Chapter 56 Full Dive Experience
Chapter 56 Full Dive Experience
"Evangeline, I think your image inside my mind just took a 180-degree turn..." Zack muttered as the trio was currently standing in front of a room that would put gaming accessories adds to shame.
"Well, I had loved gaming since I was a kid and I would have played Hikari too but as you know, I am prohibited from that." The CEO replied as she walked towards two platinum-colored pods in the middle of the room.
The room around her had dozens of gaming keyboards, mics, mouses, and every other type of gaming thing you would ever need.
But Zack and Emma were staring at the two large pods with a mesmerized look.
"This is the highest version of the gaming pods that you could buy. And you can only buy it if you are recommended by any of the four companies." Eva said with a smile as the duo started examining the pods.
Zack already knew that the gaming pods had enough nutrition to supply him with nutrition and energy for three months and would also keep a check on all of his organs and vitals.
The pod could also be connected with his phone watch and he could use his phone inside Hikari too.
But not only that, the gaming pod would give the full dive experience meaning that the realism would be increased by 50% from before.
Emma didn't know about these things but after she saw all of it written on the pods front, she couldn't help but grin.
The duo then turned to look at Eva as though she was their parent and they were asking her to buy them a toy they liked.
"Just press that button and insert your VR glasses inside it," Eva said with a sigh as she pointed at a red button on the top side of the gaming pods.
Zack and Emma did that as a tray slid out from the same spot after they had pressed the red button. Emma was holding her VR glasses in her hands so she just put them into the tray.
Zack on the other hand put his hand inside the pocket of his jeans and used the inventory to summon the VR glasses there.
He then placed his VR glasses in the pods and pushed the tray back alongside Emma.
All of a sudden, the entire pod came to life and the seat started glowing blue in color. The duo exchanged a glance before they hurriedly strapped themselves into the seats.
A helmet dropped down on their head and covered their vision.
""Link start."" They said at the same time as the gaming pods powered up

A voice resounded in the duo's ears before they suddenly woke up inside the white room of the guild.
The first thing that Zack did was to get near a wall and touch it with his hand.
He could feel the smooth surface of the white marble under his hand and it was exactly the same feeling as real life.
The gaming pods also enhanced the senses of a person and took gaming to a completely different level.
While looking around the entire place, Zack and Emma spent a few minutes enjoying this new change in gaming before logging out and stepping back into the real life.
"So can we take these to our homes?" Zack asked as Eva nodded.
"This is going to take some while so you will have to use your glasses till then. But once everything is set up, the gaming pod will be set up in one of the rooms." She replied. "By the way, Emma is going to live with your sister and you."
Zack felt as though Eva had just dropped a bomb on his head when she said that Emma would be living with him and his sister.
"Uh, Eva?" He asked with a confused look as the CEO gave him the "deal with it kid" look.
Originally, Evangeline had thought of putting Emma in one of the many mansions in Doogle mansions but soon realized how lonely the girl would become.
And since Zack and Mia were the only people living together, they would get another roommate. This was a full-proof plan since Eva could then easily increase the security around one specific place.
"Zack, me, and Ray are ready to accept the request for you to form your own team. But where will you start looking for them?" Eva knew that he could either personally meet the people in real life or meet them inside the game.
If it was the latter, then she couldn't give him much help except for asking information from the information gatherers Doogle had employed.
"I can contact two of them through the game but the rest, I will have to meet them. Thankfully, I don't have to meet that person in the real world." Zack replied before he looked at Emma.
"Let's get you settled in the house then." He said with a small smile as Emma turned towards Evangeline.
"Don't worry, I will have all of your stuff sent to your room." She replied with a smile as the duo nodded and took their VR glasses.
They then used the elevator and got back to the first floor before going towards Zack's house.
Eva on the other hand stared at the gaming pods for a few seconds before sighing and calling the installation team to start the work.

"You live in this place?!" Emma's jaw dropped down when she saw how big Zack's mansion was. What shocked her even more was that only two people lived inside such a place.
"Don't worry, I think we are soon going to have more people living here." The black-haired boy replied as he realized that Evangeline was trying to place him and all of his new team members in a single place.
'Well, we will be more protected this way.' He thought with a sigh before he entered the mansion with Emma.
"So what's your sister like?" The pink-haired woman asked as Zack smiled and shook his head.
"It's better that you meet her yourself." He had already sent Mia a message that he would be bringing someone with him.
The latter had read his message but hadn't replied with any message. If Zack didn't know that Mia didn't like to reply to messages, he would feel sad about being left on read.
The black-haired girl was waiting for the duo in the living room and her expression suddenly changed from the calm and collected one to a surprised one.
She quickly managed to collect herself before looking at Zack with a "Wanna explain this bro?" look.
"Evangeline said that Emma here will be living with us from now on since we are only two people and will not feel lonely." The black-haired boy avoided eye contact as he could feel Mia's eyes on his face.
In the end, the black-haired girl sighed and turned to look at Emma.
"This might be a little awkward for you but anyway, welcome to this place." She then extended a hand in Emma's direction which the pink-haired woman gladly shook.
"Nice to meet you." She said with a smile that was honest enough to turn a troll into a saint.
"Nice to meet you too." Mia's smile on the other hand was hot enough to melt butter.
Zack stayed out of their way since he had no idea what would happen next.
Little did the black-haired boy know that his life was going to become a mess from that point.
