed. Didn't this basically mean that he could continuously spam his blue flames tornado without worrying about the cooldown or the mana?

With excitement, he increased his speed and dragged the duo around him along the halls. There was no guard present in the inner chambers as they finally reached the room where the remaining competitor was present.

Together, they burst in through the door without any worries before looking around to see two men sitting on couches and playing chess.

"Well, work done," Zack muttered as he threw two sparks of his blue flames and brushed his hands off.

He knew that something would pop up the next moment so decided to remain still and just wait for a few minutes.

[ Someone has been killed inside the domain of a god. Heavenly Wrath will be ascending on the said person! ]

"Duel Ex Machina: Mirror Reversal," Zack said by yawning as he used one of the moves he had seen himself do when he and Emma had recovered their memories.

The supposed wrath that was about to fall on him never came. After all, he had just sent it back to the owner.

Though his move seemed completely invincible at first glance, it held more powers and disadvantages than one could imagine.

The move could not be used for another forty-eight-hour strictly but did not require any mana. Also, the attack about to be sent back must be at least five times or so stronger than the one using the move.

Zack had created the move himself yet never had been able to reach the lowest level to use the skill. Reversal also caused a lot of strain on the soul, leaving it a bit fragile and the person prone to emotional breakdowns in the next few hours.

"Zack, why do you look as though you just smited someone and are expecting a rebuttal?" Hayden asked while narrowing his eyes as a playful smile appeared on Zack's face.

"You can think of it like that." He replied before casually sitting down on the couch and looking at the wine lying on the small table beside it.

In his current life, Zack hadn't touched alcohol though he remembered that he used to be a big one before. Looking at the red liquid, he gulped it down in one go as though it was a bitter medicine from fifty years ago.

He felt his throat burning up as the smile on his face widened.

"Please appear if you want to since I know you are standing right outside. It's boring to just stay outside without doing anything." Zack suddenly called out as the door fell open and a horde of people rushed inside.

"Prepare for trouble and make it ten thousand!" One of the men said while taking out two swords.

"We are the butchers of sand, here to kill you!" Another said as Zack rolled his eyes.

"Didn't anyone tell you that people, including me, are tired of that troupe or cliche or whatever you call it," He replied. "Nobody gives a fck about someone who is destined to disappear a few moments after he or she appears."

Zack spoke as he was about to burn the entire horde down when he noticed one particular artifact glowing in the back of the crowd.

His eyes widened to the point that they were about to fall off as he lurched forward with flames dancing across his palms.

He razed the men in the forward but it was already too late. A silver beam of light shot out of the artifact and made him sleepy.

"Hayden, Snowie, please take care of them…" Zack mumbled as he sat down on the couch before closing his eyes and going to sleep.

Hayden and Snowie exchanged a look before staring at the crowd in front of them.

Both of them raised their hands simultaneously and used one of their skills. A dragon made from icicles shot out of Snowie's palms while black thorny vines appeared below the feet of the men.

The two of them then sorted through the crowd of ten thousand people before finding the ones they needed it.

Unlike Zack who was about to burn them all, Snowie and Hayden managed to interrogate a lot of them and got all the information they needed.

And while they did it, Zack was getting his beauty sleep.
