Elisa giggled and said, “Yup. I’m going to head to the office now, Mr. Darcey. Wish me luck.” She didn’t want to say more.

“Mr. Darcey, you’re giving me no choice here. It hasn’t even been long since I finished with Mr. Whitford’s case, and you want to create rumors with me already?”

“It’s bound to happen someday. You’ve got to get used to it. I will let everyone know that I am serious toward you.” Will said with an indulging smile.
