No Chance Of Remarriage: Get Lost Chapter 1026

Chapter 1026 Great Ambition

While Rachel’s voice was rife with rage, she felt helpless to act against Rose. After

taking a moment to compose her thoughts, she spoke up, “And this whole thing

involved the three of them! Now not only do Norman and Linda get away scot-free, but

Rose is planning to escape punishment!”

Sheena gritted her teeth, “I didn’t expect it to turn out like this. Elisa… what do you

plan on doing?”

Elisa was not allowed to speak as the small group conversed back and forth. Now that

Sheena had asked, they all looked at her as she drove the car.

Elisa pulled at her lips and then replied, “It’s fine. It’s better like this. I don’t want Rose

to die suddenly. How would that bring me any closure?”

Rachel: “???”

Sheena’s eyes flickered, “Are you saying that… this is what you want? Do you have

another plan?”

Elisa replied with a hum, “Hmm.”

Carle was surprised. He repeated, “Do you have another plan?”

Elisa bit her lip and answered, “I’ve received new evidence recently. I won’t interfere

with how the court decides from now on, nor will I have any objections. They’ll get

what’s coming to them in the end.”

Rachel was ecstatic. She said excitedly, “Wow! Really? Come on, tell us!”

Sheena was silent as well. She kept her eyes fixed on Elisa. They all prayed that Elisa

could exact the justice the Benett family had denied them. Regrettably, they were

unable to take any action. If not, they would have personally given Elisa control over

the Benetts and allowed her to do as she liked.

They couldn’t hold back their rage as they talked about it. Rachel clenched her hands.

“D*mn it, one day! I need to exact revenge to gain justice!”

Elisa couldn’t help but chuckle. “I don’t plan to wait too long, but I’ll stay low for a few

more days. Let’s wait for the third trial to end and let Rose suffer more.”

“Huh? What are you going to do?” Sheena looked puzzled.

Rachel yelled, “Come on, just tell us! I’m dying of impatience!”

“This isn’t the place to talk. We’ll talk when we get to my place,” Elisa said as she

focused on driving. Rachel understood, and the group became silent.

Since Elisa’s proposal was discussed with Rachel, Sheena, and Carle, two more days

passed. Although everyone kept silent, their eagerness was evident. They were all

anticipating the day Elisa would act. They were relieved to consider what was ahead.

Norman’s shares had all been returned to him by Elisa, and because he could not pay

his debts, Norman and Linda continued to work for the firm as regular workers. They

transitioned from influential stockholders to average employees who barely made a

few thousand a month. Though dumbfounded, they insisted on staying with the

business for now. They still had grand ambitions.
